Our stay in Tugawe was disappointing.. the Hilltop room that costs around 10k per night has a broken door lock, has molds on the wall, has a squeaky cr door, has dusty and moldy cabinets. The food is overpriced esp the Day’s Harvest Salad. The breakfast was served after 1.5 hours of waiting despite the reservation made on the night before. The entire boat ride is unreasonably long (2 hours). Are there any other ports nearer aside from Talisay port? Also upon check out, we were told to be ready at 10am for the boat ride. But the boat arrive at 12:30 nn. What even annoyed us is that no one is answering us properly as to how long we are gonna wait or how are they handling the situation.

Excellent! Tugawe Cove Resort is a hidden gem of Caramoan that provides a haven of serenity. This resort is truly a place for you to relax and enjoy time with your loved ones. We really enjoyed the view especially on the Lakeside, beachfront, and the lighthouse. Rooms are clean as well as the surroundings. Staff are very accomodating and friendly. 5 stars for the staff together with their services and attitude. I would also like to commend their food (everything on the menu is actually good!). Furthermore, Tugawe Pili Macchiato is a must-try. Thank you to Tugawe Cove Resort team, we really enjoyed our stay in this exceptional sanctuary.

Place is great! Far from the city but super worth it. The place is lush and very scenic. Kids enjoyed both the pool and the beach. There are a lot of activities to do. Food is reasonable and yummy. Overall, Tugawe is the best place in Caramoan!

Room - Room is not exactly clean and fresh, upon checkin, it did not smell of fresh sheets and curtains. In fact, when you turn the curtains, all the accumulated dust falls into the room. The screens and doors are very hard to open and the rest room are falling apart. There are stains and tear everywhere even on the bed. It was not like this when we stayed 4 years ago. Restaurant - This was our only complain from our last trip and we really hoped it would have improved by now but sadly, it's still the same. We had pre-ordered our menu with the time schedule set as per their advice but we still had to wait for 35-50 minutes to be served and for the price, it still did not meet expectations. Great overall view of the place and surroundings. Place is nice for people who want to disconnect and enjoy nature. WiFi and data signals: Weak. Staff was okay tho sometimes service is slow. Very limited food options. Room was okay, walls with electric sockets not sturdy. No bathroom heater and hair blower.

The place is great! Everything looks good. It feels like you are one with nature. Another good thing is the room. It is big, spacious, the beds are soft, the room is clean, and fully furnished. No complaints there. As per my title, it would be great for those who want a staycation, who will spend more in the room and just want to be with nature. But if you are more into the swimming experience, 2D1N here is not enough. No time for island hopping. Too much time will be spent going up and down the hill if your room is hilltop. The beach is clean but in the morning, it feels like there are insects biting you. The pools were cleaned late. The beach area is great! and the 3-days we spent is an overall a great experience with the white sands and kayaking adventure! though staffs are not that very accomodating and observed that the scheduled breakfast time were not observed and not properly organized per group that’s why people were jumpacked on the dining area. and please check the bathrooms if all drains are working well. hopefully our next visit may give us a superb and a 4-star hotel-like experience as what it is categorized.

Room is basic, looks basic, not well-maintained. No hot shower, no wifi in the room. During booking, it said there was free wifi. After booking though, the sales manager called saying there was no wifi in the rooms but there was one in the restaurant. During our stay, tried connecting to the wifi in the restaurant, but the signal was virtually non-existent. This is okay if you don’t mind being disconnected for a few days. But for us, it’s kind of stifling that you can’t connect if and when you want to, especially when we expected that there was wifi at the time of booking. Common areas (infinity pool, restaurant veranda overlooking the cove) were clean and look good. Asked 6 times to make-up room, no one came.
