Detailed Reviews
We were on a day trip to Matabungkay and we found Stardust to be welcoming and have quality staff who pays attention to details. Overall our experienced was excellent as they were also able to help with other problems we encountered ( not related to the hotel ). We will definitely come back. Highly recommended for good food and great service!

My 2nd home in Matabungkay and definitely i give them more than 200% excellent service. We are very satisfied with our stay in this resort. from time we arrived until we left, we were treated very well like a family. Everyone of them, as in literally all of them, always made sure that we had everything we needed. All staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. they provided us everything we needed even before we ask them to. special thanks to Sir Joel na sobrang accommodating samin :). I'm Planning to go back again soon. Would definitely recommend this place.

I stayed twice in this resort, one reason I love this Resort is because of their Outstanding Staff. Their Associates are very Friendly and Helpful. Special Thanks to Ms. Agnes and Rowwel and the guy in Graveyard Shift today. These Employees make this resort a second home for me. It is very relaxing to stay here. The Rooms are Clean and tidy, when it comes to Food, their Chefs made an Excellent yet affordable dishes. When it comes to Pool, they have a nice and clean pool. Overall this resort needs an Outstanding award in Trip Advisor! I will always come back here and I will reccomend this Resort to my Friends and Family. Keep up the Good Work. For the Owner of this hotel Thank you it is nice meeting you. I have no doubt that you are successful because you take good care of your employees, in return your associates take good care of us. I hope that nothing will change the way you run your resort and manage your employees. Again Thank You! For taking care of us.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean. It was supposedly an overnight thing but was extended to 3d2n because the hotel was so cozy and the staff are excellent. Thanks to my trip advisor @sandra aquino for the recommendation. Would also recommend to my friends. 🤗

Stardust Beach Hotel is the best place to stay in Matabungkay amongst others. It is a Bowie-themed resort with a French touch in perfection.
They have 12 big rooms with king-size beds as their standard!! The rooms are very well painted, and I love those Bowie pictures on the wall. It makes the room feels more like a home.
The hotel’s swimming pool is always so inviting with its bluish colour and clear water, or if you like to swim in the beach, then it’s only a few meters walk from the hotel.
Stardust Beach Hotel is far from a typical Filipino resort. The hotel policies are so realistic that it makes it completely different from other resorts - playing loud music on Bluetooth speakers, hanging wet clothes everywhere or cooking in the rooms are NOT allowed, and that made Stardust Hotel quiet, clean and orderly.
Me and my friends had a great time staying at the resort. The owners Eric and Joel are very nice and very friendly. Their staffs were very attentive and were very polite. They made our stay feel like home away from home.
Stardust Beach Hotel is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed for a holiday in the Philippines! I wished we were staying longer. We will definitely come back soon!!!

What attracts this place the most is the generosity of the owner to give directions on how to reach the place. They are very accomodating. Way better than most beach hotels.
We arrived via commute using the routes that the locals use, hence we were saved from the environmental fees. If you're a car, don't be surprised if municipal officials will stop your car and collect fees. It is a legitimate payment, it's not a scam.
Upon entry you will see that the place is rather small. Initially. But when you get to your rooms you'll be surprised how spacious it is. Only comment is that the TV is not at eye level. and is located beside the bed (room 11). It would be better if it's located in front of the bed or if the TV is hanged lower.
Room is clean, sheets are clean, there is a small ref but you can't consider that a minibar yet. Complementary water, and toiletries available.
Swimming pool is also clean! You can open your eyes underwater and it will not irritate your eyes.
Wifi is only available at their receiving area. No free wifi in room. I guess that's ok considering that we were there for the beach, not the wifi.
The beach is rather disappointing however. It's not the fault of the owners of the beach hotel, it's just that there was a typhoon 5 days ago and there are a lot of trash floating! I'd appreciate it if the local government will take action regarding the matter.
They also serve food but prices are a bit steep. You can step outside to buy food, it would be cheaper.
Special thanks to Sir Joel owner of the place. Very accommodating and courteous. The perfect man for owning a resort unit. Will come back again.

Room is enough for 4 persons, good ac, free parking, but we love the swimming pool best. And Joel (the manager) including Sandra (the receptionist) were so good. The only problem was their restaurant, price is not reasonable with too small serving.

It depends how big the room you booked it for. I think if you request an extra cot for your child, they will charge you extra PhP500. You can send them a message or call to clarify.

Heres another way from manila to stardust beach hotel. Go to Taft Ave corner Buendia (Gil Puyat) .. you can see DLTB bus station there... then take a signage “ NASUGBU” via Lian... then the bus will stop to LIAN 7/11. From there, Theres another 2 option ... first take tricycle (300 pesos) from 7/11 to matabungkay (stardust) or second option, ask someone in 7/11 about Market “ palengke”, in front of market theres alot of jeepney there going to matabungkay (21pesos) and it will stop infront of stardust beach hotel. If you have inquiry just call us 09171246147. Thank you
