Detailed Reviews
Very clean, very well presented family run hotel set in residential area. Close to the Bataan WW2 Museum (<10minutes walk) and about 15 minutes walk to the centre of the city.
The hotel room, set in an extended house property was immaculate and included tea/coffee making facilities.
There is even a very small pool which we did not have time to use.
A very basic local breakfast was included.
Parking is available but restricted due to the size of the hotel (perhaps book in advance)
Above all the staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful.
We would definitely consider staying here again.

+1
Got a great deal at booking.com - spacious, good location, adequate amenities.
Sadly, only one person provided great service in this hotel, the rest of them couldn't be bothered. Jowo, I believe his name is, did everything he could to make our stay great. He was responsive, friendly and accommodating.
He tried contacting the person in charge of the front desk and booking when we arrived, but she couldn't be found. See, I tried calling that person too (Charlene?), but couldn't be reached or a child would answer her phone.
If it weren't for Jowo we would have has a horrible stay, so I want to make sure this business recognizes the good people that keep their business running well for their customers.

The hotel is a nice place to stay at a very affordable price. They have free breakfast and a pool where you can dip in a summer heat. If you need a quick getaway from the hustle of the metro, you can stay in this hotel like a home of your own.

The owner is really responsive. We booked from agoda and walk in booked also for driver, cheaper than agoda sites. The shower is small, there is small flies, and have Tv cable.
The deluxe room is good enough for us, the premier room is spacious.
Breakfast is limited choices, most of them just canned food (ham, corned beef, etc) with garlic rice and eggs, not really good. The breakfast service is slow, not really organize. We got wrong ordered, because they just have 1 server.
They have parking slot also, and 10min by car nearby to the city hall or dining restaurant.
Overall is nice to stay here for a while, good price.

Room condition 2/5. A lot of mosquitoes when we checked in and borrowed spray to get rid of it. Staff was not even bothered to assist.
Staff service 1/5. We were misinformed on the pool as they told, they will clean and fill up the water, until we checked out - nothing happened. We are still waiting for our money change that they will send via transfer, still got deceived.
Food - 1/5.
We also checked out early because the hotel is not comfortable to stay.
Experience overall - 0.
Not recommended to stay.

This not a hotel.
It"s a house converted into several SMALL rooms, and all are all a different layout.
Some would have a fridge, some not. Some have a Tv with Cable channels, some not.
After a shower I have to mopp the floor in the bedroom outside the bathroom, because it is so small that you can hardly turn around in the shower and there was a 1 Inch gap between the door and the floor sill so any water from the shower leaked into the room. And the toilet is RIGHT there.
If you are taller then me ( 5' 7" ) you CANT sit down on the toilet because the wall is THAT close that your knees hit the wall.
They advertise WiFi, which is as effective as a Snow man in a Sauna.
Some of the Staff were good, and some looked like they thought that you were interfering with there Screentime, if you asked for somethig.
Dont put the laundry in, if you are in a hurry. iIt will come back 2-3 days later after YOU ask for it for the fifth time.
One morning really early, I even asked the OWNER if I could have it back that afternoon, and after first saying " we'll try " which is not what I wanted to hear, he said yes.
Two days later, I saw that laundry.
Unfortunatly I dont get a say in where I stay as I travel for Buisiness, however, from
now on I will be letting other Travellers know about the many different spots I go to and my humble or not so humble opinoin of the hotel I am staying at.
All in all, Save yourself the greif and frustrasion and dont go there.
I have seen some of the other reviews even before arriving here and most of them would be clic bait and/or totally fake.
Seriuosly folks, Dont Bother.

* pag pasok pa lang sa room may smell na
*unan at kumot mabaho wla kaamoy amoy katulad ng mga hotel na pinuntahan namin for the price of P2,200.00 not worth it. Pinapalitan namin but not sure if pinalitan nila k nilalabhan nila because parehas amoy, hindi ata nila kilala ng pde lagyan ng fabcob un nga nilalabhan.
*converted the house to business they should at least try at least to fix their facilities so people can recommend the place since they open 2018.
NOT WOTH FOR THE PRICE.. A BIG NO
