Welcome to The Plaza Hotel in Balanga City! Having established as a business hotel at the heart of Bataan’s capital, just adjacent to the City Hall and across from the 18th century Balanga Cathedral. Plaza Mayor de Ciudad de Balanga has awed many travelers from different nations and locally. The façade was inspired by the Spanish colonial architecture while the decorative interiors lean to classical modern with hints of the contemporary. The Plaza Hotel Balanga is composed of 34 rooms, three function halls, a traditional Japanese restaurant called Café Kyoto at the 3rd floor and an artisanal coffee shop called Plaza Brew Coffee Company located at the ground floor. Each room is stylishly furnished, boasting a flat-screen TV and complimentary WIFI and our restaurant spares no cost in an effort to serve genuine cuisine of the highest quality. This, along with the dedicated and personalized service delivered by our team will ensure our guests an experience unmatched anywhere else in Bataan.

I would say, I’m impressed with the location of the hotel and the ambiance of the place. It is truly a beautiful location. It is straight in the middle of the city and all you need is within reach. Plenty of restaurants choices, shopping centers, churches, and others.

The cost of stay in this hotel is reasonable and less expensive. It includes 2 person as well for breakfast though it’s not buffet breakfast but they serve good meals.

The hotel is good to celebrate your events and they have nice function rooms on the 6th floor which is overlooking the city.

The room I stayed was located in the 5th floor and have a fantastic front view of the city looking on the church and the city itself. I would recommend to always get the front view. It is a perfect place to stay.

I would like to make comments that they should look into it for better service in their hotel.

1. The bed cover and the bed runner have stains which is not pleasing to the eyes.

2. The water pressure is not good and this should be taken care of.

3. Limited parking space and parking place they need to review how they can make better. It’s difficult to park for long vehicles like pick up truck or vans.

4. There’s only one passenger elevator serving the hotel. I am not sure if they have service elevator as well.

5. Their limited time service for the in house guest is till 10pm meaning there will be no food or drinks can be ordered after 10pm.

Anyway, overall at the end of the day still a good place to stay and I will still come back and stay.

Cheers!

I stayed in this property for a night and the sleep quality was good. The building itself is an architectural icon. The restaurant where the complementary breakfast was served was in the ground floor adjacent to the hotel. Vegetarian food choices were available. The hotel is centrally located close to a shopping mall, church and the market. I enjoyed my stay here.

Kung dito nyo napili ganapin yung event nyo make sure lagi kayong nakafollow up. Para maremind yung staff nila sa small details. Lalo na kung intimate wedding LANG kayo.

Okay yung room malinis.

We stayed overnight in this hotel as we would travel to another town the next day. Our stay was nice for the most part.

The staff were nice and courteously attended to guests. The hotel provided basic necessities. The room was relatively clean and big enough for a couple with a child in an extra bed.

The food at the hotel restaurant/cafe was fine but choices were limited. There were a lot of fast food stores in the area though.

The location is good as the hotel faces the plaza and church. The place was full of lights during the night when we were there. Parking space was also limited so we parked in front of the plaza (open space) facing the hotel without roof/cover.

Overall, it was a short yet nice stay.

The hotel is nice and staffs are polite, but the establishment should upgrade and change the aircondition unit. There is a very annoying high frequency mechanical sound coming out of it. We asked for room replacement, but was only told that all available rooms have the same problem.🫣🤔

Its not my first time to stay in this hotel. The rates are reasonable and its walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. The rooms are clean, quite big and breakfats included.
I arranged a group tour in Bataan and due to its location we decided to book this hotel. The staff are friendly and I had no problem booking 7 rooms for the group. It was our end of the year trip and it was a perfect timing to see all the lights and xmas decoration. The plaza itslef is always full of people and busy.if you need a glimpse of how locals are, the market, the food etc This is where to go.

For PWD rooms, we would suggest getting our Premiere Deluxe Rooms, Plaza View Rooms, and Suite Rooms as this would provide more space. There is an available ramp on our entrance, and our elevators have hand railings for PWD guests.
