For those who have pets and intends to bring their pets with them please be informed that they charge Php 2500 / pet inclusive of a regular pet bet and a bowl of dog treats and yes they don't have pet-friendly pools. The main purpose of our stay was to spend time with our dogs. Clueless about the charge, I brought 3 of my small breed dogs with me. I was aware that they charge pets but I wasn't expecting that it would be that expensive as they do not specify the details of their charges on your booking; on their website; or even their social medial accounts. It almost felt like they intend to deceive people. It's OK for them to charge but could have been nice to specify charges beforehand. I was able to haggle to charge only 2 dogs or else the charge will be more expensive than

Wrong price quotation given. Only 2 fruits available in the resort. Food was so so. Servers were great but reception lacked proper customer server training had to speak to 4 different people to have them explain the discrepancy in the contract to what they are asking me to pay very inconvenient.

This luxury resort lives up to its name of being a luxury with a very nice ambiance and cozy environment. But the resort needs to implement some rules and limitation to ensure sustainability and proper maintenance. There are no pool rules, anyone can just jump in the pool without taking shower first. Anyone can swim wearing non-swimwear even cargo pants and jeans. On a positive note, the staffs are really attentive and courteous to the guests. Life guards are always present. The rooms also need regular check up and maintenance, some room doors are a bit rusty they are already getting stuck making it difficult to open. But the rooms are very spacious. Food is nice, but a little pricey. Don't mind the beach anymore, waves are huge as ever as La Union is a great surfing area. Sands

If you want a quiet place with minimal activities and relaxation or private group meetings, this is the place. The pros are great coffee bar, spacious rooms, good sized beach, nice dining area w good views of the beach, good service. The bar facilities are adequate and food acceptable. The cons are WiFi did not work, isolated from main road or nearby business, rooms not fully prepared, such as no toilet paper until new supply arrived; was given tissue instead. Left over trash in closet from previous guest. We had to clean ourselves. Room safe did not work and was given another safe but not bolted down so anyone could just walk away with the safe and our valuables. Water activities insufficient to accommodate multiple guests such as 1 jet ski only. I would prefer not to

The property was remarkably clean all throughout. The rooms are very very big, complimented by a cozy balcony, large television, and a great view of the ocean. The entire staff was polite and very attentive. Grade: A+ The menu was basic and restaurant staff lacked experience. But they did do their best, so I won't be too hard on them. Grade: C We happened to be there in the midst of a major typhoon. In spite of the weather conditions, the facility never lost electrical power and there was a stay behind staff to attend to us ensuring we got hot meals (brought to our room) 3 times a day. Grade: A+ Overall, we were pleased with our stay at Lafaayette Luxury Suites. We will stay there again.

The facility is not big but the rooms are spacious and new. I just don't like the grey sand of the beach which is common in the Northern part of the Philippines. The pool was not bad as well. For customer service I would say average. I was lucky enough that during my stay they had good attendants on duty. would comeback, just too bad the sand is grey.

Stayed during summer with my family and siblings. Value for your money (although a bit pricey). The accomodation and resort is super nice and clean. Dinner buffet is expensive, but looks tempting. We opted for ala carte dinner, which is okay. I think it can still be improved. But the buffet breakfast is excellent. Lots of choices + bacon is overflowing. The beach and swimming pool are nice. Towels are always available after swimming. Staffs are friendly and courteous. Me and my family will definitely come back. We really enjoyed our stay ❤️❤️❤️

The resort is simple but classy. The land area is not that big almost the size of four to six basketball court. It is ideal for a quiet vacation and not for party goers or water activity fanatics. The suites are huge but the wifi is weak. There is limited choice in the menu. I hope management can inject more fun and excitement through its facilities.

Good points on this resort 1. spacious room 2. breakfast was a hit 3. good sand and water at the beach Management needs to reevaluate: 1. High Price do not commensurate to the service and resort class 2. Very costly drinks and corkage --- imagine a wine corkage 1.5K --and they are selling a wine of 400 at 1.5K ! 2. No other highlights on the facility -- fitness center, billiards, music lounge 3, Villa is good for 10 but toiletries towels / / glasses / cups were set for 4 4. Welcome drinks provided after 2 hours of follow up 5. WIFI passwd not readily available -- several follow ups Business oriented facility -- not much on customer needs ...

We decided to celebrate my Aunt's 87 birtday at this place. The guard told us; we can not park inside the compound. The two security guards, watch my Aunt, an 87 years and my wife , who had both knee replacement on both of her legs. having difficulty getting off the vehicle. With respect to their guards, I have all occupants of the vehicle dis embarked at the gateand Slowly throttled towards the beach front. While I stayed at the gate to wait for my cousin who parked the vehicle at a far distanceon the road. While standing there a gentleman who happened to have parked his car on the road, walked in. The guard to my surprise the guards saluted the gentleman and instructed the gentleman to bring his vehicle inside the compound parking lot. This establishment have
