Last weekend I spent three nights at the hotel and as usual, it did not disappoint. From the time I arrived until I left, the staff were all wonderful. All my interactions were professional yet warm and kind at the same time. The room was very clean , modern, comfortable and well kept. My flight actually arrived on time and I called to see if I could drop off my luggage until check in. The staff said I could and when I arrived, I was actually able to check in. I had a to go breakfast from the Ritz Bar a few mornings and it was very good. They also have a great selection of vegan and vegetarian options. I also treated myself to a pedicure too. Which was lovely. The Spa is very relaxing and the staff are great. You pay for the five star experience but it is worth it. I saved for this trip and it was worth it. I cannot wait to return.…

Our 1st time staying at the Ritz in Toronto, but have stayed in various other hotels in downtown Toronto. Pros: * great location - close to some amazing bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to Union Station. * Beautiful room - gorgeous, modern room with comfortable bed, great amenities, and large bathroom. We were given a room with a terrace which was a bonus in the nice weather. * Great service - all staff that we encountered were helpful and polite. Late check out was accommodated for us too. Cons/feedback: * Not the most powerful shower - it did the job, but I do like higher water pressure. * Small niggles - bathroom had some cobwebs over the sink and the wooden board around the bed needed cleaning (was dusty and had a stain on too). The above doesn't take away from the great experience we had and I'd highly recommend this hotel to others. We will certainly consider staying here again on future trips. …

We had a perfect stay at the Ritz Carlton Toronto the last two days in August 2023. From the moment we walked into the lobby we were greeted with warmth and a sincere interest to provide the very best in service. Our room was beautiful, the service gracious and sincere, the location was wonderful and the food was delicious. Truly, this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and we plan to be back. This is truly an exceptional property. The location is perfect, right in downtown Toronto, walking distance to all of the major downtown attractions. The staff was absolutely delightful, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Dabby at the front desk was wonderful and so sweet to our daughter. The room was immaculate and spacious. I have high expectations when staying at any Ritz property, and the Ritz Toronto exceeded them. We were sad to leave! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I stayed at the Ritz for a vacation with friends for 5 days. Upon arrival, the staff at the front doors helped us with out luggage and ushered us inside. I checked in quite late and there was no one in line, so the check in process was quite speedy. The staff member checking me in was very friendly and talkative. The room was quite spacious and had a beautiful view of the CN Tower, as well as Lake Ontario. The bathroom was quite large as well and everything was immaculate. I ended up ordering room service almost everyday and each day it arrived quite promptly. This hotel also offers turn down service which was great. The bed was super comfy and they offer a pillow menu as well. I went to the gym a couple of days while on my trip. The gym was spacious and it seemed like it is shared with the residents as I noticed multiple trainers and clients. I did notice that the gym may be in need of somewhat of a refresh in the future, for example, one of the ellipticals I was trying to use was broken and some of the machines were a bit worn. The staff are amazing at this hotel. No matter what was going on, they always took the time to greet me and made me feel welcome. Sometimes at nicer hotels, the staff can be a bit picky on who they talk to, but they treat everyone amazing and the same at this Ritz location. There was one day that I was waiting for a friend and a staff member came over and offered me popcorn. An added touch that I appreciated was the nice note that was left in my room one day. The front desk person who checked me in wished me a great time and even remembered my plans that I was telling him about. I had a couple of drinks one night at Epoch and it was great. The vibe was lively on a summer night. Not sure if it's connected to the hotel or not, but would recommend stopping in there. The location of this hotel cannot be beat. It is a walk away from all major attractions. Due to the heavy construction in Toronto at the time my friends and I were staying at this hotel, we opted to walk to many places as it was quicker than driving. Overall, I had an amazing stay at the Ritz Carlton Toronto. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future trip.…

Nice upscale hotel. Staff was very friendly. Very near to the cn tower, may be a 10 minute walk. I was driving a Tesla and the valet staff happily agreed to charge it. My view from the room was nice overlooking the simcoe park.

First time staying at this location , by far the best run Ritz Carlton’s that I have stayed on. Extremely polite and helpful staff always greets you with a smile, and very clean rooms. I had the opportunity to meet Mr GUILLAUME BENEZECH the GM of the hotel and I think most of the credit goes to him because of his proper training of his staff and being in touch with his hotel guests. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is interested in staying in downtown Toronto 😊
