Everything was excellent, from the owner and the staff, the rooms, the place itself, and the tour package, most specially our tour guide ate Inday, she patiently gives assistance to us in everything that we needed. Very generous on granting requests and/or other favors as long as they can and as much as possible. You get more than what you paid for. More power to you CMC.

I loved this place, despite the fact that some amenities were not available. I loved the staff, their dedication, their smilles. The meals were plentiful, excellent and varied. I stayed there for 2 weeks for work and i must enjoyed very much.

It was a great adventure with my colleagues. The waters are so clear and refreshing. The view is breathtaking! An awesome trip to treasure for a lifetime! If given a chance, I would bring my kids there so that they can also enjoy the beauty and wonders of Caramoan!

This was truly an experience we will not forget. We booked CMC as this was one of the only places available in Caramoan within our date range needed. We drove from Bicol and was expecting lots of traffic but ended up arriving really early in the morning. The staff were extremely overwhelmed with the amount of guests already staying there but did their best to accommodate our needs. There were many delays throughout the day and even some confusing regarding the island hopping tour but we still had a great time. Don't expect a luxury resort, as you will only get minimal accommodations. We were disappointed that the pool is not included in the room rental rate and will cost you P100 per person to swim. The food served is very basic, but is very delicious and is served buffet style depending on the amount of guests that you have. The rooms are basic as well, but are air conditioned and kept reasonably clean. I also recommend that you get rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor as the rooms on the 3rd floor can intermittently experience very low water pressure or no water at all. Overall our experience here was slightly more than mediocre and the island hopping tour was certainly the highlight of our stay here, however we will probably book somewhere different next time. We would still like to thank the staff here for giving it their best. I recommend to the owner that they need to clean up the piles of junk in and around the huts and waterfall / fountain area behind the resort. Their tour package is worth the price because it's hassle free since they'll provide everything for you to have an relaxing and enjoyable experience. The tour guide will welcome you not at their resort but on the terminal/port where you'll be arriving so you'll really feel special. You won't be hungry because complete meals are already included on the package, including merienda. Though the itinerary might change because of weather conditions, they'll give you other options/islands to visit to replace the islands you'll miss. The resort is clean and well-maintained. Though on our first day there's no water from the faucet, their staff properly informed us the reason behind it. They gave us plenty of water containers while they're fixing it. Their rooms are spacious and their furnitures are quite new. Their staff are all friendly so you'll really feel at home. Thanks again for a very enjoyable experience, CMC! The staff are well trained and they know what to do, no need to ask for say water if they served some food. Very accommodating! They even offered to buy things we need outside that they don't have. The rooms are clean and adequate. the toilets were huge! No water heater and with bidet. a stand fan is provided to boost the aircon. Sleep quality is good. The hostel is located about 5 kms from the beach in Barangay Paniman. walking distance from the town proper. There is pool, billiards table, and nipa huts for relaxing. Videoke free to use by guests up to 11PM only. Packaged fee covers all meals and island hopping tours. I like the staff best and there is nothing I did not like.

last holy week my family & a couple of my friends stayed at CMC Villa. we booked here based on the comments of contributors on trip advisor. we were not wrong to do so. the staff from the time we were booking it was so helpful. when you get to the place from your lobg journey, you'll get greeted by their friendly smiles. the accommodations were decent, clean, & secured. the package was very reasonable which included meals for the 3D/2N stay. so check it out

We went here for a company outing of 80pax and prepaid for everything atleast 3 weeks before our arrival date. When we arrived it seems they were not ready for us, I will list some of the incident 1. When I opened the door to my room, some other guest was still in the room, when I complained to the front office they were saying I was wrong because the particular guest check-ed out already. Therefore I told her to check the room for herself. 2. Not all of my guest was given towels, when I complained to the front office, they were saying since they were fully booked the day before they don't have enough towels 3. I was requesting for water for the bathroom because the water of the island was low, the staff I talked to said to me "he still has lot of things to do" 4. When I talked to the owners they were apologetic and trying to explain to me that for 1 month they were fully booked maybe their staff is just tired. 5. We already preordered everything especially the food, but almost every meal that we had they change it because if luck of availability, what a ripoff Thank you …

I would not recommend staying here on peak season! We availed the 3800 per person package for our 3days 2 nights stay and as a traveller I don't think it was worth it. On our first night they've told us that 7pm our dinner will be served and because we were all exhausted when we have arrived we waited an hour before they've served our dinner and maybe it will take more hours if I did'nt follow up our food.Knowing that we were all sitting down they've should serve our food,but they just keep ignoring us and busy preparing the food of other tables without guests. After that I talked to the owner wherein during our whole stay was'nt there we only communicate through our phones. She promised me that she'll tell her staff to prepare fresh seafoods on our 2nd day but when we saw our lunch on an island we did'nt expect that adobong sitaw and adobong manok is our lunch.we were all disaapointed again!!! We we're not able to eat fresh seafoods on our whole 3 days stay and our food was'nt worth the price we paid! On our third day we still have a half day island tour but because of the low pressure area they have cancelled all the boat trips and CMC refunded 1500 only, that's for two boats.I asked why only 1500 knowing that we were 15 persons and paid 57000.00 and the lady told me because they've already made a reservation with the boat man and we should still have to pay them even they cancelled the trip.How annoying was that!!!! I always use tripadvisor as my guide and I don't usually post reviews but people have to be aware before they get the package deal in CMC. I just hope there's a manager there who can really assist the need of the guests and guide the staff especially during peak season.…
