The place is very nice - clean, lush, quiet, private, and well-maintained. The personnel are well-trained - very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and facilitative. For me and my husband, it was a "near-perfect" place for our "our time" as we celebrate our anniversary. I rated it 4 and considered it "near perfect" because there are still areas that I think can still be further improved: 1. lack of "free" activities for a couple - It would have been better to provide games that a couple could enjoy. My husband and I were looking forward to playing table tennis for instance. But we were told it is no longer available. Calamansi-picking may be offered for free even for a couple. What are a few calamansi giveaways? A wider variety of board games may be offered - not something you need to ask. 2. vegetarian options - There were few options for vegetarians (much less for vegans) on the menu. In general, the food prices are ok. 3. not a value-for-money - Considering all the comforts and amenities, I still would not consider it a value-for-money option that my family and I would frequently come back to. So it is something I will experience once but not go back to. I assumed its target market is not the working class. But would not it be nicer to have it more accessible even for working class? Maybe a revisit of their business model?…

The entire place was very relaxing, rooms are clean and the attendants are very friendly, courteous and accommodating. My son enjoyed a lot. If you plan to go with your kids, dont forget to bring mosquito repellant!

Stay was from 26 to 28 March 23. El Jardin de Zaida was an unforgettable memory for myself, my family and fiancee, the view was amazing. Staffs were polite and gave a warmth welcome from day one to the end of our stay. The facilities are well maintained although we did not try out the spa. - The suite pool and infinity pool which my family loves it showcasing Bahay kubo & the Case molave it was breathtaking. - Royal palm garden assisted by Jay, where we enjoyed the activities that were provided and it was prepared for us (as requested) - Rodolfo's restaurant assisted by Aldrin and team, where we had our breakfast on the second day and the last day in our room (as requested), service was amazing and food tasted good. - Calamansi picking assisted by Atog. He taught us how to cut it properly and choose the right ones in detailed. It was fun and a good experience at the last part of our stay. Proposal Surprised Queency helped us in many ways before, upon arrival and after reservation, the preparation and location. The proposal that was setup awe-inspiring with the assist of Mr Gerald, Mhai and the housekeeping team that makes the whole event successful and memorable. Additionally, they suggested to have our dinner at the Gazebo instead at Rodolfo's restaurant which make the experience more intimate. We had the place all to ourselves on our first night. Everyone was warm and courteous! We had Mhai, the able waiter at Rodolfo’s who took care of our dining needs! Order a frozen calamansi margarita, it’s good! Their food is good too! Everything the chef cooked was to a tee! From their chicken to steak to kare kare to their bulalo and their desserts, they’re yummy! We would recommend getting a massage too st Rocio Soa. Recommended therapists: Myrna and Amor! It was an overall relaxing time at El Jardin De Zaida. We had a chance to go around their property, and kudos to all staff who maintains it well. Their lush gardens, well appointed rooms and great staff were all a delight!

Will be returning. We had a nice stay at this resort. definitely booking to come back. Requested by our son. He also definitely loved and enjoyed to stay here. Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Went here for my birthday and for the spa -- it's been a while since the pandemic and it was the best decision! To avail of a spa service after years of physical distancing and not wanting to share space with others ---- totally happy with the whole experience!!! The property itself offers this unique healing vibe that just by going for a walk around you would feel refreshed. It is well-maintained and all staff are courteous. There can be a need for overall customer service enhancement (knowledge about the place itself, menu, overall posture) -- but the smiles and "always ready to find a way to make it work" attitude of the staff is a good place to start. With more training and with time, I feel like they will continue to stay at the top of their game within their area. Already planning our trip back!…

Travelled with my kid here JULY 2021 we felt safe. Clean rooms and great service. Would give a 5 but there was a construction / room maintenance during our stay, Plus they don’t have in room slippers. But other than that we felt safe, comfortable my kid enjoyed the pool so much.

The rooms were nice and the staff were friendly. Surprisingly; the food was great. There’s nothing else to go to around the area. here are a few things I would like to comment: - there were mosquitoes in the room. we woke up with lots of bites. Also, there were many ants. Hope they seriously consider having pests controlled. - water pressure in shower area and bathtub was too weak. I didnt enjoy my bathtime. - no pool towels provided. - loc num 118 isnt for rocio spa appointment. The lady who answered was clueless and just asked me to call front des.k. They have to update directory. - for P30k a night, it was too expensive. I could have stayed in another resort that offers the same resort vibes feel with half the price.

Our family was very happy with our stay. El Jardin is an elegant and peaceful garden resort with warm staff that give very good service. We were delighted with the small touches in the decor and even the spa villa and service. Those touches showed a great attention to detail. The other areas we visited in the resort were also beautiful and elegant. A sight to behold. We enjoyed our al fresco garden dinner, meeting the owner, and would have enjoyed a bonfire dinner as well had it not rained. The food is okay, could be improved further. Same with cleanliness in the rooms. But the overall experience at El Jardin is five star! Kudos to all of you!

Because they just accomodate a few guests per day, our stay is quiet and enjoyable. Our company with kids and seniors alike enjoyed their carefully selected menu items, their pool overlooking the sunset, the spacious room with jacuzzi which is perfect if you wanna stay indoors, their friendly and attentive staff are also note worthy. I can go on and on. We felt so special especially with their birthday surprise for my daughter. Its the best! Needless, to say, we cant wait to come back :)
