Its our first time to try this place but its not a good experienced. I wont recommend it at all. Theres not much amenities to offer, too much mosquitoes they charged you too much and there is a hidden charges. The worst of it is they don’t trained there staff they are extremely rude specially the guy at the reception area maybe because im just a filipino not a foreigner that will give them big tip.. I wont ever go to this place ever again.

I would have given it a no star rating but considering that we have also enjoyed our stay there in the past, a star would do. We live near SR Resort and every time we go home for a vacation, the kids would just run to SR to go swimming ever since it opened a few years back. However, when they went to SR this morning with their yaya, they were surprised when the yaya was not allowed entrance unless she also pays for the entrance fee. So I called and talked to the girl manning the office and asked her to please allow the yaya to go inside since we, the parents, are also coming anyway to eat late breakfast at the restaurant. She conceded.. but with a punch line: that we will STILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTRANCE FEE. What??? I didn't know that eating inside the restaurant will require us to pay entrance for the pool when obviously we are not going swimming. What kind of a policy is that? Paying for the yaya's entrance fee is no big deal. But for us who will go there to eat at the restaurant while waiting for the kids is a totally different matter. To charge us entrance fee for the pool even when we went there to eat is ridiculous. Maybe next time (if there will be a next time!) we will just go there and pay entrance fee instead of ordering food. That way it will be cheaper for us. Our gain, your loss. We have been visiting resorts especially because the kids love to go swimming but we never encountered a problem like this.

Employees are very accommodating. The view of the ocean with the sea breeze are breathe taking. Kids are enjoying their swimming lesson with a very patient coach/instructor. Will definitely come back.

I booked 2 VIP rooms for overnite stay . The rooms were simple and clean . I think it was called a VIP room because it was quite big , had a small fridge and air conditioner worked well . They only had a very small bar soap in the bathroom and that was it .. so bring your shampoo! The restaurant served excellent breakfast , lunch and dinner . Our compliments to the chef and servers ... service was excellent ! They have little huts which look out to the ocean view on one side and the swimming pools on the other side . We sat there most of day when not at the beach swimming.. it was so relaxing and quiet . We arrived on a Monday so we missed the weekend crowd , that was a big plus for us . It was a very relaxing visit ! Thank you to the manager and security team that greeted us warmly every time they saw us !

Lovely pool and oceanfront view. Rooms have no phones and few maintenance issues but good a/c and refrigerator in room. Friendly staff. Renovation and adding new restaurant and rooms on ocean. Nice place.
