We had an awesome experience on our trip at Caramoan. Casita Mia is a nice place to stay with. Staff are so accommodating, food is great. I would recommend it to my friends. It feels like you’re at home. Going back there, for sure.

the best place I have stayed on Caramoan. lovely staff. quiet clean rooms, internet in lobby only. plenty of transportation to get to restaurants and tour boats. very nice for the area. highly recommend going on private tour starting at boat terminal. you will have beaches to yourself or just with a few local local children. great snorkeling. this is not the highly advertised island hopping tour from the other end of town. i have done that and this was so much more enjoyable. easily arranged, just inquire.

I've visited Caramoan Islands and the accommodation was at Casita Mia Bed and Breakfast, in Camarines Sur. I liked the place from the very first beginning, they have a very nice yard where you can lay in the sun, and a covered terrace to serve meals there. The staff was kind, smiling all the time and ready to help with my requests. The room had a comfy bed, and what i really enjoyed most was the AC, working surprisingly good, the room temperature was very cool, and that really helps when its so hot outside like it's there. You can arrange rides to the beach, or any other place by simply asking at the front desk and they'll call someone for you; with little money as 100php/ person(we were 6) we went to the beach and back(and the driver waited for us there all the time). They serve good food, prepared there, and you can go by walking in the center of the town at the local market to buy fresh fruits and specific local foods. They have a wifi connection, its poor, just in certain places like front desk space but you don't need to lose time on the internet in such a beautiful place. I recommend accomodation here, i think its a comfortable and clean place.

Casita Mia is a decent place to stay inn when visiting Caramoan. What makes it extraordinary are the hotel's staff especially Azeth who oversees the whole operation. We arived there late in the evening after a day tour in Naga and I appreciate their effort in preparing dinner for us upon checking in. Once you booked a package tour with them all you need to worry is what to wear since everything is well organized. It could have been close to perfect at least as for my kids, had there been a pool. Nonetheless, it met our expectations and maybe a bit more. Azeths directions as we checked out going to our next adventure-(Legaspi) was extremely helpful. We get to really enjoy the scenic coastal view that made our four hours of travel seem short. We will definitely go back and recommend it to our family and friends.

The whole duration of the trip was pure pleasure. The resort is well-maintained, including the rooms you will be staying in. The staff (without any exception) were extremely accommodating, polite, and warm. They even went the extra mile just to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. When we took the island hopping tour (which I greatly recommend), the boatman was able to show us the best spots and islands. The restaurant has a great variety of food (most of which come from Filipino cuisine) and the food was always delicious and fresh. I am already looking forward to coming back.

Caramoan is a Warm, Lush and Tropical Place in the Heart of the BICOL Region. There are Dozens of small Islands and boats to take you Island Hopping all day long or for just an Hour or so. At Casita Mia, the People are Warm and Friendly, the rooms are Clean and Comfy, The Gardens Beautiful and the Food is Delicious. Make Sure you take the Trail up to the Beautiful Vista View Casita Mia is the Best place in Town ! John and Virginia Jacobson

Me and my friends from Los Angeles were there in February 2017 . The staff was so welcoming and friendly. They showed us the rooms and they were all clean .the bathrooms are so clean that coming from America that's what you look for clean rooms and bathrooms. They gave us a ride to the port to go island hopping and the also have a boat to rent to go island hopping for reasonable price . After island hoping they came back to the port for pickup to go back to the resort. They also cooked us lunch wick was really great . I will recommend Casita Mia to my friends and family if they decide to go to Cam Sur

Booked for 2D2N, Dec. 27-29. Due to the destruction wrought by typhoon Nina, we weren't able to go to Caramoan. The road to Caramoan from Naga was blocked by fallen electricity poles and uprooted trees and there were threats of landslides. I cancelled on the 27th while we were still stuck in traffic in Naga. I talked to Azeth, the person in charge at the front desk, asking if I could get a refund for Dec. 28-29 (I paid a downpayment of 40% for both days). I cancelled on the 27th so they can already receive guests for 28-29, she said the downpayment was already forfeited and she said that guests already arrived on the 28th. I asked if they didn't refund under any circumstance and if she could give me contact details for their manager. She said no and didn't give me any details about her manager. I booked in good faith, not knowing that a category 5 typhoon would strike. I asked for a refund for the booking for Dec. 28-29, a full day after I cancelled and a day that they can already receive other guests. I wouldn't have cancelled our booking hadn't Nina struck and dealt that much destruction. This is no way to treat guests who actually tried to go but weren't able to because the road to Caramoan wasn't passable. Will obviously not return and will absolutely tell others not to book here. The photo is of a Petron station in Naga. Consider what the road to Caramoan looked like on the 27th of December.

Been to Casita Mia for only 3 days, but when i first got there i was impressed of how pretty that place is. Its located in the village where all houses are so simple and it just pops in your eyes. Rooms are clean, and AC is working perfectly. AC its a must it is VERY hot there. Bed is big and comfy, the nice view on the window definitely a 'plus'. The one thing i can complain about is they don't have a hair dryer in the bathroom and because of humidity in the air(80%)your hair just won't dry fast so you need to bring one with you. Food is good, like nicely cooked but i really had a problem with their breakfast. It was not ok at all, i did not like (rice, fried eggs and fried ham every morning) i asked for anything else like milk/cereals/butter and jelly on bread, fish or FRUITS which are so cheap and tasty there, but they would say no we don't have at anything u would ask. So this is a thing i'd complain about, they need to be more flexible about it. BUT, there is a local market in the village, like 10 minutes walk, so you can go buy fresh fruits and vegetables, i reccomend you do so 😊 They have a backyard garden with a nice place to eat outside or just chill with friends. If you want to go somewhere, visit, or at the beach just tell girls at front office and they will arrange a local bus/or car ride to there and the price is like 100 pisos per. person so its OK, cheap.

We visited caramoan last May and first time to bring our dughter to island hopping/snorkeling. The deal they quote us is 7k per pax and 3.5k for child for 4D/3N which we find it a good deal. But when we arrived there they told us that they had a mistake that it should only be 3D/2N for the deal that they quote us. Asked us to add if we want to stay for 4days, so we didnt. Whats good about this is they replied to my inquiries faster from what i expected. Room is quite small and the window type aircon position i think is wrong. Its located in the foot of the bed thats near the window, so the head part of the bed is warm.. There is no cable channel on the tv. The bed linen are clean. But i was disappointed on our first night that there's a power interruption (brown out) and they only use a generator for all the room, and automatically the aircon will cut off. Thats the electric fan comes in, on the first day im surprise why there are fan in ech room, and its because of the frequent brown out in the island. Every night theres a brownout (lucky us😁)! And thanks to the generator... For 2 days island hopping, we went back to shower but there is no water on our room. So for 2 days we had shower in the common bathroom on the first floor which is very very disappointing. The reason is that the water pressure cant get up to the second floor and they cannot do anything about that. Only on our last day that we manage to use the toilet without any problem. The toilet also had an uneven flooring so there is always one part on the floor thats always have water. Always bring your own toiletries when travelling, this hotel doesnt provide everything. The bath towel are not so new but clean and without any bad odor. We had a full board meal with them, and for the rooms disappointment it compensate the food that we had. Kudos to the uncle chef in the house. We love our food from breakfast to dinner and it always more than enough for 3 of us. Love the authentic laing they served on our 2 day island hopping. I will just rate this hotel an average and will try other hotel when we go back to caramoan on 2018.
