These new Houseboats (we also have a private italo filipino houseboat restaurant) are the first in their kind in Philippines and they are located in pristine lagoons in the limestone island of Coron: Ancestral Domain of the Tagbanua Tribe, National Park, Marine Reserve and Unesco site (Coron Island is different from Coron town that is located in another island named Busuanga). You can choose one entire private houseboat for yourself with big indoor and outdoor private areas (the Glass Houseboat, the favorite from couple in honey moon and small families, or the Paolyn Houseboat Original and the Superglass Houseboat that can host 15/16 guests) or you can choose just one room (for one couple or a small family). Each room has now its own private internal bathroom with shower, private dining area, private outdoor relaxing area (with private sun-beds and sun-umbrella) with private ladder to enter the sea. We will pick you up at the Coron/Busuanga airport (or in Coron Town) and bring you to our Houseboats (from the airport 30 minutes Van plus 15 minutes speedboat). Transfers are complimentary. No pollution, no traffic, no noise. Amazing scenery with breathless landscape with steep cliffs and Karst rock formations made of Permian Limestone of Jurassic origin, it offers superb snorkeling and it is totally quite except birds chirping and splashes of fish. Clean and clear water. It is the only place where to sleep and eat in all Coron Island. Free use of Kayaks, Standup Paddleboards and snorkeling gears. Unlimited drinking water and free WIFI. Totally Eco compatible, they do not discharge any waste in the sea and they are totally off the grid with 24h electricity and fresh water. Each room has multiple tower fans and some rooms have also the air conditioning (optional with a surcharge). We have 202 employees with 16 rooms and most of them are members of the Tagbanua Tribe that did not study and never worked before. This crazy project is almost the only income the tribe families of Coron Island have at the moment!

Fantastic place to stay - we stayed for two nights and didn’t want to leave. The houseboats are in a cove with the clearest water we have seen, everyone working at Paolyn were great and the food was brilliant + reasonably priced. A must visit if you are travelling to coron.

By far the best experience we had in the Philippines. They were so helpful when our flight got cancelled last minute, booked our ferry tickets for us, picked us up at the airport, and brought all our meals to our houseboat. We felt like literal royalty, and they were so happy and friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough great things about this company. Plus they support the local tribe on the island, and are environmentally conscious. I would 1000% come back and recommend to my friends. For four friends traveling on a budget, the price was right, the food and drink prices were similar to the city. You need to book this now, trust us.

Experiencing this place is a must. The experience of sleeping on Coron Island by the water--with the quietness it offers--is unforgettable. It lends its tenants peace and respite from city life. While it does not have the usual creature comforts of city / luxury life, it is part of the charm and experience. The houseboats are are accessible to twin lagoon via kayak. Kayangan and Barracuda are also nearby via their speedboats that can be rented at reasonable price. It offers astonishingly good Italian food (with considerations on the availability of ingredients). My boyfriend is Italian and a purist when it comes to food. He was impressed to enjoy pasta al nero di seppia and frutti di mare in the middle of a remote island in the Philippines.

This place is something you really only come across once in a life time, I haven’t seen anything as special and unique as these houseboats! I originally booked accommodation on the west of Busuanga island but quickly realised that we were quite far away from where we wanted to be in terms of the main highlights of Coron Island. I had noticed the house boats before but it wasn’t until I looked a little more closer that I realised that we simply HAD to stay at Paolyn Houseboats! I booked through booking.com (no longer part of booking.com) originally but once you book, you immediately exchange communication through Whatsapp with Paolo the owner and cutting a long story short it was better to book directly with Paolo rather than through a 3rd party (which by the way saves you

I simply can’t recommend this place enough! We started our 3 week Palawan trip here on a half glass houseboat that looked out into the lagoon. The transportation was absolutely seamless and the staff made us very comfortable with a fresh coconut to drink as we awaited our room to be ready. Waking up each morning to the serene sounds and views of the lagoon is something I will never forget. My partner and I loved that we could spend our day snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, or simply laying on our dock and soaking in the stunning scenery. We spent 2 out of our 4 days taking tours. My partner is big into snorkeling and Coron has one of the most vibrant and healthy coral reefs we have ever experienced. Our tour guide was absolutely lovely and took great care of us. It was

Magical place and lovely people If you are thinking about booking, don’t hesitate just book it. This is a once in a lifetime authentic experience and it was the most incredible place, we didn’t want to leave and wish we had stayed longer. We stayed for 3 nights in the double room (the cheapest available) and it was worth every penny. Accommodation: The level of cleanliness was very very excellent, there was no bugs or spider webs or anything considering everything is made from wood and bamboo. The bed, sheets, pillows were all very comfortable, and the room was a very good size. They give you everything you need inc shower gel and shampoo. It is a very eco friendly place, Paolyn works hard to bring fresh water to the houseboat from another island every day. Your waste also

An incredible experience with outstanding customer service. We pulled up to meet the boat for transit from Coron City to the houseboat at in a cove at Coron island. Fortunately, we were met by Paolo, who is the owner in part with his fiance April Lyn, and he rode out in the boat with us. A great attitude, knowledge, and energy...he set the tone for an incredible overall experience. He shared the history and how his business works directly to employ the tribal owners of the land, is fully sustainable in terms of power and how he also provides support to sheltering stray cats and dogs in Coron CIty. Arriving at the houseboat in the first boat as 4 of our group of 9, we were given even more history of the houseboat, the business, and how it came to be. The very houseboat we

Firstly, the houseboat we took (one of the all glass ones) is both very nice and large. It's awesome to have the kayaks right there so you can go exploring and we got 'room service' all the time which worked well. It's in a very good location - you can easily take a speedboat to get to many attractions within 5 minutes. Very happy with this choice.

I’ve traveled around the world and this was by far one of the most special places I’ve stayed. This isn’t just a hotel it’s an EXPERIENCE 🌿🌊✨🐒 let me start by saying if you can afford to get the private Glass window house boats #2 then do it. We shared one of the nicer units with one of our friends off to the side of the lagoon and it was super private and peaceful. We had 2 private large size rooms with their own shower and toilet. It also had two huge private floating sunning docks for each unit. Once we arrived to the airport there was a shuttle bus that took us to the cove to get on a small boat to head over to the island, all included with your stay price. Check in was easy, they sat us at the restaurant and we had lunch and drinks (super good strong drinks) while we

A DREAM!! If Coron is the crown of the Philippines, Paolyn Houseboats is its Crown Jewel! Hands down one of the most incredible places we’ve ever experienced! Our family (2 adults & 4 young kids) booked the glass house boat and it was PERFECT! Paolo & Lyn are just incredible, generous owners and EVERY.SINGLE member of staff is amazing. Having our meals brought right to our deck every day was so lovely, but being able to just wake up and jump straight into the ocean from our bedrooms was the pinnacle for us!! Paolo even gave our family a complimentary private speedboat tour out to Barracuda Lake and the Twin Lagoons, which was UNBELIEVABLE! Meals were delicious, water was absolutely perfect, environment and views were indescribable- pristine & serene., and service was
