Casa Margaritha was amazingly beautiful, the services was spectacular, the room was clean, spacious and the ocean view was phenomenal, everything was well kept and the food was exceptional. Gordon and Marites were friendly and hospitable. We had an amazing time. We decided to have our son's wedding at the facility and all arrangements were handled to our satisfaction.

We recently spent 5 nights at Casa Margaritha and were thoroughly impressed with the accommodations and the owners, Gordon and Marites. The resort is only 10 minutes from the airport and located away from all the traffic and noise in Dumaguete. The rooms are spacious, the food was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to help us. The resort grounds are very well kept and the pool was relaxing. We definitely plan to return.

Some minutes from Sibulan ferry terminal,we found this small nice resort. We have stayed there three nights. If you want to relax and swim in a pool,this is the place. Gordon the owner is very service minded and a funny guy. You can have your meals in the resort,limited menu though. The rooms are nice,beds are good.

Nice Rooms (only 3), friendly Staff. Poor kitchen (only about 6 menues) No other beach resort in the near surroundings No direct acces to the beach, have to cross a street. Far away from the City of Dumaguete (about 30 min with a tryc)

I stayed here one night in transit to the south. The casa is about 15 mins from the airport to the north of the city. The rooms (only 3) are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff local staff are great and super friendly. The free wifi works well. I liked being able to sleep peacefully without city traffic noise (a major issue downtown because of the constant tricycle noise). If you need to go into the city the Casa can arrange transport. Highly recommended
