We had a great little weekend getaway at Trillium Resort and Spa. The facilities were exactly what we expected, and our cabin with a wood-burning stove was an amazing experience in the middle of winter! One of the main reasons we decided to try this resort is because they are

Beautiful location for outdoor September 2018 wedding. Nice venue for reception, main meal was good, breakfast buffet next morning was plentiful and tasty. Cabins were rustic, but comfortable for guests.

We were fortunate to attend a wedding at Trillium Resort near Huntsville recently. The bride and groom were hoping for a white wedding and that's exactly what they got (although even though we would like to give credit to the resort for arranging the weather, we can't), there

The Trillium Main Hall is a very lovely rustic place to hold a winter wedding! Unfortunately, only the wedding party was able to stay in the cabins since there were quite a lot of them. I heard no complaints, but can not comment on the accomodations in that regard. However, the

Is the outdoor pool heated? Is the pool open in the fall and heated enough to swim in? Thanks!
I do not know for sure but I did not observe any cover to retain heat and the pool was as cool or cooler than the lake when we were there this weekend so assume it is most likely not heated. There is a good sized hot tub adjacent to the pool.

Linens and towels were in the room. A beach towel of your own would be helpful and yes bring your own coffee and tea etc to use in your room. I was there in the winter so I am unsure of all the summer sports equipment supplies. Have a wonderful time the staff there are very helpful so I am sure they will help you out with any requests. Enjoy your stay Sandra

"If you have mobility issues, talk to the staff before booking a room. Some of the rooms require you to climb a very steep hill."
"The lake view cottage are on a steep hill so if you are unable to walk up a pitch then there are other alternatives."
"Chalets have a great view of the lake"
"Accommodations are individual or duplex buildings, so noise isn't as much of a concern as it would be at a resort with hotel-style rooms."
"The chalets were the best!"
