Stayed here for a few days on business. It's a small inn located in one of the inner streets of the downtown area. You need to take one of the many tricycles to get to the downtown strip along JC Aquino. It's a small hotel; the reception staff seem disinterested, and seemed untrained in proper customer service. The rooms are a bit big, and are clean enough. Wifi is useful. Breakfast is included. You get to choose from the reliable stable of Pinoy fare; you get a plated meal, which is not much, but at least will get your day going. If you're on a budget, this hotel will suffice. But there are better options, which are more central.

I cannot count the number of times I have been to this place to eat- for meals in the resto, for events like birthdays- and all I can say is that they have not disappointed me ever. My fave would have to be the Japanese offerings and their triple chocolate cheesecake.

I was looking for a private "non-crowded" place to eat in Butuan with good food. I had heard the food was good and it seems the place is not the crowded type. and I did not regret it. My family enjoyed good food, they even serve japanses food mostly ramen, which is very rare in Butuan. What's more, the food is affordable. Since I an a Butuanon, I will always come back especially when craving for a ramen. 👍

Stayed here for two nights for work...the place is well maintained..budget friendly hotel if you will have a business trip plus they have a spa where you can have relaxation after doing fieldworks..
They have few selection of food for breakfast..craving for fried milkfish but not available.but their serving of food will definitely fill you up..they have wheat bread which is a plus point for me and love their selection for chocolate drinks (swissmiss and milo). And guys try their baby back ribs!!
kuya guard is very polite with all the guests and very attentive..just a little suggestion, maybe they need to upgrade their wifi connection at 2nd floor..

Dropped by to sample their new japanese menu. First visit, i tried their ramen. Big serving but was disappointed considering the price. I liked the shrimp tempura bento better. My husband ordered their rice set meal.
Limited food selection but still okay if you want japanese in Butuan.
I hope they will serve brewed or espresso coffee soon.
