i stayed in the hotel for 4 days and was very happy with the service provided, all staff were very friendly and had great communication with all guests. upon arrival i was given a lovely well sized room,double bed and great bathroom facilities, but was dissapointed as there was no balcony in the room, so i asked to change to a room with a balcony and staff were more then happy to help and moved me straight over to a new room, where i was much happier. all rooms were cleaned and tidied daily, with water bottles stocked in the minibar, which came in very handy. the pool area was lovely and clean and very well presented. the restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming, and made my visit much more enjoyable, although there wasn't much choice on the menu i felt the food was very nice and presented very well. overall i would recommend this hotel.…

Was in town for business. Elegant no frills hotel, clean, great place to stay the night and be refreshed. Note that it's sort of in the middle of nowhere, so you'll need a taxi to get around. Breakfast was serviceable.

I had to attend a birthday party around this area and I have decided to book this hotel using Booking.com. However since that time, I have a feeling there was something wrong. I was looking for an accommodation for 2 adults and 1 kid of 7 years old. Booking was forcing to book two separate rooms which didn't make sense. So I have decided to call directly the hotel. The woman has answered was very rude saying it was right that Booking was suggesting to book 2 rooms. Now I would like to know who like us, we are a couple with a 7 years old kid would stay in 2 separate rooms? It does not make any sense at all. So for sure this hotel is not a family friendly! Nevertheless, they told me we can stay all in the same room paying a difference for the staying of my son. I agreed and I paid providing my Debit Card details. Again they showed they are unprofessional. They have forgotten to ask me my e-mail and they did not send an e-mail of confirmation of my booking. Indeed I had to write again them to ask to send me a booking confirmation e-mail. Unfortunately I got stuck in Dubai for bad weather condition and I could not manage to reach the hotel on time. The booking and the payment was not refundable and for me it was OK because at least the staff informed me about that before proceeding with the charge on my debit card. However today the Hotel staff have sent me an e-mail where was complaining I have not showed up last night and if I required the payment receipt. I was shocked about their complain because anyway the room has been paid. So I don't see any issue if I could not show up, unless they wanted to make double money from the same room, which shows a very poor attitude and cheap behaviour. Moreover there is not need to ask if I need a payment receipt because they should have sent anyway to me without asking and complaining I didn't show up. Just to make clear, I AM STILL THE CLIENT!!!!!!!! To be client does not mean you can do whatever you want, but if I have paid fully my room it is up to me if I check-in or not. I have not procured any damage to you at all!!!!! Grow up and go to some hospitality course to learn good manners!!!!!!!!…

This hotel is clean with a good sized room and bathroom... The breakfast included in the price is very good with a very good variety..... Everything is available and plentiful... Attached to the hotel is a excellent restaurant with a very good and varied menu and excellent service with reasonable prices.

For the price you can not go wrong, there was a huge selection of breakfast and the pool was clean with many areas to sit. The room was spacious clean and there is full sky television for the night with many different languages. The staff were very helpful and I would recommend to all. There is a restaurant to the left as you exit called Controluce which is highly recommended.
