Outstanding customer service! Loved the Bon Voy app where I could chat, check in and send requests at any time; these were promptly answered and quickly acted upon. Our one bedroom suite was perfect and included all amenities including full kitchen; this is amazing for a longer stay with the family. We were here for a dance competition and loved that it included a buffet breakfast; this was a great start to our busy day. It is located only a five minute walk to the Metro convention center which was very convenient for us. Valet parking is $60 but well worth it; in/out privileges and top notch service. Drive up right to the door on Wellington street and they will come and help you right away. I would suggest including more blankets, pillows and sheets when there is a family staying in the room as this may be required with the pull out couch. Thank you so much for having us!

Suite 414 - First time staying here, 3 adults, 3 children in 2 bedroom suite to attend performance at Princess of Wales Theatre which was a five minute walk. The suite was clean, clean, clean. All staff (front desk, breakfast room, cleaning, gentleman at the front door, all without exception, we encountered at this hotel are very friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome! Breakfast selections hot and cold) were best of any hotel included breakfast we have had and had lots of nice little touches and garnishes. Coffee station had different brews and syrups. The sofa bed could use replacing but overall the suite was in good shape clean and well looked after given age of everything. Everything we needed, close to CN Tower and Ripleys as well. The overall welcome vibe was staff related and they are really on their game! Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here in a 2-bedroom suite and had an absolutely awesome time. The room was ready as soon as we arrived. Every staff member at this hotel is extremely polite and pleasant (from the people welcoming you at the door, to the front desk staff, to housekeeping, the breakfast staff, and every other employee you talk to). The 2-bedroom suite was excellent and had 2 full bathrooms. The suite was absolutely huge. The room had 3 large (50"+) TV's, one for each bedroom and the living area. The fact that the TV's had Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube made TV watching in the room amazing. We were able to rent a movie on Prime Video. I also enjoy falling asleep to movies, so it was nice to be able to throw Netflix on. Much better than the casting setup that most hotels have setup (the apps are directly on the hotel TV). The room was very clean and in good shape. While the appliances and room is not extremely modern, it definitely didn't feel very dated while we stayed there. Beds were comfy (although we didn't use the sofa bed). The breakfast was actually quite impressive and had a lot of variety. We got down during the early timeframe that they recommended to avoid crowds, and although we were sometimes a little late and outside of their recommended timeframe, we never had trouble getting a seat. The food quality was very good, especially considering it was an included hot breakfast. The area was clean, food was fresh, and the staff were super friendly. The pool and fitness area were clean and in good shape, although we didn't actually use them. We used the parking behind the hotel and paid for our spot using the app. It was a very quick walk around the back of the building to get to the hotel. Overall, I think this hotel gives the best value for your money, especially given its location. We'll definitely be back!

Checked in with my family on a Thursday, opened the door to our room and immediately smelled smoke… supposed to be a non smoking room. We told the front desk right away within 10 minutes as we wanted to make sure they knew it wasn’t us… They apologized and sent someone up to spray the room with a can of air freshener. Later that evening we pulled out the sofa bed for my 8 year old only to discover all the springs were coming through the mattress and it was completely broken. Went to the front desk again and they apologized again. They sent up a cot and offered to move us to another identical room on a different floor the next morning. We agreed to use the cot for that night and move the next morning. We noticed the microwave door was broken and my little guy even pointed out 2 big slashes on the table in the kitchen area. We also discovered the ice machine in the freezer did not work. We got a key to our new room the next morning and we were happy to move. The front desk was very apologetic. We mentioned maybe we could get a discount for the inconvenience of having to move. The girl at the desk agreed and said she would make a note and look into it. We stayed in our new room 2 more nights and checked out on Sunday. I Received my emailed invoice on Sunday - no discount but oh well. Then I receive another email the following day - Monday with an additional invoice for 500.00 for damages! I called the hotel and was told that we damaged the first room! I spoke with the manager that said the housekeeper that cleaned it before we arrived didn’t note any damages and they were discovered after we left! We were the ones that told them about the damages! It’s why they sprayed, brought a cot for no charge, moved us and apologized! If we were so destructive why would they allow us to move into another suite, apologize again and never bring up the damages while we continued to stay at the property for 2 more nights! The manager just kept saying… well my housekeeper didn’t see any of the damages until after so it must have been you! The invoice doesn’t even list what damages they are talking about! We left both rooms exactly as we found them! We are in complete shock. I always try to stay at Marriott’s and have been recommending the Amex Marriott Bonvoy card to friends and family … never again! I have escalated this… I hope they do the right thing!

We stayed at the hotel for a pre-holiday girls weekend and chose it due to its proximity to the entertainment district as we were seeing a show. To say that we were happy with our stay is an understatement. Every staff member from the valet to housekeeping to the front desk were friendly and capable. Special thanks to Julie Zosa, Duty Manager for going above and beyond when one of our guests experienced a family emergency. We look forward to returning often!

Wonderful stay at this location. We visited with our dog and every single staff member was welcoming. They even have a pet snack shop in the lobby which is so convenient. Highly recommend. The location is also perfect! Close to dog parks, dog friendly shops and more. We can’t wait to visit again.

Our room was super roomy - queens and king beds cost the same and the studio is honestly nicer and roomier than even the studio I usually live in. The TV is on a little rotating stand which is also very thoughtful. You're very close to 2 major Toronto attractions and only a 25 min drive to the nearest international airport. Breakfast is a standard affair and hosts are careful to try to seat all guests at a reasonable pace as well as reserve tables for diners and you can also get drinks in the evening. Allows pets and is ideal for a prolonged stay.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff are friendly, accommodating and very attentive to the clients. The rooms are spotlessly clean and for business or pleasure meet all ones needs. The breakfast options are restaurant quality and a good variety. Will definitely stay here again
