Established in 2017 and operational since 2021, Amor Laut emerged from the shadows of the former Vistamar Beach Resort. The 2-hectare coastal property harbors 14 spacious suites, an alfresco grand restaurant, two elegant pools, and a lavish garden and multipurpose area that can host events for up to 100 pax at a time. At Amor Laut, we carry personal and quality time for our guests in our highest banners. All our suites come with high-quality bedding and linens, multiple split-type air conditioning units, a furnished balcony or terrace, and a two-person rain shower for your convenience. Our pools undergo daily cleaning, and our restaurant combines Western specialties next to local traditional dishes with an extra flair. The garden offers a relaxing environment where numerous rare birds have found their home and nesting space. Only a few hours from Manila and located in Mabini, Batangas, the resort finds itself in the center of a region well-known for its biodiversity in marine life, often referred to by experienced divers and photographers as unique and outstanding. As the home of Crestamar Dive Pro, this hideaway establishment comes with a highly experienced and well-equipped dive center, along with knowledgeable dive guides and instructors, able to entertain any level of diver or student. The calm and clear waters also allow for multiple watersports such as kayaking, windsurfing, and boat cruises. The nearby idyllic islands are easily accessible by boat and offer much-needed and deserved time away from everyday hassles. A romantic sunset cruise takes only a few moments to realize. Our brand-new speed boats are installed with comfortable seats and tables to ensure an unforgettable experience while you can observe the gentle swell of the ocean in your glass of wine on board. Lastly, Amor Laut takes pride in providing its guests with an exquisite location for events suitable for any occasion. From business events to corporate meetings, and weddings to team-building outings. Everything is feasible with a detailed and personalized outlay. With phase 1 complete and phases 2 and 3 in the pipeline, Amor Laut is already setting a new standard of quality, dedication, and service in the area, with the constant aim to keep our guests happy and returning for many years.

It is super difficult to write a good review, since we were in this hotel during a typhoon. Because of this we stayed in our hotel room for 3 days, instead of enjoying this resort. On arrival everyone was super nice and the rooms were great. Spacious, clean and super modern. We were looking forward to the next 3 days! The menu is very extensive, although they did not have everything in stock because we were in the low season. They thought along with you and prepared the most delicious meals. This is a bit more expensive, but worth it! On the second day it rained so hard and a lot that we really couldn't do anything. With 2 small children quite a challenge. The (Belgian) owner indicated that we could use the Ocean View Suite, to use as a living room and be with each other. Here was also brought our food, since we could not use the restaurant due to the rain and wind. A day later we were supposed to check out, but due to a landslide we could not leave. The owner and his staff were also stuck and fortunately we were the only guests at that time and so we could stay an extra night. Solutions were devised to get away after the typhoon, very nice. Unfortunately we could not use power the last night (the last of the village) but everything was discussed and arranged. The next day the weather was beautiful and we saw (with some broken branches and stones by the sea) the beautiful resort again. It was a really beautiful place to unwind and enjoy swimming and sunbathing. Unfortunately not for us, but therefore we would definitely say, we will come back again! Very clean, spacious hotel with very sweet and helpful staff!

One of the best resorts in Anilao. It's easy to go here, you do not need to pass by the steep roads of Mabini that is why this resort is highly recommended. It is indeed PWD friendly. We went there to celebrate mother's day and the resort is accessible by a wheelchair. The room is spacious. I love that there is a small balcony. The whole place is instagrammable. The seawater is clear and found small blue fishes there. Food is great and the staffs are really helpful and friendly. We will definitely go back here and we can't wait to stay for another special occasion.

A spacious and clean room, along with accommodating staff, can make a resort stay truly enjoyable. Activities like kayak and island hopping and food are two key elements of a resort stay. Will go back and recommend it to my friends and family.

The room was comfy, though the smoke detector above the bed kept beeping, which got pretty annoying. The housekeeping staff ended up removing the detector instead and told us it was normal for the detector to beep. It's not normal as this is the first time I've encountered this in a resort/hotel. Anyway. The bathroom was ok, but the shower area wasn't fully enclosed (no curtains, either), so water tended to splash all around the bathroom while the shower was being used. The restaurant's food was pretty good, except for the desserts which were not satisfactory. Only the creme brulee and chocolate decadent cake were available, and both were not good. The creme brulee was too sweet, and the chocolate decadent cake was rock-solid and too dense.

The staff was very helpful and professional, and they ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Despite the setbacks, I would still recommend this resort/hotel to family and friends.

We chose this hotel for a relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle of city life, and it exceeded our expectations. The property is well-connected by road, and we had no trouble locating it on Google Maps. Everything is well-maintained, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the beautiful private beach, which offers snorkeling and boating. The hotel also features private pools and a fantastic restaurant. A special mention to the Chef, who prepared delicious and healthy vegetarian options, and to the warm and efficient staff who made our stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience!

Great convenient getaway from Manila. Peaceful atmosphere with very accommodating staff. Shane and Lorenzo were especially attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The restaurant has a well curated menu to satisfy a wide range of food preferences. Also, the staff arranged for island hopping and in-town excursions for us at a very reasonable price.

First, they ask us where to serve the welcome drink. But none was given. There's no complimentary water. They gave us water after two follow-ups. The food was so-so and too expensive. Even the cocktails. The waiter explained that the buffalo wings has 6pcs. But when they serve it to us, it was only 3pcs. What a scam..
The facilities is not well maintained. The room door is hard to open. The rain shower is broken.
Also, you can't swim on the beach. You can only use the pool.
The pool is not always available because they are cleaning it regularly. And because of that, we only use the pool once.

Tho, the staffs are very polite and welcoming (even though they didn't serve the welcome drink. Haha)

If you are looking for a resort, there's a lot of resorts in Mabini that is better than this one. And a lot cheaper of course.
You can try it once, but you'll never go back.

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, Amar Laut is the best place to stay and relax. The room has the best view of pool and beach, it also has the best scent of linens and towels. All the staff are very nice and accommodating. I will definitely visit this place again.

Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is very welcoming. Want to say thank you to Shane Mendoza from reception for taking care of us during our stay. Nice food in restaurant. And if you need early and quick breakfast, it is possible to preorder in the evening, which is very helpful.

We’re been here twice and it’s a fantastic resort. The service is very good - from the reception to the restaurant. On our second visit. I forgot my phone in the room and after check-out, the receptionist called soon enough that we were able to turn back and pick it up.

The Dive Master, Mar, was very helpful and took care of everything I needed before, during and after the dive. I’ve been diving for 20 years and he’s one of the most professional dive master’s I’ve had.

The rooms in the resort are big and clean.

We will definitely be back.
