We've stayed at several five-star hotels in Toronto, and The Hazelton is going to be our first choice from now on. Like other hotels in the Yorkville area, the hotel is clean, luxurious, and has fantastic amenities. And while I find this hotel one of the most beautiful, where The Hazelton pulls away from the rest is in their customer service. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Sarah, in particular, made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the future.
The Hazelton Hotel is the only hotel we will stay in in Toronto. The location is in a great, convenient neighborhood; the rooms and bathrooms are spacious; the amenities are great; and the staff, including the reception staff, concierges, and housekeeping are friendly, welcoming, attentive, and extraordinarily helpful. Unlike most hotels--even expensive hotels--the Hazelton has not cut back on amenities or service, continuing to provide turndown service in the evening, fresh linens and towels morning and evening, and a variety of complimentary snacks daily. The concierges are most helpful and their restaurant recommendations were spot on. The Hazelton is one of the best hotels we have stayed in anyplace in the world.
Extremely well located, this hotel is faultless, from the welcoming to the departure. Rooms are well appointed, and perfectly comfortable: there is nothing negative to alert potential guests. Small enough to remain personal, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, over its larger, more well known, cousins
My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Hazelton Hotel we had an amazing time from arrival to departure. The Hazelton Hotel staff went out of their way to ensure a great guest experience. There were unexpected guest appreciation surprises that really added to the overall stay. I used the outstanding pool each morning. The spa and fitness centre was amazing. Every convenience and attention to detail was provided. We had dinner at One Restaurant. Our evening was memorable and we enjoyed our meal. The safety Covid measures in place were reassuring. Thank you to the Hazelton Team. We will return for another visit in the future.
The Hazelton, chucked in the upscale Yorkville neighbourhood, is marked by a brick-and-white facade, mostly windowed and with an attractive rounded entrance. This area is known for its fancy shops, restaurants and high-end retailers. In the lobby, granite floors team up with an oversized carpet, plush velvet couches. caramel-coloured armchairs with chrome and brass accents are orchestrated to create a sleek and classy 1940's-inspired space. My spacious King guest room weighted in at a whopping 600 sq. ft. with 9 foot ceilings, custom designed furnishings and exterior French doors that open to a private balcony. Decor was high-end .....beige walls and headboards, a long desk, oversized armchair. enlarged frame prints, a stock of high-tech appliances......and all spiffy clean and maintained. The luxurious green granite bathroom featured heated floors plus separate deep-soaking tub and glass-wall rainfall shower accompanied by a raft of luxe toiletries. The hotels is host to the trendy ONE restaurant that serves up Mediterranean and European fare. The smoked glass, striking cowhide and tiger's eye onyx create an ideal setting for an extraordinary dining experience. Plates with a melange of fish and pasta fair well, the likes of white anchovy and pasta or veal and ricotta meatballs tip the favourites in that signature category. To satisfy your cocktail cravings how about ' the wildest cider' : bourbon, calvados & a splash of apple cider. For stress soothing treatments, the Hazleton is home to a glitzy modern spa. It features change rooms, lounges, a steam room, a 24 hour fitness centre, in addition to 5 treatment rooms (single & couples welcome) are available for facials, (their specialty), massages and waxes. The facility includes a lap pool made from floor-to-ceiling marble and although windowless, it is an absolutely stunning water area. So. if you are inclined to stay in some high-end digs, partake of elite-level cuisine in exceptional dining surroundings and joyfully contemplate the thought of luxuriating at the spa..........then try .........The Hazelton Hotel,,,,,,,,Hip, Handsome, Hospitality.…
