School of jacks, big fishes, healthy coral reefs, chill and a relaxing place. Just a few hours from Manila, this place is a heaven for freedivers, scuba divers and snorkelers! Would love to visit again soon!

Really had a great time in Binukbok. Best to come during weekdays because the place gets full on weekends. Had the spot mostly to ourselves and was even able to watch a moonrise. Since it was my first ever dive, I was quite nervous at first, but the instructors were patient and very supportive. Just look for Kuya Manny as he is a legit traveler turned resort managers. He has a really chill vibes but knows how to deliver great service to the guests. The tents are clean and really comfy plus they are situated above the waters. Will definitely go back and stay longer.

Paradise for diving enthusiasts. Had so much fun playing with the fishes! The offer free drinks and fish food. It’s just 20 min boat ride from San Luis. 3hours away from Manila. Perfect place if you just want to chill an de-stress.

I've been to this resort way back in March 2013 and I am planning to go back this year. The jump-off to this resort is Brgy. Balite in San Luis, Batangas, 2-3 hour drive from Manila. At the shore of Brgy. Balite a pump boat arranged by the resort awaits you and it will take 20 minutes boat ride to the resort. Price in 2013: Accommodation-PhP 1500 <4 person fan room w/o CR> Entrance fee-150 per person Round trip boatride-800 <5 person capacity> Price as of January 2015: Accommodation-PhP 2000 <3 person fan room w/ CR> Entrance fee- 100 per person Table cottage-500 Roundtrip boatride-800 <5 person capacity> This resort offer different types of all-in packages, day tours or overnight for families or small groups, it includes the round trip boat ride, entrance fee, accommodation, table cottage and snorkeling gears. And if you have the guts you can also avail their course on Introduction to Scuba Diving, attended by a PADI certified instructor. Check out their website for their updated rates on these packages. Other beaches and snorkeling sites in Batangas failed in comparison to this place when it comes to the health of the marine environment. According to the resort owner this part if Bauan is part of the Marine Sanctuary in Batangas. I was truly amazed to see a wide variety of fishes around me and you don't have to swim very far because that is just a meter or so from the shoreline. The staff at Binukbok gave us a bag full of bread for fish feeding and once your in the water it felt like your inside a giant aquarium with hundreds of fishes attacking your hand for tiny bites of bread. All in all, a delightful and memorable vacation. Highly recommended to everyone who love to swim and those who want to have a great snorkeling experience.
