PROS:
1. Superior King bedroom was compact but comfortable.
2. The whole place was well designed consistently with the Santorini theme. Very IG ready.
3. Pool was relaxing.
4. Free snorkling gear and kayak was enjoyable.
COULD BE IMPROVED:
1. Superior King Bedroom only had a bathtub with a handheld showerhead at waist height. No shower curtain. So those used to showering will be in for a surprise with all the water spraying all over the toilet. Easy fix is to install a shower curtain along the bathtub please.
2. Booking had no breakfast inclusion but it did not deter us from eating breakfast at Greeka All Day Dining. For the Luxe feel of the resort, the food was not up to par. The juice served was powdered mix, coffee was meh. Plus the servers had to be called several times to complete our order. A little more staff training would go the resort a lot of good.
3. Fira Wine Bar was a surprise because they had no wine to offer!? No wines available.

Overall, we still enjoyed our stay. Shower curtain and easy fixes on the food and drinks quality will greatly uplift customer experience.

The place is amazing will give you the feeling of santorini. Amazing staff, especially the one who welcome us. I forget his name. He assisted us in everthing. Also the housekeeping are very helpful with our needs. Pool attendants are also very helpful. The only thing is the rooms are to expensive! 12300 for a villas room and 12100 for sa superior room. I was even deny a late chexk out request. Paying 12k for 1 room shoukd atkeast have a comlete amazing experience but not all knows how to give guest that neede experience!

I really like the ambiance and vibes of the resort because we are lucky that the resort has no other guest "its a jackpot feeling as guest". Suddenly, i go to one of the resort lobby to ask something but i saw this man shouting to a resort staff and we find out that he is the Manager of the resort (he didn't look like a manager because he's wearing a polo, short and clogs slippers - very unpresentable) but my concern is if you want to talk to your staff make sure that it's on private place or in the office not in the visible area and still in a professional manner. By the way, im just very concern with the person because i use to handle people as well. But we enjoy the place and the staff is very nice.

Horrible customer service. We primarily booked this hotel for their infinity pool and paid in full expecting access to all amenities. 2 days before our reservation date, the property sends me a message saying that the pool is under renovation starting the date of our stay - which was not listed on their website or booking.com listing. If I had known this, I would’ve booked somewhere else. After messaging the property for ways to compensate for this, instead of offering an upgrade or access to other amenities, they told me to re-book in 2 weeks when the renovations would be complete. While the room was spacious and the balcony was nice, there was sand in the bed, and the bathtub was dirty. We ate at the restaurant and ordered a pepperoni pizza which was served to us not fully cooked, and not with pepperoni but salami instead. It’s clear that this property does not care about its patrons and is cutting corners to take your money, and will make you pay for something not as advertised. This hotel was a huge scam and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The aesthetic of the place is really nice Please don't expect to be able swim in the beach unless you're willing to pay for their exorbitant diving prices. The best you can hope for is their infinity .swimming pool which isn't properly cleaned They had construction going on while we were there .the bathroo sink was leaking. The food was not good and a little bland. After check out I just had lunch in the hotel and had trouble leaving because the staff were too busy to sign my gate pass. For what was advertised as a high end establishment it felt cheap because of how you were treated. I would not recommend it at all.

The good point : Very accommodating staff. Superb service. Nice KTV room.

The things need to improve: Rooms are big to fit 3 to 4 people. The rate is too expensive for a regular price of Ph8k a night without breakfast. Facilities are mostly under renovation. The pool is just regular but they have up to 12 ft.

Food is a bit salty and most of the chouices in the menu are not available.

Overrated..

It was my third stay in a span of 2 months. The resort is very close to the city. Just a 2 hour straight drive from the city to the highway then a quick transition thru a fairly small town, then you would reach the resort. The resort itself is a picturesque location with a gret view of the ocean. I would say the facilities are well-maintained when you look at the public areas. The pool cleanliness can be improved. The rooms are quite fine with the room rates they charge. We have 2 instances wherein the bathroom clogged that led to flooding in the bathroom. I would expect the management to address this for the safety of the guests and for their safety as well (you would not like an accident to occur for sure). The elevator was down on our third stay, so the guests who were staying in the villas or those who are swimming may have a hard time going up and down the stairs (i'm sure they will address this as well). All in all, the resort is a good place for a quick getaway. Food prices are fair and serving is adequate. The kayak and snorkling activities that come with rate is useful. Even the use of the karaoke room and playroom is a welcome activity. I would suggest including breakfast in your room rate. The resort may have limited food choices but there are restaurants around the area, you just need to drive going to them.

Very comfortable and scenic. Boat dives are 6.5 at dive site because I am spoiled. Sea life is abundant at certain sites. Visibility 30ft and there is a current that range with the day. Drift dive would advise for ease. Cathedral In my music is good for a night dive. Dive 7000 Resort is 50 my from site.

The Hotel Staff was great! Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping were very friendly and accomodating. Shout out to Jay-R who planned the trip to the island. He prepared out lunch which was great. Although the island was 30 minutes away, it was worth it to breath the fresh sea air. Loft room was comfortable for the family. Not too senior and handicap friendly . Lots of stairs to take to go to pool and to the dock. Travelled with our 93 year old father, but he managed.

Only a 3h Drive from Makati. Friendly staff!! A special shout out to John John at the pool area who was our Guide during our island hopping and snorkeling tour- highly recommend him for any tours and he takes awesome pictures too!
Kevin who was our server the restaurant was very attentive and accommodating as well.
Clean resort. Strict non smoking policy.
Restaurant- Carbonara and pizza was disappointing, however clubhouse sandwich was good and Filipino dishes such as crispy pasta and pork Kare kare were delicious too. Complementary coffee throughout the day available! Service made up for the quality of food. All in all a great experience! Thank you Camp Netanya! Will def recommend this resort to friends and family.

Hi! GETTING THERE BY BUS Camp Netanya (hotel info) Resort in Mabini, Batangas is just a few hours from Manila. Catch a bus bound to Batangas in bus terminals in Cubao/Buendia. From the stop, you can ride a jeepney to Mabini, Batangas. Go down to the Mabini Crossing, and from there you can take a trike to Camp Netanya Resort. The local drivers will take you there. BY PRIVATE VEHICLE Get on Metro Manila Skyway from Magallanes EDSA, Take South Luzon Express Way / Calabarzon Express Way / Star Toll Way and take Batangas City exit at the end of Star Toll Way. Take Diversion Rd. in Batangas then take Bauan – Batangas Provincial Rd. Take Palico – Balayan – Bauan – Mabini Rd/Mabini Circumferential Rd in Mabini

If you are driving, take the south luzon express way then continue to Star Toll Way, exit at Ibaan. Follow the signs going to Mabini Batangas. You can use the mobile app waze or google map to guide you through. If you are commuting, you need to take public bus transport going to batangas city or either lipa. Then transfer to another urban bus or local jeepney to mabini. This have timing and Im not sure if this goes directly to the resort. I would suggest you call them using their contact information on their website for more details. I hope this helps.
