Detailed Reviews
We stayed here for two nights because daytime was spent on the wonderful beaches and islands of Caramoan. It is a family-run hotel/pension house and located in the town center. When we stayed here, there were constructing an annex a bit farther from the center of the town. There is Wifi. The staff is friendly. They get good arrangements for island hopping and the owner is also the tour guide. They serve good Bicolano food in the hotel and for lunch during your island hopping adventures. Plus, the hotel has a roofdeck where you can dry your wet clothes. It's a complete package and you don't have to worry about details because they will arrange it for you. If you like to snorkel, just bring your own gear. We will definitely stay here again.

We booked a room in Paraoma more than 3 weeks before checking in and upon arrival, we were directed to the extension of the guesthouse which was more than 500 meters away from the centro making it hard for us to buy food whenever we want to.
The price is cobsiderably low but the electricity supply was weak in Caramoan. We barely felt the air-con at night.
The owner, however, was very accommodating and he helped us (kuya anton) in booking a boat good for 12 pax.
The boat was big and the rent was P2000 for the short trip while P3000 for the long trip. I believe he marked up the price by P500 because I spoke with another boatman and he told me the regular rent was P1,500 and P2,500. You can directly ask the owners of the inns or hotels to book you a boat in case your visit to caramoan is a Do-it-yourself trip. Or try this (Sero Nueve Quatro Siete Otso Sero Quatro Quatro Sais Tres Nueve) He's kuya Cario ;)

we stayed here last march 18-20, 2016...if you are looking for a well maintained pension inn, then Paraoma is not what you are looking for...this inn needs a lot of upgrades but for the price you gonna pay on your stay i may say that its just worth it..the staff are kind but most of the time they are not around on the front desk...good thing is, you can bring and cook your own food, you can use their utensils, stoves etc. since its in the town center, its near to all..besides you dont have to stay the wholeday in the inn, you have to go island hopping to see caramoans beautiful beaches...

Our family holiday stay 2019 at Paraoma’s Guesthouse in the Caramoan was a Fantastic experience . It is one of the most affordable accommodation in Caramoan.Located just one trike away from the beach. Our family stayed there , three nights from April 29 to May 2 . It is a family-run hotel/guest house which is located in the town center. The rooms are very functional ,clean , A/C and the beds were so comfortable ,we slept so well . The best of all though was the the Brilliant owner “Mr. Edvir” he sorted all our arrangements for island hopping tours .This include our personal tour guide “Mr. Jeff“ for the entire stay.He was an absolute gem ,informative and a really lovely Chap .He even volunteered to be our photographer and would call our attention every time he saw a photo opportunity which there were many ! He knew how to use all our modern day gadgets and how to get the most beautiful shots . He was also our service and has his own Trike which made getting around in Caramoan hassle free .Overall our whole family young to old got so much more than what we paid for. I highly recommend Paraoma’s Guesthouse especially for those who are in a tight budget adventure. We will remember our family holiday here with many fond memories .Thank you for an amazing stay and adventure .😄

Paraoma's Guesthouse have two branches located in the centro of Caramoan. We stayed at their new extension for two nights. We were assisted by th owners, Ms. Cathy and Sir Anton since we visited during off season and there were not much tourists. They were very accommodating. Sir Anton even picked us up at the Bus Terminal upon our arrival. Overall, we got so much more than what we paid for. This is one of the most affordable inns in Caramoan, just one trycicle away from the beach. I highly recommend this inn especially for those who are in a tight budget adventure.

The place was very worn out. It has not been well maintained at all. The food was acceptable and points for the staff who were accommodating but other than that, there's not much to like about this place. The toilet was even broken when we checked in. We had to transfer accommodations the same night due to the bad experience.

Firstly i would just like to say 1) I don't like to leave bad reviews and 2) I am currently backpacking in Asia so choose budget accommodation and therefor not expecting luxury...
but this is honestly the worst place I've ever stayed. After 10 hours travel I couldn't wait to get a shower. We check in at around 3pm and the room is stifling hot as there is no electricity between 6am - 6pm (which is fine and reasonably common in this part of the Philippines). There is no water in shower. Ok no problem, water must run from electricity I'll wait until 6pm. So so tired so i snoozed in the sickly hot room until 6. Still no water. What? I tell the staff my shower is broke they said there is just no water. Ok.... Didn't get my shower that day. Wake up next day and still no shower so I wash myself in the sink before I leave for the island hop trip. Return around 4pm. Surely the shower works now? Nope. But this time there is no hand wash sink water and the toilet doesn't flush. NO WATER AT ALL. All I want is a shower. The no water thing lasted until we checked out the next day so no water to shower/ flush toilet/ wash hands/ brush teeth. Felt disgusting leaving this guesthouse. Staff weren't very helpful.
Furthermore the security is terrible. No safety deposit box available. I went to room to find our curtain pulled aside, I shut back again, not thinking anything. When we returned to the room again approx. 20 mins later curtain was pulled back again, very strange, looked behind to notice window open when we left it shut. Nothing was missing but I think we interrupted a thief in operation. I have no proof we were about to get robbed but the fact that there is no lockers and the windows don't lock made me feel very uncomfortable. If you are staying here please just watch for your passports and valuables. However my best advice is avoid.
