Planned a road trip to Padre Pio Shrine and found this hotel via Tripadvisor, which is the nearest hotel to the shrine. The check in was fast, front desk staff were accommodating and helped with our bags. We reserved two suite rooms and both were spacious, with king sized beds. it was lovely! No other restaurant in he hotel except for the Japanese one in the first floor and my kids wouldn't eat there so I asked if there were other restaurants in the vicinity (since the hotel is inside the First Philippine Industrial Park, it was very clean and it reminded me of Clark), and I was told there was a restaurant in Microtel Suites just a few blocks away. My children also asked if there was a pool and we were told the pool in Microtel was shared with Santomas Suites. Isn't that a little bit awkward? We might as well have booked in Microtel?!?! But anyway, my parents loved the big, spacious room and we were able to go to Santo Tomas proper and there were a lot of food choices there anyway, so that's okay. Also, I would like to mention that everytime we went out, the guard is just sitting in his chair, not even opening the front door. And that was several times. So I guess opening the front door and greeting hotel guests is not part of his job description??? All in all, the suite rooms are very good with all the amenities and we loved it! just be prepared to go out of the hotel (no room service) and into town proper for food and other things.…
Was surprised to find this hotel in the middle of an industrial park. It's clean, staff are courteous and rooms are homey and spacious! Those who love Japanese food would love their restaurant at the ground floor that offers Sapporo ramen.
The hotel itself is great. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The services were also commendable and those working at the front desk were very accomodating and polite; especialy Ms. Celine, Ms. Kimberly, and Ms. Lei. Although the security guards paid no attention to those who enter and leave the hotel. They don't even bother to open the door or assisst guests with their luggage, instead they just sit in a corner while using their phones. The food is alright, however it would be much appreciated if their menu was inclusive for the sake of other guests who would prefer something other than Japanese food. Their breakfast buffet is also okay, except for the limited choices. But overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel.
I've been there twice! This hotel was very great. Front desk officer were very nice to me and they gave me a very good services especially Ms.Gelene, she also gave me a very good trip advice around there ! Moreover, house keeping, they attended to the small things of me too good also.
Thou all employees/staff are accommodating, room smells as if it is a smoking room, rate also is quite high considering that its location is only in Sto Thomas Batangas. I've also tried their room service and ordered soup and salad which is also quite expensive.
