Do not ever bother to waste your time or money on staying at a hotel with office staff as rude,arrogant,abusive as the office staff that are employed by GO hotels at this Butuan location, at approximately 1500 hrs or 3 PM Thursday 11 th of August 2022 my Filipino wife attempted to check our family of three into the PWD available rooms that GO hotels advertise, as i myself is a gentleman of 24/7 in a wheelchair, upon approaching the checkin dest at this GO hotel Butuan my wife was immediately attacked verbally by the rude arrogant office staff at this hotel, accusations at my wife of such outstanding completely ridiculous accusations of such things such as " you are a trouble maker " you " are not welcome here " you " make complaints about us " WTH ??? About 3 and a half years ago we did stay at this GO hotel Butuan on a journey to another destination a long time before covid lockdown, these GO hotel staff are racist plus anti PWD people as also i myself am a Reverend minister in a charity o religious organization, finally a Minor office lackey told my now upset stressed angry wife " you can stay one night but the next night we are fully booked out you must go away " well this person of low IQ is now playing lord and ruler over my wife and our family, my wife then consulted myself and with the Lords guidance we declaired that if this is the atertude of GO hotel Butuan then they can keep it and bo not need our money, we then proceeded to locate a far better and cheaper that nights hotel, thank you GOHotel Butuan for showing the general public of Philippines what rude,arrogant,racist,anti PWD, sexist staff that are employed by GO hotels at there butuan location, i fully believe GO hotels Butuan should be blacklisted until complete rude arrogant office staff have been preschool in public PR or better still all replaced except for the very helpful doormen, God bless and forgive the GO hotel Butuan office staff for there evilness. service of the staff are all great. the location is great too. the only thing that bothers me is that the wall is so thin that you can hear all the noises outside of the room and vice versa like no privacy at all.

Loved staying at Go Hotels Butuan, will def choose the same place again. The reception staff is always welcoming and super helpful. Continued to extend for another 5 nights. Super big and comfortable bed, bedsheets, everything you need in the room. The only downside of the hotel is that the corridor/hall outside the room is extremely loud - I think other guests don't realise how much noise they make. Whether it was just coming back home from shopping or getting up at 5am with the alarm left to ring for at least 15 mins, or a group of friends visiting each other and having a chat in the doorway... Seems like walls and doors separating the room from the hall are very very thin. The location is excellent, in the mall, what else could you need?! :)

I always stay here whenever in Butuan. LOCATION 5/5 Conveniently located at Robinsons mall. Taxis and other public transpo available outside. SERVICE 5/5 Excellent service. The staff are always polite and accommodating. ROOMS 4/5 The room was clean and beds were comfy, but It would be better if the furnitures and fixtures were well maintained, and a soap dispenser in the toilet room would be lovely too. The only downside, mere whispering from the hallway can be heard inside the rooms. Some say that it is better to choose the rooms facing the road. I will try it next time. VALUE 5/5 Budget friendly. They offer discounts too!

We stayed there 4 years ago and was very happy and this year you n June we had another good safe time, a little construction didn't bother us much. Still a safe place and love that it's connected to the Robinsons mall. The staff are always great. Again this a basic hotel bed,tv, bathroom and that's it no fridge or microwave.

Staff were friendly and accomodating. Room was clean. Free wifi. Close to restaurants, food chains and mall. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Availed of this promo way back in 2019 and up until 2021 they have not stopped informing me to rebook all bookings made since they were close for almost a year because of the pandemic. Excellent service overall.

Not a chance that when i'm back here in Butuan, Philippines that i won't stay here in Gohotels. Always meets my standards thumbs up for that! I just hope sooner all gohotels property would have a restaurant. Staff's in the front desk r very friendly especially pretty Frances she always greets me everytime i pass by very accomodating and friendly..Room is amazing, it's clean. there's a lot to be fixed but i'm able to sleep nice and harmoniously,housekeeping staffs are all helpful. Everytime I passed by at the lobby it's always busy. Room was tidy, easy access to the mall. However, one of the front desk Archie always feels like I'm very special and never failed to recognized me with warm smile and greetings. Keep it up Archie.
