Excellent location which was the main reason I chose to stay in this hotel. All rooms are of the same configuration, I was told, not that spacious but will do for a short stay. No closet available, hangers and hooks attached on the wall provided instead. Staff including security are courteous and helpful.

I always stay at this hotel. It is in front of the mall so it is convenient, parking is good, staff are friendly, they have free Nagaraya nuts and will bring cheap coffee to you anytime! ..and they just keep on improving!

Be aware the rooms are small with no wardrobe or other furniture apart from one bedside cabinet. Bathroom also small but clean and functional. Loads of hot water. Bed was comfy and A/C worked well. Staff super helpful which made the whole stay enjoyable. We were lent a kettle to make hot drinks. Location good as opposite a good shopping mall with numerous eating choices which was needed as hotel has no catering facilities. Overall basic but clean comfortable and modern. Would definitely return again as excellent value.

Rooms are a bit smaller but it’s a good hotel that Koronadal at last have since they don’t have much unfortunately. Staff are absolutely friendly and helpful from the guards to the housekeeping and the front office and the location is great opposite kcc , their mall. Don’t mind staying there again when I visit Marbel.

Excellent business hotel. Very cheap. Worth your 1000 bucks. Quick front desk service. Very comfortable bed and excellent shower with toiletries. Hotel with adequate parking for travellers. Would have been better if breakfast was part of the package but even without eat, it was excellent overall.

The hotel is good. Along the GenSan Drive Highway. Just opposite KCC Mall. With good parking area. During night , enjoy eating local food and fruits on temporary stalls along the highway. Nearby restaurants are also available. Accessible with public transportation.

Expectations were low, especially with the facade. Lobby was nice, though filled with plastic plants which i dont like. Wifi is fast. Elevator wont open or close automatically! No f&b outlet but they have a cash bar and fun snacks at the front office. Room was ok. The pleasant surprise wAs the bathroom. Clean and dry with glass encased showers. Toiletries and towels were good. The guards need to be trained on customer service asap though....

I have been to Koronadal many time but this is my first time to check in in this hotel its because this is relatively new hotel. Its not hard to find neither since its just in front of KCC shopping mall. The facade of the hotel is very nice, the hotel staff are accommodating hospitable and efficient. The room is relatively small for 2 beds but the view being side on the window is compensating especially during night. The food is good and there are convenience store nearby in case the shopping mall in fro t is already close. There are also street food just outside the hotel like balut aroz caldo and others. By the way there is a massage chair in the hotel lobby in case you need instant massage . Recommended to all

Price was reasonable and room was cozy. Though they don't offer breakfast, the room has everything we need.
When we checked in the elevator was not working properly but lucky us, our room is only on the second floor.

The room was ok. Toiletries are provided. There is wifi. The hotel is just in front of a KCC mall so it is easy to find things to do when you get bored and it is easy to find food. Maybe 1hr from GenSan airport.
