Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Comfortable beds & pillows, hot shower and tv and good air con. Stayed in room 209 upstairs. Had coat hooks! Brilliant! Good shelving and even coffee facility in room. Could use luggage bench maybe.. as well as a extra shelf in bathroom.
Consider a seperate valve for the bidet please.. I almost shot my eyeball out of its socket. WAY too much pressure.
WiFi network 3 never worked for 3 days despite good signal strength, staff couldnt fix it, and didn’t seem to worry about it. Toilet seat was cracked but usable.
Staff were nice and polite.
Good location, can walk to main road / Robinsons etc. Can get multicab R1,R2,R10? to / from airport 10P if not much luggage, or 8P most other places. All trikes knew this place.
Breakfast was adequate and well cooked, but need to offer chilli sauce. Use of single use plastic for coffee stirrers is lazy and wasteful, as is use of sachets which go to landfill. Waveworks massge was good nearby also.
Happily stay here again.

The place is new and near Robinsons Mall. Walking distance to the mall.
The room was clean and has a small electric kettle.
Sheets were clean also.
Breakfast was alright. Filipino breakfast is served for free.

Firstly there is not free wifi in the rooms although you can use in reception but that is really no good if you want to go your room , the Tv doe not work either so all you can do is stare at the wall with no wifi or tv , the tiolet was broken and the shower room very small and was not to clean , staff were ok but the place is cheap in term of cheap beds cheap pillows cheap materials, the breakfast was ok but little chioce and only 1 small coffee this place compared to say Robinson or Almont the plaza is worth maybe 500/600 peso per night thats all

1. Poor customer service- upon check in the front desk staff trying to help me with the early check in which I appreciate and thank you for that. After a long zigzag discussion about the booking. 2 . Room AC was horrible - it seems like I’m sleeping in the ferry for the entire night with the extreme loud noise. 3 . Room cleaning wasn’t up to the standard which needs to look up to especially contiguous virus is just around. Zero 4 . Second day of my stay I asked to clean the room. Which was done fine. However the meds and vitamins which just purchase went missing. 5. I asked front desk and the answe was. I am night shift. So what would I do???!!!!! 6. Hk guy who clean up the room will come in the morning to look for the missing meds which I just purchase meds and vitamins .
I think management needs to look into this details. I am so disappointed dissatisfied and would highly never ever recommend this to anyone. Never ever stay in this place. Although the location is fine but extremely horrible place to stay. Whoever your guest is. You guys need to take care to gain atleast more you performance rating among your near competitors around.

I wanted to take a hot shower and I guess they thought I was taking too long so they cut off my electricity. The room smelled like a wet dog and the sheets were not clean or even washed. The attitude of the workers was terrible and the air conditioner was so loud I could hardly sleep.

Total NIGHTMARE! the other good reviews are lies. There was a mouse jump out at me as soon as I got in the room. ants all over the floor and mold on the walls. I asked to speak to a manager and the staff REFUSED! They offer a free breakfast but messed up the order and refused to correct it. they said too bad take it or leave it. This place would be shut down by the health department in the United States. The staff would be fired immediately but once again, they refuse to let anyone speak to a manager and no manager is on duty because its a very small hotel, only about 15 rooms. My wife and I are stuck in this nightmare for 5 days. Worst hotel of my life!

I've felt not welcome on this hotel, staff are not respecting you, not kind. They cannot provide guest request. They ignored you. Bad experience. Not recommended for travellers especially long stay.

I took a chance on this hotel with not very many reviews. Turned out being a really good experience. It's a good location on a quiet street walking distance to a big mall. Everything is very clean and new. Staff is friendly and cooks breakfast for you. I will stay here again when I return to visit my wife. I came here to get married so my visit has been my honeymoon. The Wi-Fi router is right outside the door but all the walls like other buildings in the city are solid concrete so I had to use a portable Wi-Fi repeater that I carry with me for travel to get a better wi-fi signal. I recommend this hotel you won't regret it.

It's a new building built near Robinson place. I was pleased with my recent stay. It's 10 minutes walk to Robinson Mall. The airport transfer costs P350 one way. The airport is ten minutes drive from the hotel. Wifi connection was poor.

Don’t ever stay in this hotel, this is not a dream place but a nightmare place with the most rude, arrogant and unprofessional manager who shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry. I asked to talk to him/her but he/she never showed his/her monstrous face. The manager alleged that I cancelled our 3rd day accommodation. Why in my right mind would cancel my accommodation when I still have a meeting on that day and the next day. The manager never faced me instead he instructed his/her staff for us to vacate the room since it is already reserved for another guest. The staff suffered the brunt of my anger and frustration although I pitied them since it is not their fault. The hotel has no security guard and lacked staff since I asked them to change the bedsheets and the flickering light which is an eyesore and gives us the creeps but they were never changed. They have no genset since during brownout there is no light and water. The aircon in our room is not working well and the comfort room stinks since the exhaust is too small. The towels are old and stained. Travel site advisors should not recommend this place. Read the other reviews, you will really regret if you stayed in this place, be warned.
