An island all to ourselves! My hubby and I went on an island getaway. We opted for a different resort at first but at the last minute, somebody suggested this resort, telling us that it provides privacy and a good place to relax. When we arrived, we were surprised but loved the idea that we’re their only guests for the next 3 days. It is a beautiful place. I’m not sure if they don’t advertise it purposely so guests could enjoy their stay privately. I love that we have the ocean and pool all to ourselves. We get to take pictures without any photobombers lurking. We make the most of the beautiful scenery it offered. And we enjoyed the meals that they served. But most importantly, it feels great that all the people were smiling and were all nice and were readily available whenever we needed something. It’s affordable and could truly provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a busy week. Just take note that transportation from port to port is with pay and not for free. Be sure to call first and make arrangement with them before visiting.

The place is okay but don't expect good customer service,, the waiters and the staff are rude and the manager? I guess they don't like guests in the area specially on weekdays tsk...there are other nice beaches in the area... do not go here if you don't like to be treated like trash

OK first of all I have learned a good lesson. When you can not find any reviews on a place its probably because it is not worth a review or the normal customer base are not computer literate.

We had heard that the food was awful so when we booked by phone they told us that we can take food and there was a small corkage charge for food. But we was tod we can not take drinks because there had a resto bar - open to ......... 7 pm

So of course we have to make a deposit at the BDO bank for a Monday night in low season booking even though we only live 30 minutes away

Arrived to be met by a scruffy guard carrying his pistol slung low. Followed the signs for the car park (muddy grass) parked and set off to find reception (no signs) got shouted at by the guard for going the wrong way.

Small backpack searched as the Mrs and kid when to find reception. I stayed with the car

Eventually someone came up the steep steps (about 30) to help with the bags that had to be searched. I am carrying the ice box of food and the camping stove

Walk down the steep steps to reception to then have to walk up another set of stairs to get to the room.

The guy that helped with the bags and the receptionist stand at the doorway once we are inside and tell us we can not use the stove. I said we will use it on the terrace. I was told I had to take the food to the grilling station at the carpark (up the steps) and then cook my food and bring it down to the room to eat.

I said I was not willing to do that. I wanted was to heat up some food I had pre cooked (curry) and why was we not informed when we booked or when we arrived at the car park and they saw the stove

A "blank stare" was the reply. We was the only ones at the resort. They could have made an exception or tried to come to some compromise but NO

I told them that I would check out straight away if they insisted I have to go to the carpark to cook some food - This was met by a shrug of the shoulders - so we checked out

So fellow travelers - be guided by my review. When will business owners come to realize that in this digital age they will not stay in business if they treat people this way

But to be honest having seen the room and the resort in general it was maybe a blessing in disguise

Staff are not friendly, not even know how to smile. The pool for the kids is very very and completely dirty, not even care to clean even told to the staff. Only 1 life guard was on standby and always focusing to the pool for adult. The drainage for their rinsing area which is near to their pool is directed flowing to the beach. We supposed to check in, unfortunately staff are not so honest with the situation.the reasons of not releasing rooms for check in is inconsistent. No proper policy of the resort.

It was an okay water park. It rained a lot the first day we were there so they closed all of the slides down. The next day we were able to ride the weird banana thing and the jet ski driver was pretty fun hitting sharp turns and making us all fall off on purpose. At the top of the biggest slide though there was this mean goat that kept walking backwards like it was about to ram myself and my friend and they finally tied it to a tree branch when we commented on it. There were a few stray dogs running around which we didn't mind at all, we started to feed them but one of the people there threw rocks at this one dog that was clearly pregnant and injured and laughed when we told him that was terrible! I wouldn't recommend this as a place to stay for more than a day.

My wife, daughter and I stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the service and the facilities tremendously. Everyone was very helpful; we could choose to have our meals delivered to our room, the restaurant or even at a table that overlooked the beach. The meal would be delivered to where ever we wanted. It was very relaxing. All interaction was professional and courteous. I would definitely stay here again!
Note: no wifi, but great Smart & Globe signals for your portable wifi devices.

Good service. Reasonable prices. Only thing I could mark them down for is. They some phone numbers of service cars or side car owners to collect from the top of the hill. If they have that on there list I am sure Bussines will pick up.
