This is an excellent hotel. I have visited Egypt many times and this is up there at the top. Right on top of the beach and a lovely paved promenade can take you a few miles round the bay. I hired a bicycle which was fun but there are electric golf buggies and other things too. Food was good and varied, the Italian and Brazilian a-la-carte excellent (you get 2 meals in these restaurants as part of the all inclusive package).

The nice room had a really hot and powerful shower and was cleaned very well each day. fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. For a small cost I was also able to keep the room beyond the normal check-out time.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness generally, hand sanitisers on the walls before you enter the buffet dining room and the staff sanitised the sun loungers early in the morning too.

The staff are great but.....and it's my only criticism...as a single woman I felt I was pestered too much. I am used to this generally in Egypt and I accept it isn't malicious but by goodness it is irritating. I really don't want the male staff trying to get me to go out with them all the time and relentlessly ask me where my husband is! This may be a cultural difference and each one doing it may not realise that they are the 3rd or 4th to do so and therefore the accumalative annoyance of it. But I ended up not going in the buffet restaurant as a result. If I've poured myself a coffee I don't expect a cocky waiter to remove it saying "what is this sh*t" and without asking bringing me a different coffee. Or bringing endless beers I don't want or moving my food to a different table that is within their serving area. !!!! A little training here would be good please.

We booked 5 nights a room double type but when we arrived they upgraded us to family room pool view for free which was very nice, check in didn't take time the room was clean, big and comfortable with free wifi access as well..
Every day the room cleaned very well, bed covers and towels changed and 2water bottles added..
The hotel buildings seems new and well maintained, staff everywhere active, polite and doing their best no complain at all even for children you feel safe to leave them move freely , swimming pools suitable for all ages were daily cleaned, the aqua very nice any available for children and adults..
animation team very active all the time and doing their best to entertain guests with lovely shows for children & adults..
The sand beach have comfortable bed seats but inside water it's Rocky and need to walk through long distance to reach deep water but also there's abridge to reach deep water for swimming..
The food is average not as good as other features, although there are many dishes and variety but taste & flavour not good or cooked enough and juice presented at main restaurant not cold at all, also snacks at bar around pools very poor.. Other 3resutrants Italian, Mexican and oriental available and can be booked once for dinner during stay...
The hotel generally very good with nice view and services available all the time

We booked for a 6 nights stay for me and my wife getting a Seaview room on AI Package. The amenities and facilities are nice and various. Staff is really great, welcoming and very helpful specially the reception guys, F&B and the animation team that was making sure that all guests were having a fun time. Hotel Beach is well prepared although it's not the best as you have to walk for a while to get onto deep water, the heated pool wasn't well heated which made most people go down to enjoy the sun mainly. We had some issues with the housekeeping as sometimes the mattress covers were not changed and we used to call the reception guys to support cleaning bathroom trash. Although it wasn't much of hassle as at the end of the day it was a bargain for a place in such location with amazing view and a lot of helpful people around

We came to Egypt to celebrate New Years 2020. When we arrived here, the hotel looked like normal but after some time, we noticed more and more things. First of all, because we were in January, the weather wasn't so nice. During the day, it was warm, but after 3pm the wind was strong and it was starting to getting cold, so in the evening, we had to have jackets.
The hotel staff was friendly and they were trying to help, but it was hard because most of the staff wasn't speaking in English or Russian, so they weren't able to understand what we wanted. The staff was coming obsessively and taking plates without asking if you finished your meal. Also, they were coming to hotel room to often during the day time and "fixing" broken things.
The rooms wasn't so good. In my room, there was a small hole in the ceiling and it was't so clean.
After the New Years evening, the internet wasn't working for 3 days in our room, and when we were asking to do something with it, they said that they can not do anything, and they do not know when it will be repaired.
Food wasn't so bad. For breakfast, they were giving the same food for the whole week. Lunch and dinner were good, people were able to find something to eat.
The hotel wasn't giving the best programme. Animators were truly friendly and they were inviting everyone to dance, play volleyball or do some exercise in the pool.
In conclusion, comparing to others hotels, for example Premier, which is near Gravity, Gravity has a lot of where improve. I would not come to this hotel again.

Nice fairly new modern resort. Good bedrooms with comfy beds and really good pillows. Air con good but not great, Shower is either very hot or cool. Really good soundproofing. Wi fi is only in the bedroom or reception but it is very, very good.
Really only shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Cheap soap.
Food is good, maybe a little more selection. What IS needed is more than 2 omelettes being cooked at one time. Quite a queue builds up.
Resort operating at 50% due to covid so not crowded. Nice pool and grounds set up. Nice beach area.
What spoils it is that there is NO quiet areas as the music is played so loud it can be heard all over the resort.
The resort is building an aqua park but there is not too much noise.
They are also expanding the resort but the rooms are built and only require finishing off.
The resort gets an almost excellent because of the bedrooms and the wi fi.
And the staff. And the cleanliness all over.

Such a shame. It has potential. The staff are faultless, the beach and pools are great for lazing around. I was fortunate to have a spacious room with a good shower, comfy bed and balcony. The room was cleaned beautifully every day. But that’s about where the positives end.

Internet and TV didn’t work more often than they did (and TV needs to be on for WiFi access), no channels were programmed even when it was working and the one comedy channel on there was hard coded to German. We asked it to be looked at but no one came. Thank god for my laptop, Netflix and a few good books.

Heating was loud and clunky and turned on and off through the night (didn’t bother me but noise-sensitives may have an issue).

Alcohol... the beer was drinkable. The wine was definitely not. It might be “all-inclusive” but bets are you’ll be sticking to bottled water for the majority. And the food... Again, it all “looks” impressive. There was choice but no matter what the choice, it all tasted grey. By day 3 I couldn’t stomach much more and skipped most meals.

Again, can’t fault the effort and the view and beach (out of the wind) was fine. However be very prepared for a constant barrage of businesses within the complex spruking their wares, from boat and land tours to spas and beauty treatments to diving trips etc etc. If you’re trying to relax or read you may get a 2 min reprieve before the next comes along. I do completely understand they’re all just trying to make a living and it’s only from a very privileged standpoint I can make these comments. But seriously, it borders on harassment, especially when they follow you from day to day and all you want is some down time.

So, if you’re cool with putting up with a few negatives on the way I’m sure you’ll find it an ok place. But if you’re after more than a very average experience I’d look elsewhere.

I can start by saying that the beach is exceptional, amazing sand, beautiful sea and coral reef AND THE LAGOON are amazing! The Standard of this hotel is common and normal, nothing special, rooms are good, view from the room is ofter at the sea, the wifi is only in the reception and rooms, there is no wifi near the pools, bars and the beach. There are so many slides and such a wide range of types you can slide on. Amazing aquapark.
The hotel is located far from the city, it is in the middle of nowhere. (it has both pros and cons)
I have to mention amazing animators and the variety of activities in the hotel.
One of the things that were bad was the food. My family and I were in the winter season and there was only one dining room with little food and without Egyptian cuisine, overall the food was tasteless.
In winter there is only one pool with warm water, there is no inside pool.
The main thing that disappointed and irritated me all the time as a person from Poland I was always called Russian and everybody were talking to me in Russian. With time it was unbearable.

My 2 weeks holiday stay at this hotel was absolutely magnificent. The Lobby, Bar, Shisha, Entertainment staff were all friendly and welcoming. They did shows every night for kids and adults from dancing to karaoke and made sure everybody got involved. In the day they always got everybody together for morning aerobics and yoga. They also did plenty of activities in the day for children and adults. The service is excellent alongside with the food served throughout the day. The location is a little bit out of the way but the hotel has everything you need from shops to pharmacy. The room service was 24/7 and prompt, they always called to check up on top up for the fridge, towels etc. A special thanks to the Entrainment team ie Boodi, Yooma, Mando. If you want a nice Shisha smoke the best person who will accommodate you is Amr, for all your quality drinks ask for Ashraf. Lastly for any excursions for diving ask for Mondy who is very honest and will make sure you have an awesome experience in the sea.

Overall visiting Gravity Hotel is 10/10 experience worth every penny.

Quick background we are a 49 and 52 year old married couple who have stayed in Egyptian 5 star hotels seven times now so we know the standards and expectations of such a resort.
We arrived on Saturday 23rd of April at around 19.30pm and we were the only check ins so we assumed it would be a couple of minutes and we would be on our way to our room which was either a garden or pool view.....However we were told to sit down and wait which took over 20 minutes before they called us back to give us our room cards ?
The room it's self was disgusting and very badly maintained with a cracked marble sink a big cracked marble table dirty floors badly fitted light switches a bin that had dents in it like someone had played football with it and no pool or garden view ?
We decided this room was unacceptable and we were not staying there for a week so went to reception to ask for a different room but were told to come back tomorrow !
In the morning we went to reception again to get our room changed and after alot of hassel they eventually changed the room to a pool view which was perfectly acceptable though why they could not have changed the room the night before I don't know as the hotel is only about 60% full ?
Rooms have tv,safe, hairdryer, shower gel/ shampoo a kettle with a fridge and two bottles of water and coke and lemonade per day.
The hotel itself is really nice the grounds are well maintained with 7 swimming pools some noisier than others and a small water park and a beach with sheltered beds and a swing bar.
The hotel claims it had a buffet restaurant and seven speciality restaurants and this is where the problems I really had with the hotel lay.
Firstly as an all inclusive guest you can book two speciality restaurants a week however there were only two speciality restaurants open and the food was not that good and the wine red or white was like paint stripper so undrinkable !!
The buffet was no better the food was nearly the same for breakfast, lunch or evening meal repetitive and at best luke warm and with the potential of getting stomach upsets as hygiene was not that good and the food was not covered and lacked sneeze guards !!
The other issue I have is all drinks from any bar is served in tiny clear flimsy plastic one use plastic cups why they don't use strong plastic re-useable cups I don't know which would be good for the environment and long term cheaper as they could be used time and time again ?
One last point I never saw any one from management walking around the resort speaking to the guests to get feedback and to address issues which I think is a must when you are in the hospitality business !
Overall would I come back or recommend the resort as it stands no however if there are improvements made it 'could' be a very good resort if the management take note?

5-star hotel it may have been in the past, we can say that it is max 3 stars. I will start with the reception, which at the time of arrival was not prepared to receive guests and the room was organized quickly, we arrived with two children at night and the room was not ready, no bedding, no towels or toiletries, it was all delivered after 2h. Rooms cleaned daily, however, the floor was wiped with an old rag, the smell of which was in the room and there was more dirt after washing than before. The linen was not changed throughout our 14 day stay. The corridor was always dirty, each one of the glowing paintings fell apart. The pools are not cleaned regularly after they are closed, and the rubbish flows in the following days. Sun loungers around the pools are always available, but their cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The umbrellas around the pool are broken. They are set up by the staff, I do not know if they are afraid that the tourist will not get hurt or if it is their responsibility. For a 5-star hotel, drinks are always served in plastic cups (understandable by the pools), but even at dinner everything is served in plastic cups. Canteen basically dirty and there are always lines. The food is monotonous, but there are plenty of good meals to choose from, but you won't find anything special there. The peak was to serve cakes with decorations from Easter (which is in April) in August. Drinks and beer are ok. An advantage is the aquapark for both adults and children. Although it would be worth cleaning the stairs from time to time.
To sum up, the hotel is oriented towards guests of rather Arab origin and despite the lack of my prejudices against any nationality, the behavior of Egyptian guests is dramatic, they leave behind countless amounts of food, dirt around the tables, they do not clean up after themselves
at the pool, as well as having a problem with throwing plastic bottles into the trash, which is a total sign of disrespect for cleaners and working there.
The animation team is also not sa good, the events at the evenings also very low performance.
Generally
I do not recommend for people from Europe, who is delighted with this hotel, it means that there is no comparison to other hotels or it is a total minimalist
