These new Houseboats (we also have a private italo filipino houseboat restaurant) are the first in their kind in Philippines and they are located in pristine lagoons in the limestone island of Coron: Ancestral Domain of the Tagbanua Tribe, National Park, Marine Reserve and Unesco site (Coron Island is different from Coron town that is located in another island named Busuanga). You can choose one entire private houseboat for yourself with big indoor and outdoor private areas (the Glass Houseboat, the favorite from couple in honey moon and small families, or the Paolyn Houseboat Original and the Superglass Houseboat that can host 15/16 guests) or you can choose just one room (for one couple or a small family). Each room has now its own private internal bathroom with shower, private dining area, private outdoor relaxing area (with private sun-beds and sun-umbrella) with private ladder to enter the sea. We will pick you up at the Coron/Busuanga airport (or in Coron Town) and bring you to our Houseboats (from the airport 30 minutes Van plus 15 minutes speedboat). Transfers are complimentary. No pollution, no traffic, no noise. Amazing scenery with breathless landscape with steep cliffs and Karst rock formations made of Permian Limestone of Jurassic origin, it offers superb snorkeling and it is totally quite except birds chirping and splashes of fish. Clean and clear water. It is the only place where to sleep and eat in all Coron Island. Free use of Kayaks, Standup Paddleboards and snorkeling gears. Unlimited drinking water and free WIFI. Totally Eco compatible, they do not discharge any waste in the sea and they are totally off the grid with 24h electricity and fresh water. Each room has multiple tower fans and some rooms have also the air conditioning (optional with a surcharge). We have 202 employees with 16 rooms and most of them are members of the Tagbanua Tribe that did not study and never worked before. This crazy project is almost the only income the tribe families of Coron Island have at the moment!

This place is a hidden gem! So peaceful and beautiful, just in the middle of the best Island Tours spots on Coron Island. Our houseboat was well equipped, all around was little fish swimming and we got pedal boats to explore around. We went to the Twin Lagoon and some nice reef just minutes from our houseboat, where we saw cute little Nemo fish. The next day we went on private speedboat for Coron Island full day tour, that was amazing, we couldn’t stop taking photos! The food was great and the coolest thing is that you can order food right to your houseboat! The people from the resort was so nice and welcoming, and we thank The Paolyn Houseboats for lovely stay!

Remarkable venue, set in neighboring lagoons enveloped with limestone forests and coral reefs. It is not a luxurious place but everything needed and even more is available. On the other hand, the luxury is the quietness, the intimacy with nature, and the interaction with the indigenous locals. Despite the facility floating in lagoons in a remote island, the food is remarkably well-prepared, delicious, and timely. Coffee can be brought by boat to your floating room and even have a choice between a frenchpress or a mocha pot! We like that they were very punctual, transparent, very reasonably priced, and gave access to the main sites way ahead and much later than the crowds coming from the mainland.

Amazing experience. We went as part of our honeymoon and it was magical to wake up to views of coral and clear waters in the morning. The staff are very friendly and tend to your every need. Food is good and very reasonably priced. We used the free canoe and snorkel gear and since you’re next to the Twin Lagoon you can go before the crowds arrive. We had the Twin Lagoon to ourselves. Just remember you’re on a houseboat 20 minutes from town so don’t expect extreme luxury but do expect an unforgettable experience you want get anywhere else. You’re also supporting a business that wants to give back to locals and provides great opportunities for those in the area. Would highly recommend.

We decided to stay at Paolyn houseboats after researching about the accomodation in Coron island, it ended up being the only accommodation available in the entire island. We spent a couple of days at laknisan lagoon in a glass houseboat. The experience is something that will remain in our hearts for the rest of our lifes. I was particularly impressed on how the pollution is prevented in the lagoons. Not even a drop of dirty water is dropped to the sea. I would like to highlight again the big pleasure of sleeping just by the sea. 100% recommended.

Incredible experience, once in a lifetime! We stayed in 2 different house boats over 3 days and it was the best experience. The larger more luxurious houseboats are definitely worth it if you can splurge. Everything was very comfortable and clean. Wifi was generally good. Bathrooms are what you’d expect on a house boat but the staff explain everything and it’s all easy to use. The food at the restaurant was all great, especially the chicken curry, bruschetta and Nutella crepes! The cost was very fair. We also had dinner on our boat and the service was amazing, the staff drive your food over and pick it up. Staff were all so friendly and helpful and April was so beautiful to speak to. She shared lots of info about the area and her and Paolo have such an amazing approach to building an eco friendly but luxurious resort. The respect for the local tribes and helping employ and support the people is second to none. They are also very dedicated to having the lowest impact to the environment with rubbish patrols happening constantly to ensure nothing is left in the water. We did a half day trip and would highly recommend this. We had a private boat and guide who was very knowledgeable and took us to the best attractions before the crowds arrived in big tour groups. The reefs we snorkeled were the best (most colourful!) we have ever seen. Definitely jump on a kayak and explore the surrounding bays, there’s endless crystal blue water. The resort arranged our pick up from the airport and boat transfer from Coron. We went straight through and didn’t stop in Coron (glad we did this in the end) it was seamless both ways. Would highly recommend to anyone as an incredible experience to be in the midst of some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. Very relaxing!

If I could give this place a 10/5 I would! We stayed 2 nights for a relaxing few days after a boat expedition and this houseboat was UNREAL! The amenities were insane for such a secluded area, but MAN did it have it all! We did an entire houseboat and it did not disappoint. Kayak right from the houseboat anywhere you wanted, jumping and swimming in the lagoon at any time! It exceeded any expectation we had going into this! Absolutely amazing! And to boot…when we were leaving we happened to be heading out with the manager, Alessandro, who was absolutely amazing! He helped us navigate the end of our stay and does not leave any detail unaccounted for! These houseboats have EVERYTHING 🙌🏽

The fishes outside your boathouse are very fun to befriend with. The people are very welcoming and seems to be their happiness as being as one with the island. The food are very good and the bunk bed are comfortable. Wifi is commendable too and access to the front desk office. Outside you got your tanning place and small kubo where you can dine with your loved ones. Go Kayaking when you wake up to complete your exercise. And eat more good food with good people.

So I stayed for a few days in Paolyn houseboats and since the very beginning I had the best impression they offered to pick me up even later than agreed since I arrived later, they helped me with all my luggage and received me with a welcoming drink, all the staff were super kind and were always making sure everything was under control, when we got to the room we were amazed the view was simply one of the best I've ever had, food was amazing and great quality-price related, with them you can also book your private tours which I'd highly recommend I did both the morning and afternoon tour and my tour guide went even swimming with us, I forgot to mention that they also arrange my transportation from there to the airport. Thank you so much ❤️
