Scargill House is a Christian community providing holidays and retreats for folk if faith or none. Their online brochure details their specialist weekends or weekday breaks but you can book and just use it as a place to stay in the beautiful upper Wharf Valley....More

What a wonderful place. We enjoyed a fantastic time making bread in this delightful community who shared their home with many guests. We were well fed and entertained and look forward to returning soon. The accommodation was great and the welcome very warm.
