Coming to our place is an exciting journey. The road trip will be part of the adventure. While on the way, get your camera ready because of the heart-warming view of the sea. The mountainous areas will make you feel in touch with the beauty of nature. It's really worth the long drive because when you feel the breeze of the sea, you will certainly enjoy. Upon reaching the resort you can't help but say WOW... You will see our MULTI-PURPOSE HALL with an enticing bar with a wide range of drinks available. Adjacent to it is our air-conditioned SEMINAR HALL. These are both facing the 7'x 14' SWIMMING POOL for adults which is 4 feet to 6 feet deep and a SWIMMING POOL FOR KIDS which is 3 feet in depth. It's not only that, because these are also facing the relaxing view of the sea which is so hard to resist swimming into because of its cold and very clear water. You can further improve the fun by staying at the FLOATING COTTAGE. There is also a kayak that can be used to complete the experience. The entire resort can accommodate a maximum of 500 people which makes it suited for all occasions such as family affairs (reunion, birthday, anniversary, baptism, etc.), company events, beach wedding and team building among others. You will surely enjoy the air touching you. The interesting part is that the air comes from the sea and bounces back after touching the mountain. This is because the resort is at the foot of the mountain - it's really a wow - wonderful creation! Sit back and relax in the afternoon to witness the perfect sunset in a very wide perspective. See the attractive color of the sun while setting into its place. A view that will allow you to be stress-free. There is also a WISHING WELL which is believed to be the only spring that remained to have water despite that all other springs in the area got dried. So, what are you waiting for? Go and taste the promise of irresistible experience!

The place is good except for several reasons--
- the road to the resort is very steep. It isn't that accessible.
- it has a very short shoreline--they built a sea wall to sort of separate it from other resorts
- the beach is no good for swimming, its filled with garbage

We all know that the resort is too far from the city. all the info was given by the booking secretary miss Jasmin. Going there is very adventurous, ups and down concrete roads is tolerable. The resort is very clean, fabulous, and very relaxing. The staff is very accommodating. we are so lucky because the resort owner (a hunky chef) is there, and he shared to us his special recipe (very healthy and delicious). Thats why we're not in doubt why their foods are so yummy specially the eggplant parmejana, buttered garlic chicken and seafood express. yeah, its true that their beach front is not that too long wide but it is white sand and very privately.

On the next day, we went to other site for snorkelling and fish feeding. freaking good, so many fish. after that we went back to the resort and we played basketball, beach volleyball, table tennis etc. and then we eat again. hahaha. WOW!! that was an awesome escapade. thanks to the staff who were very patience with us.

accommodation: excellent
foods: 3x excellent

security: very good

We thought it is the best place to spend my husband's birthday and our 7th wedding anniversary. So we booked 3d/2n accomodation (May 26-28).
Since we don't have a car, we went there riding a tricycle. But we ended up to an accident because of the very steep road. Thank God we're still alive.
I think it would be better if the resort will have its own shuttle/service to accommodate those guests who doesn't have their own car. Just to be safe. To make sure that the guest will arrive safely, because the 8 kilometer journey is not a joke.
Hopefully the owner will consider this option.
We're still considering to come back because we never had a chance to experience the beach.
I want to thank the resort staff who look after our kids when we were in the hospital and even refunded our deposit.

Last weekend, I and my family had an impromptu trip to Batangas. We did only an hour search to look for a resort since it's a peak season and most of the resorts are already fully booked. I came across to this resort, and called it immediately. They confirmed one vacant room that's good to accommodate 11 guests, so we made our reservation. We set off quite late and bore the bumper to bumper traffic for a couple of hours. We went through the mountain with steep, rocky terrain, which was quite dangerous esp for us who were driving on it late at night. Since it was an impromptu trip we didn't have the chance to read reviews so we were very surprised when we saw the tract. Given that, we were still positive that okay, we might find a paradise after this road challenge. But to our dismay, when we got to the place and saw our room, we got overly disappointed that a small-sized room that's supposed to fit maximum of 6 guests, was squashed with so many beds, (with one pull-out bed beside the bathroom door) just to make 11 people fit!! My brother and his wife were even sleeping on the floor mat, not even a mattress!! The air-conditioner was only .5 horse power! Then they were charging us 800/head.

We decided to make an early out and talk to the management. We were talking to one of their staffs and then the so called "owner" intervened. He was very rude and doesn't even know how to handle customer complaints. He even told us that we shouldn't have gone there. hello, if we could only go home easily that night we'll definitely leave in no time! We only paid them the amount that we think should be paid from what we have experienced.

They have very poor customer service, and so unaccommodating. This is the first time I wrote a review and I will never ever get back to such darn place anymore!

I love to travel but don't usually write reviews 'cause I understand that each place has their pros and cons but this one's super terrible. We travelled for 4 hours from Laguna to Bauan, Batangas only to be turned away by their staff. Here's the story:

My sister and 2 cousins went on vacation here in the phils. They wanted to go out of town with our families before their trip back to Italy so I checked online for resorts that won't probably be crowded on a long weekend and I found this resort. We scheduled a trip on August 22nd - the night of August 21st my sister called them (this was the second time she called the resort) to inquire for directions. Unfortunately, there was a typhoon coming but we decided to go ahead with our trip anyway 'cause they'll be going back to Italy the week after.

We travelled for 4 hours going to the resort and I'm gonna tell you, it wasn't a smooth 4-hour trip. It was like going to Baguio but much worse 'cause the roads are super steep and narrow plus most are rough so you can imagine it was a bumpy ride. It was raining which made the travel more scary.

There was a typhoon but we decided to go ahead since they have a pool so we were thinking if we can't swim at the beach then we'll just enjoy the pool (I think it wasn't really a typhoon but more of a 'habagat'). When we arrived, we were starving and some felt the need to pee. My sister and I think 2 of my cousins went to the reception area to inquire and they were told the resort is closed because of the typhoon. Of course, we initially felt disappointed not to the resort but to the situation. It's understandable though 'cause it wasn't their fault that the weather was terrible that day.

But here's the worst part:
We asked if some of us can use their CR just to pee. Guess what? They said we can BUT WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE FULL PRICE OF THEIR RESORT FEE for each head which is around 350php (I think). 350php just to pee??? We were willing to pay for the usual price of using a CR for 5php or 20php but 350php is ridiculous. What else? Most of us were hungry that time especially our driver because of our long travel time and we asked if we can stay at their parking area for maybe 30mins or less just to eat a bit before we travel back to Laguna. Their answer, a big NO and asked us to leave asap.

They have a nice place but I think the place is rotten with awful staff. I know it's a business but your staff should at least think less about money and be more considerate. Charging us with 350php per head just to use your CR is stupid. Much worse, I think it wasn't too much to ask for just a few minutes to stay at your parking area just to fill up our empty stomach. If you're going to make an excuse that you declined that we eat there because we might leave some trash then guess what? We told your staff we'll just stay inside our vehicle to eat and of course won't be leaving anything behind but we still got a BIG NO. We were willing to go back 'cause we think you have a nice place but based on that experience, it's a BIG N-O as well!

Be more considerate next time, okay? I'm sure you know well that the travel going to your resort isn't as convenient as any other beach resorts with better staff and ambience so you should think well how to properly accommodate your guests.

We booked our trip last June of 2015, we were advise that June-October is not good for the trip because of weather and also the beach may not be very useful. We actually think very carefully about the reservation and end up pushing for it but due to work and family schedule, it has been postponed to December which is in time for my brother’s vacation. We were informed that there would be 8-9km ride that’s not a smooth ride. Kinda funny to hear words like “set your expectation” cause when you hear those words its like a warning. While on the way, booking office called and she mention that since we left late from manila, we may be stuck in traffic if we will be using the Balagtas Exit, she guided us and we exit to Lipa, going to Cuenca. We know the place since this is also the road going to Mt. Makulot. We exit to Muzon, and when we enter to the 8-9km road, each of us were holding our breaths, there is an area at the top when we stop and take some photos, we realise that there’s really a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Long ride is worth the place, it is clean. We were welcome by their staff and guide us to our room. The food that was serve to us are lutong bahay we hope that they serve seafoods and we are not disappointed since there’s spicy seafoods, plus the Batangas Coffee is flowing. pool is not the big but its fine since our eyes are in the beach area. They have 1 big floating cottage and also a balsa. We really enjoy our trip and the kids love the water sports.

Location
Location is quite remote. Data signal is hardly achieved which I guess is a good thing since you're there for a vacation.

Service
Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They set the utmost service to their customers. They offer buffet, food is just average. They also provide basic toiletries.

Room and Amenities
Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant beside the pool. Beach area is below average, very rocky and have a short shoreline. They have this bamboo raft which I think is cool. Volleyball and basketball court is available, parking is spacious as well.

Overall
Above average. Service is at its best quality.

Going there is an adventure itself. Make sure that you made reservations so that the resort can send its jeepney shuttles to pick you up from the town (which is a good 8km away). The road to the resort is narrow. Trips at night should be avoided like the plague.

The place is big, enough to host a good number of people. Parking and security are taken cared of. The room that we had was cool and I liked the fact that there's no TV. Internet is spotty so you're pretty much forced to be offline. Not a problem if you want to get away from it all for a weekend.

Food? We were in a big group and food was buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I loved the veggies - these didn't have meat in them and still tasty, you could taste the butter in the buttered vegetables. If you're vegetarian, not sure if they will customize the food since I'm not sure if they have ala carte menu.

There's snacks to buy from them and they're pretty stocked so it should tide you over for a day or two. Make sure you buy everything you need before you get here.

Towels not provided so bring your own. Soap and shampoo and conditioner available.

All in all it was a pretty relaxing trip. Will be happy to come back.

We went to this resort for a day's swimming. It is a looong drive up and down a narrow, mostly cemented road. The place is okay, lots of space for parking. They have several huts with a table and benches. Cost is P300 per person, though, and not per hut. Unlimited free coffee and water, and a welcome drink - very sweet iced tea.

The pool was average; they have a nice, long curving slide. Otherwise, nothing much. The sea was very clear, great for swimming. However, the beach was very pebbly, with some bigger stones in the water. They have jet-skis for rent.

We went on a Thursday and had the whole beach to ourselves!
