We had a loft room 3 big comfy beds, 1 upstairs for a little privacy. Room was facing the ocean with a balcony and fantastic view. Nice table and chairs to enjoy privacy and outdoor air and spectacular view. Room was clean, spacious comfy and our Smart cellphone signal gave us no problems here. Wi-Fi was good near the pool bar and restaurant areas. Snorkeling was just awesome, we got our gear from the dive shop and walked just a few meters into the ocean and explored for hours the beautiful coral reef along the ocean bank of this resort. Easy enough to swim to shore, order food and drinks along the pool side take a break from the ocean and dip into one of the two beautiful pools. The pools were well maintained as well. The restaurant served great food and drinks. Loved the fish tacos with mango salsa complimented with a WengWeng beverage. The sunset at this location is a beautiful sight every evening. We spent most of our evenings eating poolside. Morning breakfast was always fresh and delicious and we utilized the covered restaurant terrace overlooking the ocean with nice open windows to experience the fresh air. Staff was super accommodating as well. It was our 10th anniversary and we got surprised with flower pedals on the floor and beds, ballon’s and a small cake. One of the staff was very helpful with all our questions and giving suggestions. She helped make our stay very personal and a memory to never forget. So look for Lethleth if you go there and tell her you saw this review and I bragged on her. Also scuba diving for certification is a bit cheaper than what I have priced in Puerto Galera and the access they have to the reef area means no boat required very convenient. The shore side is rock, but the coral and rock make for very clear water with lots of marine life to discover and see. Highly recommend this place. We also took the island hopping tour, the resort took our planned food order and we were escorted to the boatmen with our food packed ready to cook on the remote white sand beach they tour you too. I would recommend packing up snacks and your own ice n drinks before doing this. Food prep n accommodations are great at the beach but lacking snacks and cold beverages.…
Staff were excellent and very courteous. nothing bad to comment kn the over all guest experience. They also arrange for boat trip to cater for guests who wants to so scuba or snorkel.Rates for this activities are so reasonable.Shout to Reyn for being so kind and helpful
The staffs are kind and accommodating, they are friendly. The place is nice and relaxing. The reservation manager is easy to communicate well. The transaction is smooth. We have nice bed. But you can enhance the maintenance of the place more
A gem in the chaos of the world happenings Reasonable priced Old but perfect Great food menu Beer Clean rooms Filtered drinking water Awesome and tentative service Great pool with kids slide Great dive shop, dive sites and DM Needs better wifi Will return
The resort had no beach so you have no choice but to book for a Php3,500 boat trip to Sepoc. Entrance fee is paid separately even if youve booked a room at the resort. (1) I booked for an 8am boat trip to Sepoc worth Php3,500 plus entrance free for three persons. I re-iterated several times to the kitchen staff that we'd need the food before 8am. At 8am, we arrived and the food was not yet prepped, but the boat was there. The food was prepared after 15minutes. Went down to the boat, and they let another set of foreign-looking guests, who booked for an 8:30am boat and whose food orders are still being prepped, take the boat meant for us. FYI to the resort, this was very UNJUST, UNFAIR, and ANTI-FILIPINO. I would suggest that you fix your (non-existent) system first before opening your resort to the public. (2) Christmas buffet was a disaster. We paid for a Php900/person buffet dinner, and we were informed that dinner would start at 7pm. By 7pm, we came down to the restaurant(Eagle's Nest), and were greeted by an unappetizing set of food scraps, fish bones, etc. Several guests came down at 6pm, and the staff miserably failed to re-fill the food. I won't pay Php100/person for what I ate, yet I 2 was still made to pay Php900/person for it. There were three of us, so we paid around Php3,000 for a christmas dinner of food scraps. (3) Food served in general in their restaurant is overpriced but unpalatable. (4) Faulty plumbing. (5) There are no more baby sharks in the reef pool, unlike what was previously advertised. (6)Faulty lighting, and a looooot of mosquitos (7) Absolutely no outside food and beverages allowed, so you'd be charged Php350.00 for a 1.5L Coke. (8) half of the resort is dilapidated. The pool pic posted here in TA is no longer open. Book at your own risk.…
Good place, but needs maintenance. Kitchen is good, however expensive for the offer. Parking is far and carrying the luggage can be an issue as the access is far and steep. No beach but you can swim between the rocks.
The whole staff are very friendly and helpful specially Reyn and Clarisse the manager can be really Proud on them. The pool is whole day clean. The food is good and lot of choices and a great view when you eat The rooms need an update they are outdated so it match with the quality of the staff
We were greeted by the guard when we arrived at the resort. Their service van fetch us outside the resort. Going in was the start of the adventure because of the narrow and winding road. We were greeted by Dex in the front desk and allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and we had an amazing view of the sea. The food was great and in big servings. The resort offers different kinds of water activities. The resort was good if you want to do some diving and snorkeling. We went to Sepoc beach on our 2nd day. The beach was nice but be careful of the rocks and corals. Got some scratches after snorkeling😅 We enjoyed the food they prepared for us while we're in Sepoc. All the staffs was very friendly and accommodating especially Dex, Kaycie, Michelle and the other guy in the restaurant we forgot his name. It's a quiet place and a nice place to spend your vacation. …
This Beach resort is the best among all the resorts I've visited here in Batangas, I am currently right here chillin' at the Eagle Nest Bar and Resto! they have the best foods and best service I've ever had so far. especially Ms. Leony who assisted us! I am also thankful with the other staffs they are so accommodating! last but nit the least the Sepoc beach! so clean and very calming environment! food rate are at best as well!! I will surely go back here to celebrate my anniversary! Kudos to all staffs especially to Ms. Leony! You're the best!
It took us more than 3 hours to reach this resort, but it's worth the trip. Has a very good ambiance, with a 2 tiered pool overlooking the sea.. It also has a reef pool for those who are beginner in diving..Food is great but buffet breakfast ia not as tasteful when you ordered a plated one.. Room is very spacious, ours waa overlooking the sea, has 2 double beds which are quite spacious, has a veranda, a big closet, flatscreen tv and a ref.. has a clean cr and shower room but i think the sink has a smell. but over all, we love tge resort and will definitely comes back..
