We had a wonderful stay here! We came in late on the day we were supposed to check in (due to traffic) and had no internet or possibility of alerting the hotel of our late arrival, but despite that they greeted us when we arrived and didn’t even mention the late hour. We got a very warm welcome and it was lovely to relax in the clean, comfy rooms after a long journey. The rooms are a little dark and one more lamp wouldnt harm, but they are cosy, rustique, clean and comfortable. The hotel’s garden is lovely, the pool is nice and we didn’t find the walk into town too long. The best part though was how well they took care of my food allergies. I had sent them an email in advance to let them know of my severe allergies, and when I arrived it seemed like the manager had informed all of his staff. We found this lovely accommodation on TripAdvisor and we're so happy we choose it. Eric was wonderful, the rooms were clean, the location was fantastic (four minutes outside of busy LaFortuna), the breakfast was delicious and filing, the view of the Arenal Volcano was breathtaking, and it was very safe and quiet. It was home away from home! It was a bit difficult to find so don't give up if it's not obvious. Head for the police station. Look for a road on the right, just after a car wash (if I remember correctly) and before the station. We can't recommend it enough!

Destacaría la hospitalidad de Erik, que nos ayudó mucho con las recomendaciones, tanto de los tours como de los restaurantes por La Fortuna. Ubicación del lugar excelente a 2 minutos del centro de La Fortuna, pero lo suficientemente alejado para estar en pleno contacto con la naturaleza. Ofrecen el desayuno tradicional de gallo pinto que está muy rico. 100% recomendable

We spent 4 nights in this family hotel which has a little swimming pool. The prices for the rooms (which are small and simple) are more than fair and the breakfast delicious. The owner ist very friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay very close to the city center of La Fortuna.
