These new Houseboats (we also have a private italo filipino houseboat restaurant) are the first in their kind in Philippines and they are located in a pristine lagoon in the limestone island of Coron: National Park, Marine Reserve and Unesco site (Coron Island is different from Coron town that is located in another island named Busuanga). You can choose one entire private houseboat for yourself with big indoor and outdoor private areas (the Glass Houseboat, the favorite from couple in honey moon and small families, or the Paolyn Houseboat Original) or you can choose just one room. Each room has now its own private internal bathroom with shower (all with hot water except the Mini Houseboat), private dining area, private outdoor relaxing area (with private sun-beds and sun-umbrella) with private ladder to enter the sea. We will pick you up at the Coron/Busuanga airport (or in Coron Town) and bring you to our Houseboats (30 minutes Van plus 15 minutes speedboat). Transfers are complimentary. No pollution, no traffic, no noise. Amazing scenery with breathless landscape with steep cliffs and Karst rock formations made of Permian Limestone of Jurassic origin, it offers superb snorkeling and it is totally quite except birds chirping and splashes of fish. Clean and clear water. It is the only place where to sleep and eat in all Coron Island. Free use of Kayaks, Standup Paddleboards and snorkeling gears. Unlimited drinking water and free WIFI. Totally Eco compatible, they do not discharge any waste in the sea and they are totally off the grid with 24h electricity and fresh water. Each room has multiple tower fans and some rooms have also the air conditioning (optional with a surcharge).

We stayed in the Bamboo Houseboat for 3 days and it was the best experience we've all had. If you want to experience Coron the best way possible, choose Paolynn Houseboats for your stay. Marjo and the rest of the staff were extremely hospitable and accommodating to all our needs. We were able to experience Palawan, the purest and most beautiful way possible. Worth every penny and would do it again in a heartbeat!

We visited for the last week of our honeymoon. When researching we loved the back story behind how the houseboats project started and we were lucky enough to meet Paolo himself, who gave us a further insight into the hard work and dedication that goes into it. Providing jobs, opportunities and financial help to the local tribe in the area. Heartwarming - so please continue with the hard work Paolo. The staff are so unbelievably friendly and courteous. Always smiling and with a kind word to say. Meals were fantastic and always delivered on time. The houseboats themselves are a haven of tranquility with more than enough facilities to cater for all tastes. We stayed at the Shang-Ri La Boracay the week previous and though very different experiences, which we wanted, the outcomes were of the same high standards at both. The beautifully protected coral literally steps away each morning and waking to the sounds of tropical birds and fish jumping out of the water. This is a MUST for anyone in my opinion and we sincerely hope to return one day. A special shout out to Jay who spent 3 days with us taking us on fantastic island tours. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making our honeymoon that extra bit special, we’ll never forget the experience you gave us. Lots of love Mr Omelette and Miss Pancake Lee and Grace xx

staying at paolyn houseboat was the best experience of my life, in terms of accommodation! I only have compliments, both in relation to the structure of the house, which is spacious, beautiful and very well cared for! the rooms are clean, airy and with a privileged view! The house staff are super available and very polite, they received us very well and helped us with everything we needed. It was really an incredible experience! Already missing this place that I intend to return soon!

Me and my friends stayed at Paolyn Houseboat! Coron is a small village with little structure and the best part of it is definitely nature! That's why me choose the house boat! And lucky we have had the best experience in our entire life. If you want to feel comfortable for all you need, that's the right place. First of all, the house boat floats in a private area, a wonderful blue and green lagoon surrounded by imposing cliffs that gives you privacy and security. The house is equipped with kayaks, stand up paddle, snorkeling equipment and speedboat to provide everything for all tours they offer. Really nice bedrooms with wide glass windows, good sheets, towels and pillows, fans and air conditioning. A Fantastic Common area, with outdoor dinning room, big deck with sun chairs and fresh water shower. Complete Bathrooms with hot and cold water! All of these really adapted to nature and environment concern: photovoltaic and solar energy! That's really nice. We had a private chef that gave us the best of Philippines culinary! Amazing dishes with fresh ingredients and local products! So far the best food I've had in Asia. We met all of the main touristic destinations points, guided by a very friendly and polite staff: lagoons, coral gardens and stoning beach's. Actually we had the opportunity to choose the places we wanted, and is quite v great valeu. Finally we were helped for adorable people that gave all they had to make our experience perfect! Unforgettable

Staying at Paolyn Houseboat was the best experience I have ever had in my travels. It is an incredible house in the middle of the most breathtaking place I have ever seen. The natural beauty is just amazing. Altough it is a floating house in a lagoon, it is extremely comfortable and cozy. The people that work there are the best, and will do anything to provide the best possible experience for the guest. But the greatest part of it was the food. We had a private chef, who cooked the most fresh and delicious food. If you have the chance, please don’t miss this opportunity. I have created memories for a lifetime, and will never forget these days at Paolyn House.

Super unique surrounded by beauty and nature, loved every minute of it. Staff were attentive and friendly going above and beyond on may occasions. Lots of activities such as kayak & paddle boarding as well as exclusive access to twin lagoon, small lagoon and the coral garden when no one else is there. We loved how eco friendly the place was. We would highly recommended and would love to say again.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Paolyn. The location is unbeatable - waking up in a private lagoon with snorkelling possible straight out of your room. The rooms are spacious and well done - you forget you’re on a houseboat often! The food is also excellent, with fresh fish and foods brought over from the market each day. It really is a paradise

I don't often visit the same place twice - the world is a big place and there is so much of it to see - but I might break my own rule for Paolyn Houseboats. To have the Twin Lagoons to yourself before any other tourists arrive, and rich coral gardens just a short paddle away on your own personal kayak is perfection. The rooms are small and rustic but just right. Meals delivered to your own private dock, and the ability to jump straight into the sheltered lagoon from your room is like having your own private paradise. The hotel's mission to protect this precious natural landscape while providing economic opportunities to the tribe that owns the island shows in everything they do.
