Came here with my cousins for a few nights.
The rooms are in kubos (huts) they are simple and clean with air-conditioning, fridge, TV and nice bathroom.
The outside cottages are a nice place to hang out and eat.
Breakfast was 100 pesos per head. Simple and tasty.
Lunch and Dinner was provided through a catering company. 150 per head. But DELICIOUS!! I recommend the BBQ squid, alimasag (crab) and Laing (taro leaves). We always had food left over, very nice portion sizing.
We did an island hopping tour through the resort which was INCREDIBLE! Like El-Nido but without the people. There are two options... Long trip or short trip. Just make sure you bring money on the island hopping tour because you will want to buy a buko (young coconut), pay for the huts and the boat docking at some islands.
We also had a beach bonfire (100 pesos) which really set the night off.
Cave Adventure tour was incredible as well, they shot some of the Survivor Philippines there.
The caretaker Lito was super helpful.
Just the only upset was that the Videoke was broken :(

The room is nice and with a nice freebies as usual. Our first stay coincided with a typhoon during Dec 2017. We decided to stay again this December 2018 since we are back at the Philippines. The old staffs were gone and was replaced by an arrogant manager named Roldan, ngisian ba kami at tingnan ng mula ulo hanggang paa and take note amoy alak pa yan and after stating our budget, he lose interest to us, murmuring something and resumes to loiter around the open cabana area not to mention ang dynamic rates na paiba iba and lahat ng galaw is may charges. Sana maactionan ng management ang kahambugan at pananaga neto. HE RUINS THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WHICH WAS ESTABLISHED BY THE OLD STUFF. Just got back here in SG hoping to stay again this summer if that arrogant and greed b****** would be replaced.

Everything is almost perfect, from the staffs to the facilities but one thing that catch my attention. The Aircon, its quite old noisy and not cold at all. We even request to change the room luckly they still have available one. Overall it was a good stay.

Very disappointing and low food and beverage quality options to eat. The village has nothing to offer. The rooms are very simple with no TV, or furniture.
The kitchen is very disappointing. Have been eating rice and eggs for the last two days. Have nompadta, hamburguesas, potato's, fish. Terrible

They have an individual cr, and the room was airconditioned. Not to mention that they also have a back up generator. the rates are good and you can get discounts if you have to stay longer. Island hopping schedules depends on low tide/ high tide. a good bang for the bucks if you want a reasonable place to stay.

The staff were nice when saying fair well. The rest of the time they were just slack. When I checked in the lady said 1000, wait 1300, no 1400? I asked every guest what they were paying and some were as low as 1000php, some where paying 1700php, for the exact same rooms!!
Never mind that, we asked them to organise a boat to take us to the islands, they claimed it wasn't possible. We literally went down the road to a restaurant and were in a boat 5 mins later. It's like they hated taking money after I payed for the room, they were clearly paying the tricycle riders commissions too as they all went straight there from the port( they brought every western tourist straight here) We asked for a kayak for the morning, 30mins later they brought out a single seater for me and my girlfriend... seriously? There was a 2 seater next to it. We asked if they were serving lunch/ dinner, they said no, go next door. The resteraunt next door was closed, something 'perch'... You would think that if you recommend your hungry guests somewhere to eat when your restaurant was for some reason not operating (again laziness) you would recommend a place that WAS open?! Just super unhelpful. The room was ok, but overpriced, they did have a bunch of movies on the tv, but that doesn't excuse their slack attitude towards paying customers. Cop a one star and deserve it. Others had an ok experience here (I was asking them to ascertain what they were paying and if they also found the customer service dismal) As someone who rates places on merit, price and customer service you deserve this review!!

Answer from Alex C
3, 000 per overnight for our common rooms (1 double sized matrimonial bed, fully airconditioned, with cr and shower) and 3, 500 per overnight for our large rooms (1 double sized matrimonial bed and 1 single sized bed, fully airconditioned, with cr and shower) . It is bundled with free kayak and pedal boat rentals, cave and river adventures (tour guide rates not included), fishing and bonfire (subject for availability of firewoods). And if you are going to commute from Naga, you can take the Caramoan Bus from the terminal then at The Caramoan Terminal, just a tricycle away from the resort. thanks a lot and God Bless
