Detailed Reviews
Family-friendly resort with a lot of water activities to do.
Their beach front is wide and lit enough for my nephews to play badminton to their hearts’ content—-at night.
The container van homes are good enough for a night’s shower and sleep. But would definitely book way in advance to get hotel rooms next time.

We went there from August 23-24 to relax. However, it was more stressful than you can imagine. Although the reservation officer reminded me that the room was beside the construction area, we did not expect that the room itself would be horrible. The cabinets had an awful smell, and we were unable to turn on the lights in the bathroom, which they had to fix when we were already there. The cable TV had limited channels, the sofa bed was damaged and had holes, and the wooden furniture seemed to be infested with termites. The room was outdated
Here's the revised version with your additional details:
The shower already had rust, and the window was so close to the construction area that workers could see inside the bathroom if they wanted to peek. The room was also very dusty due to the construction. The staff were much worse—there’s a need for customer service training, and the resort is clearly understaffed. Checking out and settling the bill was also a hassle.
