Clean up efforts by many workers after I lodged my complaint I asked Agoda travel to visit for themselves and they required that I go back and take pictures. What an inconvenience!

Me and my family stayed at the hotel, the staff was very helpful and educated always fetching us hot water, toilet paper, towels and clean bed sheets as requested free of charge 24hrs, room was good and clean but heard of others in bad conditions so u have to check the room first before book. Room service food was good but u have to go to the restaurant for breakfast and its kinda far maybe 200 meters away from hotel. Wifi signal inside rooms is bad so u have to go to hall for good reception, i paid 3100 pesos per day for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Robinsons mall is near.
Overall is good if u are looking for a comfortable hotel on the zone

Price: Expensive for the experience
Room: Hotel is okay, airconditioning is good.
Mattress/Pillows: 4 out of 5, they are actually good.

Downside:
The resort is quite a walk from the hotel, the restaurant where they serve the breakfast is also far from the hotel.

Resort: very bad. pools are dirty and the place is unkept.

Despite its name, Paradise Resort is far from being a Paradise. If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would. I used to be from the military and I would rather sleep in my bunk than in here.

First of all, the place was horrible. The rooms were very old, dirty and dusty. The aircon was not working well and our room did not even have a remote to control the temperature.

Then entire area was very badly maintained and seemingly employs staff that doesn’t give a damn about what is going on within the compound. The only one that actually did his job properly was the security guard.

Taking a shower is almost impossible as the water takes ages to heat up and once it’s heated up there will probably be only a few droplets of water for you to shower from. On a few occasions, there was no water at all. It’s ridiculous.

There was no WiFi in the hotel as it was down ages before I came and even god doesn’t know when it’s going to be back up.

Furthermore, the price of the hotel was not exactly cheap and you could definitely find much better quality ones at that price point. It was certainly not value for money.

I would never ever return here again, this place is literal trash and is even worse than some of the hotel I’ve seen on Gordon Ramsay’s “Hotel Hell”.

we stayed in their private pool with cabanas...so dissapointed upon entrance...70's style resort..old furnitures...old-style bedframes...rooms were dimly-lit...old heavy curtains and wool blankets looked so dusty..or at least i felt and smelled moist so it wasn't that clean..no wifi....though there was a personal ref inside...there was a small and old style sink ....3 beds for our room ...2 double beds and 1 single bed...but the single bed has no bedsheets so if u ask for one you will be charged.the cr is so small and narrow with an old old and broken cabinet without doors. some electrical sockets are not working and uncovered which is not child-friendly...room rates were unreasonably priced...our room is at 1,500 plus you have to pay an extra 250 for the entrance fee per pax.. it was an overnight stay and if you exceeded hours additional fee for the room for every hour in excess and additional fee for the entrance fee per pax...imagine that..and the place won't even pass for a 2- star resort hotel...my goodness....the tv was an old style 14' in size which was secured by grills.... at this time and age of LED's who would have thought of stealing their 14" television...we left the following morning and didn't extend because we felt we didn't get our money's worth .i won't recommend this resort to anyone..even the staff lacked customer service skills. we will never go back to this resort. it was a big mistake for us to stay in Paradise hotel.

Room smelled damp and stuffy, wifi does not work in the rooms only outside .Coffee making facilities in the room but no kettle, have to ask reception. Went for breakfast, but the breakfast place closed, no signs saying where to go, had to ring security guard to tell me where, had to walk a long way to the resort to get a very low standard breakfast. Info in the room says check out 2pm, but reception says 12.
Had to ask for a bulb for the toilet. Tv was not working. Shower head broken so like a hose pipe. Staff were friendly but for me without doubt the worse hotel I have stayed in. At a crazy high price.

I have paid for 3,360 pesos for a night of scourging heat! the only consolation you'll get is a spacious room which can house at least 6 persons! But you wouldn't want a crowd to be all too sweaty during the long night! The shower would take 48 years to heat up though and boy when it did! It's Good Friday all over again! And lastly, why can't it get to be a little lighted! It seems that at 7am, it is still 8pm since the lights won't light up! Oh! the water in the faucet tastes like the sea is just around the corner! And oh! The closets should have remained to be walls! The smell is so foul and just seeing them is enough for a nightmare!

Since I have just gone from a very bad bus trip, this could have been the best escape ever... but the sooner I realized this was a mistake, and that it's never worth the price I've paid for, I could have run to another hotel if not because it's already too late to find another one... and the hotel staff is never helpful! The security guard was enjoying too much his movies over his android phone to give even a smile!

The rooms are very simple the furniture is a little outdated. The hotel is located next to busy highway so it’s very loud but the staff was nice and the rooms were clean. The hotel has 24 hour security so you feel safe. It is located close to Robertson Mall and has an ATM machine and massage located in front of hotel.

If you are looking for a quick getaway from the hassle and stress of city life without having to travel so far, paradise resort in malolos bulacan is a good choice. It is very accessible and there is practically no traffic delay to encounter along the way, since it is near enough to NLEX and from there, you exit into another highway before you find the place. I have been to this place countless times having seen the buzz it created when it opened several years ago, until today when the popularity has somewhat dwindled when other resorts have started to open in the province.
I still love it though for its sheer size.
This resort is big and it has numerous pools of varying depths and sizes and they have cottages to suit your budget and shaded spaces where you can just sit and chill out. There is a section behind the restaurant where you can rent air-conditioned rooms away from the main pool. I have tried this before and I loved it because it gives you some privacy. Right next to this cluster of airconditioned rooms are smaller pools which are off-limits to other guests.
Since this resort is quite spacious it is not as crowded as other resorts in bulacan when people come in droves during the summer weekends. I wouldn't really say the place had seen its better days, but yes, it may no longer be as popular as it was before, and other alternatives like JED Island have been drawing more crowds but Paradise Resort had been around far longer than most of its competitors, it will continue to hold its own.
The other reason I often gravitate to this place is the ten pin bowling alley which is way cheaper compared to the SM bowling centers. This is where I first learned to play and I still take my family to Paradise resort every now and then to go bowling. The management should promote this part of the resort as an attraction on its own and perhaps hold corporate tournaments to keep the public interested. Sometimes I am surprised to go there as the only customer which is really fun since you get to appreciate the game even more in a relaxing environment.
