I stayed for over a week at this hotel. I was not really happy with their wifi connection inside the room its very slow or drops off or nothing at all. I had to go downstairs to the lounge area to be able to have wifi. The water was yellowish and smelt like mud or rust. Cockroaches were everywhere. Unfortunately, I made an upfront full payment of my entire stay on the first day and the hotel has ‘no refund policy’. So i had to bear with these issues. Otherwise, the staff were so good and kind. I felt their warmth hospitality. The hotel’s location is very convenient to restaurants, hospital, gym and 7eleven. If wifi is your life, this one is not the one. Thank you....😊

The room wasn't bad, not bad for its price. But I hope you guys can fix the water asap. As the last time I visited there the water was dirty. I've always had a hesitation taking a shower. That's all I can say.

I spent one night in the VCDU prince hotel. The room itself seemed clean but not bug free. The shower had warm water. All i missed were the free toiletries. Probably a good low budget hotel in the middle of Butuan.

This place was located near the metro butuan, you will not have to worry getting lost in the city since it is very accessible just beside the manuel j santos hospital along the montilla blvd street. Try to stay and relax in this place and climb above to see the city in different angle.

I stayed there for two nights, their staffs were so hospitable. I recommend this hotel to those who are looking for place to stay in Butuan city it is just near to the city proper and it is very convenient to stay.

This place has a lot of things to be proud of. They also have wonderful staffs. For those who are looking a place to stay in Butuan, better be in this hotel. It is clean and pretty convenient yet affordable.

We are still checked in in this hotel, and i could really commend their service. I rate them excellent in service and the staff is exceptional. They are doing a very good job, very efficient and prompt and the management should be proud of their staff.

I stay there at one night , when i arrive there the receptionist, she doesn't know how to say good morning to the client? Sorry i can say this word because i am the receptionists too. So i know how to entertain th guests..i think they need more training and more more more orient.? The room was good but there is the problem inside the bathroom like the water it taste bad..and the internet connection isn't working and also my phone no cignal inside the standard room.?

There is no available standard double when I went there. They offer me single standard but they said that there is no wifi connection. I need an internet connection so I decided to get deluxe twin. I find it too expensive but I have no other choice. The internet connection is too bad, very very bad. In addition, the faucet in the comfort room is not functioning.
