These new Houseboats (we also have a private italo filipino houseboat restaurant) are the first in their kind in Philippines and they are located in pristine lagoons in the limestone island of Coron: Ancestral Domain of the Tagbanua Tribe, National Park, Marine Reserve and Unesco site (Coron Island is different from Coron town that is located in another island named Busuanga). You can choose one entire private houseboat for yourself with big indoor and outdoor private areas (the Glass Houseboat, the favorite from couple in honey moon and small families, or the Paolyn Houseboat Original and the Superglass Houseboat that can host 15/16 guests) or you can choose just one room (for one couple or a small family). Each room has now its own private internal bathroom with shower, private dining area, private outdoor relaxing area (with private sun-beds and sun-umbrella) with private ladder to enter the sea. We will pick you up at the Coron/Busuanga airport (or in Coron Town) and bring you to our Houseboats (from the airport 30 minutes Van plus 15 minutes speedboat). Transfers are complimentary. No pollution, no traffic, no noise. Amazing scenery with breathless landscape with steep cliffs and Karst rock formations made of Permian Limestone of Jurassic origin, it offers superb snorkeling and it is totally quite except birds chirping and splashes of fish. Clean and clear water. It is the only place where to sleep and eat in all Coron Island. Free use of Kayaks, Standup Paddleboards and snorkeling gears. Unlimited drinking water and free WIFI. Totally Eco compatible, they do not discharge any waste in the sea and they are totally off the grid with 24h electricity and fresh water. Each room has multiple tower fans and some rooms have also the air conditioning (optional with a surcharge). We have 202 employees with 16 rooms and most of them are members of the Tagbanua Tribe that did not study and never worked before. This crazy project is almost the only income the tribe families of Coron Island have at the moment!

This was the most incredible place I have ever stayed. The location is out of this world - the water is exactly how it looks on the photos. We stayed in the Original Houseboat and one of the Glass Houseboats. Both are recommended- the Original houseboat has almost a private section of the lagoon which was a lovely treat. The service was very clever, you order by WhatsApp and it is delivered by boat which means you can really enjoy your stay on your houseboat. Kayaks and SUPs are a great addition and we used them to explore. The staff are warm and friendly - we will definitely be going back.

Our 5days 2 nights stay at Paolyn Houseboats was simply amazing!
The owners, Paolo and April were the best hosts and made us feel so at home. We were a bunch of pta moms who sometimes had ridiculous demands but they were sooo patient and did their very best to accommodate our requests.
Special shoutout also to the staff, Andy, Angelica, King and everyone, who were the local tribe in Coron. They did a tremendous job in making our stay unforgettable.
Overall, I highly recommend Paolyn Houseboats to everyone who is passionate about the simple joys, nature and enjoying life. Looking forward to going back soon.

We stayed in the Bamboo Houseboat for 3 days and it was the best experience we've all had. If you want to experience Coron the best way possible, choose Paolynn Houseboats for your stay. Marjo and the rest of the staff were extremely hospitable and accommodating to all our needs. We were able to experience Palawan, the purest and most beautiful way possible. Worth every penny and would do it again in a heartbeat!

This place is heaven!! It’s magical and the people working for the houseboats are so friendly and kind.
Highly recommended 👍. You can go out on several tours among the islands, kajaking, snorkling in the most beautiful waters . The food is also really good!

This was the highlight of our trip. Went here on our last day in coron and regret not having to spend more time here. This place is just A-MA-ZING!! Been to a few destinations here in the Philippines but we never thought that this kind of place exists. Ever since a saw a video of This place in youtube Ive already added this to my bucket list. So after a few years, we finally made it here and it was beyond my expectation. The view, the staff and the owners Paolo and April are just the best hosts. Their passion for preserving the island and helping the tribe deserves more recognition. We wished had more time really. You will not regret your stay here. 101% we will be back.

Super unique surrounded by beauty and nature, loved every minute of it. Staff were attentive and friendly going above and beyond on may occasions. Lots of activities such as kayak & paddle boarding as well as exclusive access to twin lagoon, small lagoon and the coral garden when no one else is there. We loved how eco friendly the place was. We would highly recommended and would love to say again.

I can’t thank Paolo and his staff enough for the stay. We got the glass boat toward the back of the lagoon. Perfect for seclusion and beauty. There’s a reef right under you so you don’t have to go far to see some exotic fish. You can check out twin lagoon which is a short kayak trip from the house. Staying on this houseboat is an adventure and I’ll be sure to come back soon. Something to consider is that the AC runs on a generator so that’s an item that needs to be paid for separate from the reservation. It’s not too expensive but unexpected.

I am struggling to find any link that leads you to booking or a website here. I could not even suggest it when I tried to ask for a better listing. I would love to be able to figure out how to contact or even look at prices and availability.

I’ve been there twice and both times have opted for the glass house boat. I’ve used both the new and original glass houseboats and both are fantastic. They have a glass enclosure/folding glass doors which you can opt to keep open to let the sea air in or you can close the doors. You can request for the staff to place a mosquito net over your bed if your wife is a mosquito magnet. Last November we kept the doors open and enjoyed the sea air with no worries about any insects, the second visit In July we had to close the doors partially because a few insects were coming in due to the wetter season. No issues with mosquitos whatsoever both times. Bedding is standard as to what you’ll find in hotels in the area. Very comfortable, crisp and clean. Food is a mix of scrumptious home style Italian and local Filipino cuisine.
