Detailed Reviews
First off, the location of the hotel is right beside a mall. There were no indicators that the hotel is inside the compound. I had to go around twice before I finally saw the hotel's name on its front door. They should put up a sign on the road to make it easier to locate them.
Next is that since it's inside the mall compound, parking was a challenge. I arrived at around 7:30 PM and the parking area was packed with mall goers so I had to wait for a while to find a spot. Good thing the bank closed and they removed their barrier.
They don't have an elevator although the hotel rooms are just on the second floor. It's going to be a long hallway before you get to your room.
I was assigned to a room near the entrance of the hallway but their hot shower was broken. I know it's not too much to complain but for a weary business traveler like myself it's a luxury to be able to shower and bask in it to cap off a very long day. So they moved me to another room which is now at almost at the end of their very long hallway, but I'm okay with it.
They don't serve breakfast but since it's inside the mall compound, there are 2 fast food joints that probably opens at 6:00 AM and a 24 hour convenience store beside it.
On the plus side, the room is spacious, it was a tv with cable and 2 complimentary water bottles which is really a plus for me.

So if you ever need a stop this side of Batangas, this will do.
Its clean, its fairly new, and very fairly priced. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Check in is quick, but you’ll need to pay up and give a refundable deposit for the key card right away.
The hotel is on one end of a small mall in the town, with direct access to the mall. So this is a big plus, especially if you need supplies or want a fairly good dining selection.
There is reserved parking in front of the mall, but there are only 3 slots so first come, first served.
The rooms are very spacious, and there is in-room wifi. The signal can get spotty at times, though. The bed provides a relatively good sleep.
Now the downside:
The lobby was quite warm. There is a big fan but at midday this wont be enough. There is an airconditioning unit but they never turned it on.
The hotel has no restaurants, so cross out plans for a breakfast buffet. The mall fastfood outlets open early, though, so that provides an alternative. For really quick meals there is also a convenience store just adjacent to the lobby.
While the rooms are spacious there are no windows. This could get those claustrophobic nerves going. The television unit in the room is to the left of the bed. If youre like me and you like watching TV lying down, you may end up with a stiff neck. There is a refrigerator in the room but the one in my room wasn’t working.
There is no elevator in this hotel. While the rooms are numbered beginning with “3” the hotel staff tells me there are only 2 floors. The stairs tell me its between 2 and 3. So if youre lugging around big bags, get a room near the stairway; the corridor can be a long walk.
All in all, this will do.

Been here twice already. It's my budget hotel of choice when in Lemery and staying to visit relatives.
Always opted for the superior room because they are spacious, well-lit, and has a relatively cleaner feel.
I'd agree with the distinct smell from the drains, however. When the tap is opened, whether from the sink or the shower area, the smell comes on and lingers a while. The bidet is fine albeit the pull when in use is kind of uncomfortable. These checkpoints may seem minor, but if addressed, the benefits to reap are worth it.
Other nifties for me: strong wifi, toiletries, towels, clothes hooks, complimentary bottled water, coffee packets, cable TV, heater, phone
Overall, cost/performance ratio is proportional. Staff service is commendable too. Warm and friendly receptionists; proactive bell boys and cleaning crew -- always ready to help when asked.

It’s my first time here and wasn’t expecting that much for it’s rate but I can say that my money is not wasted. The Dreamwave Lemery team is accomodating and everything in my room is working. The hotel is located beside Xentro Mall Lemery and there’s a convenient store also. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Just for the basic overnight accommodation. Many roaches from tiny ones to the big brother. Sink drain pipe was busted & it's dripping down the floor drain. Room's mini fridge is already in poor condition. I'm giving only two at this time & hope they improve more.

It is a small and very basic hotel as expected from a small town. However, the room was clean and the staff were helpful. The hotel is attached to the shopping mall; and makes it very convenient for dining, shopping and recreation. All the rooms are on the top level of the mall but not accessible by elevator.

Friendly staff and the hotel is clean and well manage. It's near the mall so you can easily go and buy the things that you need and you can eat near fast food chain. Also its also near the bus terminal going back to Manila.

The Hotel has a nice lobby with gym as its amenities.
We called to reserve however, there are no available rooms so told them to reserve a room for us incase someone cancelled.
The Staff promptly took note of this request and we were accommodated on the same day.
Thank you

Dreamwave is above Xentro Mall and parking is a problem at busy times. Reception is on the ground floor and rooms on the next floor, but there is no elevator. The staff were polite and helpful and the room appeared to be perfectly adequate, but a lot of small faults became apparent. There was a stagnant smell permanently in the bathroom coming from the floor drain, The wash basin was not properly attached to the wall and almost fell as I was shaving. The flow of water from the tap was very poor...just a trickle.
The clip holding the shower on the rail was broken, so it had to be held up whilst showering. One of the drawers was jammed half open, and the one in the desk could not be closed. The mini fridge and both bedside lights were not working. Towels are not provided. The accommodation is cheap and OK for somewhere to just sleep (I was too tired to complain). It would not take much effort for a handyman to fix these faults and change the perception of this hotel.

It was a last minute booking, glad that they had 2 rooms available for us.
The front office staff was very gracious and accommodating.
The guest rooms are really really spacious for the price we had to pay.
To manage expectations:
Deposit is required upon check in
Hotel has no elevator
Breakfast was not included in our rate
WiFi is weak
Upsides:
7-11 is just outside the hotel
The hotel is adjacent to a mall
There is a McDonalds and a Shakeys beside the hotel
But all in all, we will not hesitate to stay at this place again.
Wonderful front desk experience.
