I stayed in this property for a couple of nights. The sleep quality was good. The complimentary breakfast offered vegetarian options on request. The operation of the escalator was fun to watch. The location was strategic.

Decent hotel in the province with friendly service. The location is central to convenience stores and restaurants. Breakfast is included with your stay and it's delivered to your room since they don't have a restaurant. Breakfast options is local or western. The refundable incidental deposit for a 1BD/loft was 1,000PHP but it has to be in cash. They will provide a receipt to be refunded upon check out.

Not sure what other city hotels in Bauan are better than this, but we all enjoyed the lobby, the staff, and the Presidential Suite for the whole family. It was a nice feeling and my kids enjoyed the rooms with the church view... we wished our house is similar, esp the bathtub next to the room downstairs. Would be better if they have another toilet as we are 4 adults and 2 children. But it's worth every peso we paid. Hope to come back again when there's a promo rate :)

I went to Bauan to meet up with someone and I decided to stay overnight. It was a short notice and I was glad this hotel have available rooms. I chose the Loft type room and here I am not even 30mins since I arrived and Iam. making a review. This room is a two floor room and I absolutely loved it. The staffs were accomodating and they were very generous to wave the early check in charges for me. The room was massive, it can accomodate a family of 5(request for an additional mattress of course) and they have TV on each floor. The bathroom was spacious too. There are a lot of restaurants in the building and it is accessible to most kinds of transportation in town.

Stopped here whilst visiting for the festival of the pigs in Balayan (must be at event, brilliant). The hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms very generous, there is a decent bar with snack style menu. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, a special thank you to Abigail who went out of her way every time we asked a question or made a request. One word of warning...it’s not easy getting back to Manila from here!

We held our son’s baptism in Bauan Plaza Hotel last sunday. The service is very good. The price is worth it, we had an inclusive free stay in the hotel.. as soon as we enter the room it was smelling so good, the bathroom is spotlessly clean with complete ammenities, the bed is comfortable as well as the pillows. The aircondition worked properly. as per the event We liked the food they served. My only comment is the pork steak’s cut is kinda thick. We loved the fish and tofu fried. I worked in a 4 star hotel in Rome as an admin and all I can say is their staff is Very professional , I would like to commend Ms Trisha. Overall experience THUMBS UP...

Our detour because of traffic this long weekend made our stay in this hotel even more worthwhile. We were heading to Anilao when we got stuck in standstill traffic in Bauan. We were supposed to check in late afternoon in this hotel coming from Anilao, but since we already spent almost half of the day on the road, and it started to rain heavily, we decided last minute to go to this hotel first and just go to Anilao the following day. This last minute decision made us enjoy the Orense Suite more. They accommodated our early checkin, and the room with a loft was very spacious and homy, with ambient light generously flowing inside. The kids had fun running around, and the bathtub/jacuzzi was enjoyed by my 2yo daughter. Different restaurants and food outlets were also very accessible from this hotel, and a convenience store was just below it. It was like a peaceful home in the middle of a very busy environment outside. They are able to maintain the tranquility inside. There was a band playing at the bar every weekend nights, and although I heard some complain of it because of noise, my husband and I had fun on that Saturday night. Our kids did not have difficulty getting to bed even if our room was situated on top of the bar. The hotel staff were also very polite. The only mark down is that the place is not friendly for PWD or elderly. If your room is on the 3rd floor, the elderly/pwd will really have to use the stairs. Over-all, I'd still recommend this 100% to my family and friends.

Receptionist are impolite and disrespectful of guests. Here's why: 1. they expect you to know their policies although they are not explicitly given. - our discounted rooms were supposedly for 1 guest only. however they failed to mention that to us upon our arrival. They ended up charging us for extra person fee without even notifying us. we only found out after 3 nights. the reception we talked to is very disrespectful and told us that we should know that the room is for single person only since it is discounted. (note: we are staying for 15 nights, hence, the discount, have we known that the discount they gave meant that it will be for a single person only we shouldn't have booked the place) 2. they don't clean the rooms everyday! - the receptionist told us that we have to call or notify the front desk if we want the room to be made up, so we did. but almost every day, despite our calls/notification, we came back at our room still undone =( 3. slow service at the restaurant too! - Food is served usually 45mins to 1hr after the order is placed.

Easily this is the most modern Hotel in Bauan. For us Manila People, who needs to be in town to attend social functions, this is "manna from heaven"! However, you will soon realize that this hotel has many loose ends that would make your stay unpleasant. I have brought 4 Senior Citizens with me. And, to my horror, their establishment wasn't ready for them. Here's why 1. Their escalator/elevator only reaches up to the lobby at the 2nd Floor. If you are "unlucky" enough to have your room on the Third Floor, you would have to literally "carry" your physically challenged members of the family just to ne in the rooms. 2. If they (PWDs and Seniors) make it alive on the 3rd floor, another dilemma awaits them if you book the Loft Rooms. They have to be carried to where the beds are again! What if there are emergencies? I could not even begin to think about it. 3. There are rooms on the 2nd Floor alright, but they are also Loft Rooms! So there is really no escaping those stairs. WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE THAT WAY? 4. The stairs leading to the third floor has a narrow "gap" to the wall. Little children could fall there! 5. Their elevators/escalators are closed most of the time and you have to call for the maintenance people to have it opened. Jeeeeeeeezzzzzz 6. A band was playing in the lobby and it could be heard in the rooms. How loud? You could not even hear the TV inside the rooms and you had to shout to each other to communicate. Our otherwise happy family vacation was ruined! I am usually very forgiving to newly built hotels in the provinces but man, this hotel really got me in a very very bad way. Hope they improve. The hotel itself looks very promising.
