hotel is clean , restaurant has good food. their specialty "maliputo". location is strategically located as it is also near to popular restaurants. it has a nice swimming pool too. when I travel down south NDN is my Oasis
If you are looking for a decent place to stay with your family within the south, NDN is a good choice. You can choose from different rooms they offer that will suite your budget. The room is spacious, toilet and bath is just fine. Nothing luxurious but still a good place to stay. They have swimming pool that your kids will surely enjoy, but not enough tables to accommodate group of people. The breakfast buffet is satisfactory not a wide range of choices but still its a complementary breakfast.Over all I'm a satisfied customer.
This hotel is conveniently located near the town center of Sto. Tomas. Pros: Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet options, homey vibe and access for PWD. Cons: Do not go here if you expect a lot of activities, you can only swim in their big pool or work out in the mini-gym. Parking can be tight if there is an event. Ala carte meals are a bit pricey, you do have other options nearby as they have the major fast food chains in the town center. Overall a great stay and will recommend this hotel.
We stayed in NDN for a whole week because of a sports tournament. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Their rooms were just the right size, clean and very reasonably priced. Jonel, from the sales department, was very helpful and really made sure that our stay was enjoyable. Their restaurant has very good food. But when restaurant is full, service may take a little bit longer than usual. The only thing I can say though is that they only give one key per room. And you need that key to keep the air conditioning in the room on. Since it was summer, we wanted to come back to a cold room. They gave you an option of keeping the key in the room to keep the aircon on, and just ask staff to open the door for you. But it was a hassle when you're in and out of the room several times a day.…
Stayed 3 nights at the NDN Grand Hotel in town. The hotel is fairly new and the room was very clean. The bathroom was showing some wear and tear already, seems to need some up keep and touch up, otherwise the whole hotel stay was good. The breakfast buffet was quite good, probably the best in the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and the restaurant well run. The wifi was not working so well during our stay. I brought this up with the hotel manager during our first day but it remained spotty during our stay. The pool was very clean, well maintained. The check in and check out was quick and efficient. The hotel lacks a lobby where guests can mingle or relax away from their rooms. There is an outdoor cabana area to sit but on warm days that could be a bit uncomfortable. Outside noise is higher than I would care for especially at night. …
I had lunch with a friend who was in the country for a short visit at the hotel's restaurant called Rosalinda's Kitchen. We ordered lechon kawali, Pinakbest, and Sinigang na maliputo. The fish called "maliputo" in the sinigang was fresh and came from the owner's fish farm in Taal Lake. The melon shake was creamy and just right. Needless tor say, everything was just perfect. The restaurant was quite, well appointed, and bright. Definitely, the hotel is great place for a stopover whether for a meal or for short stay.
My wife and my 1year old daughter avail AGODA booking and it says 20% off on deluxe. Upon check in, i saw the rate is 4,500 and i pay 4,1++ that is not 20%. I ask the front office instead of two bed i requested for a single bed for safety purposes of my daughter during sleeping. They downgraded our room since their deluxe room bed have two bed and unable to move. I agree than to make it bigger and pay additional 1500 per night. Room is ok but dust are very obvious on the tables and tv rack. Shower head has a leak and hard to mix the hot/cold water. Employees are ok but when i ordered a coffee it take an hour because the one i spoke to is on break and was not able to relay my order. They gave me one complimentary coffee for it. The free breakfast has very few choices. Fried rice, sausage, corned beed and bread. Food does not taste good. Sorry. Overall ok but not reccomended.…
The hotel is just an 1hr 10min drive from Manila, so it was just the right spot for us to rest for the night, prior to our Quezon trip. We arrived late in the evening, the hotel restaurant was closed, but there was Lifestyle Strip nearby, where restaurants open for late night eats. The room is quite spacious, with a nice balcony. The aircon was pretty loud though. The room comes with a sufficient buffet breakfast, too. The pool area is also a relaxing spot and ideal for a nice dip. Overall, a good place to stay for the night.
I was looking for a hotel very near the Shrine of St. Padre Pio and I selected the NDN Grand Hotel after reading the very positive reviews from satisfied clients. The tag as a 2.5 star hotel is completely inaccurate because the hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I have been to, comparable to the facilities of a 4 star hotel. The staff at the Front Office desk are all very kind and welcoming; the facilities are very good. The hotel atmosphere is relaxing and inviting; the surroundings, very clean. They offer a buffet breakfast which is included in the room package and the food selection is very satisfactory that one would wonder how they can offer that very good, fully satisfying breakfast. Customer service is very satisfactory; the staff even volunteered to look for the contact person of the seller of a local fish delicacy. Overall, my family are happy that I chose the NDN Grand Hotel and we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. Kudos to the all the staff and employees.…
Small rooms with lots of noise from road and inside hotel . No breakfast no good .its good location is its main positive that attracts the guests .its in a central place where buses stop and change so busy .
