In Butuan for vacation since it’s been 5 years. Friendly staff..but when we went, I didn’t realized the swimming pool was under repair so that was a little disappointing . I’ll make sure to call next time.

Room was alright. Friendly staff. Quick booking. If you call locally, you can get a better price. Don’t choose rooms that are facing the main road as it can get too hot and noisy outside. Breakfast was pretty ordinary with few selections. You would want to bring your own food or side dishes.

Im giving this hotel 1 star. Why? Food for breakfast sucks. When I got to the resto area there were no eggs, no food just some fruits. I waited and only a little came. The room is not so clean. THe tiles in the toilet are cracking. The towel are dirty and has plenty of torn parts. The corridor is so noisy including the utility who cleaning on the other side. Arrghh. It looks nice from the outside and the pool area but it sucks. Do something please

We booked for 7 nights in an executive room to gain comfort. Oh, how wrong we were, this has become a party venue with load music every night until the early hours. Load shouting and peaple running the corridors. The staff are not interested. The room was not clean, the curtains in tatters. The shower head contained black mould with a drain surround by brown residue. The in-room coffee was limited to a kettle and two cleanish cups. No coffee, sugar, milk, spoons or anything else, all supported by a warm fridge. The TV had no controller so volume control was not possible. The breakfast was so poor it is hard to find words, warm and fresh would be nice but alas cool and old was the normal, selection is more take it or leave it. Clean coffe cups would have been a nice touch. Having stayed in 10p per night place in Malaysia in the 80's and many first class business hotels around the world. The Oasis in Butuan makes one of the worst three place I have ever been, the only good part of the place is that it looks fantastic when you come up the drive, from then on its all a big big disappointment. This is a one star place with five star prices.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and three days during my trip to Butuan. Apart from the basic breakfast (Especially with the vegetarian choices), the experience was enjoyable. The swimming pool was a nice place to relax. The room was broad and the amenities were good. The hospitality was warm as well. The location was also convinient.

I'm very disappointed with my stay with Hotel Oazis. The room is dusty and the hallway and lobby seem to have seen better days. The hotel is big but it is very hot. It lacks air conditioning. The room is quite big which is a plus. The breakfast is also very basic. Not upto par with the hotels around the area when it comes to facilities. I hope this can improve in the future

One of the newer hotels in town, located along the main highway and near downtown. Rooms are decent, with complete amenities for business travelers. Wifi is just okay. Service personnel were also pleasant. Food was so-so, nothing to rave about - hope they can hire a better food & beverage manager and a good chef.
