Upon checking into our JrSuite King bed we wondered why the pull out couch was made into a bed rather than a couch (which was supposed to be a sitting area). We shrugged it off at first even though we had no intention to use this couch as a bed in the first place. Ready to put some of our food into the fridge, little door to access fridge had a broken hinge not allowing to close it properly and then we see food residue outside the front door of fridge. It was only when we were ready to settle in to sleep for the night as we arrived into our room very late, we noticed that the night stand was very dirty with sticky something, so gross! This last discovery was the icing on the cake for us, we couldn’t bring ourselves to sleeping a night in a room that didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned and sanitized prior to giving it to us?
Fortunately, the front desk clerk was very understanding and found a way to switch us out into another (upgraded) room, very grateful for this especially since it was midnight and we really needed to settle in to sleep. This new room appeared to have been cleaned. The next morning we noticed a few little things missing in the room (no iron board, no chairs for dining table, 4 of the 6 lamps didn’t work, no hot water from bathroom sink and fridge not working). Maintenance call was sent in and hours later the fridge was fixed by the very nice maintenance worker. It was only on the last day of our 4 day stay that 2 dining chairs appeared but lamps and hot water remained unavailable to us for these 4 days. Pool was also shutdown for maintenance during our stay (disappointed).
Outside of the room, shuttle service had us waiting in the wrong pick up location for approximately an hour at the airport because the driver told us to return to the same spot as to where he dropped us off. That was a huge waste of our time to stand somewhere that we weren’t going to picked up at. It was only by calling the hotel that we were redirected to the proper pick up location.
Be ready to stand in line and wait for service at front desk, line ups have been long all week, perhaps more staff should be hired?
Not sure that we will consider staying here again, since we have stayed at several other hotels in this same area with none of the above issues/concerns.

My stay was okay overall. I spent my weekend here during a big snowstorm for three days straight. The room was clean, lobby was clean, the hotel ambiance was nice. The staff were friendly. The downside of my stay was a few things. Service was slow (housekeeping) I waited 5 hours for someone to come clean my room one day, another day they forgot to come to my room. Calling from the room doesn’t make sense because it’s hard to get in touch with front desk for inquiries. The airport shuttle was supposed to come very 30 minutes however it was delayed and I was late to going to the airport. Coming back from the airport was the same. I called the hotel 6 times to inquire where the shuttle was but no one would answer the calls. Parking is paid and it’s 28+tax a day which is very expensive and unfortunate considering my car was stuck in the high snow without anyone to assisting to get it out. However, other than those things. My sleep was good, the bed was amazing.

This hotel is wonderful. The rooms were very nice and perfectly clean. All staff were so professional and helpful. Shuttle service was prompt. The cleaning staff were so welcoming and friendly and willing to help with anything. The front desk staff were amazing, and got me a robe when I needed one to go to the pool because I left my cover up at home. The pool was beautiful and the furniture around the pool was comfortable and looked new. It was very unique. All staff engaged you in nice welcoming conversation as they ran into you throughout the hotel. Room service was prompt, and the nice man even went back to the restaurant to bring me a bigger side salad with my Butter Chicken which was very delicious. I had a hamburger and fries the second night which was delicious. My shuttle driver arranged for my trip to Niagara Falls which was great and arrived right on time, and the recommended tour was perfect. The carpet in the halls was beautiful as was everything else. I would highly recommend this hotel. I did not have one complaint during my four night stay.

We needed a place to sleep before flying out on vacation,it included 8 days of parking and shuttle for a good price.
Food downstairs at the restaurant was reasonably priced.
Shuttle was on time and is every 1/2 hour(2shuttles showed up when we were waiting each going to a different airline )

Stayed here for four nights and overall it was a good experience. Every member of staff from the front desk staff to cleaners to management that I spoke to were kind, courteous and professional and clearly uphold the firm’s values well. Could not fault them in any way.
Checkin was straightforward and pleasant as was the checkout whereupon luggage could be left to be collected.
The room was of a good size, clean, comfortable and well established with a fridge, microwave and large television. The shower room was decent too and in a good state. Room was cleaned every day.
The hotel has a swimming pool which is nice albeit a bit small and cold to begin with, though you warm up once you start moving! There is also a gym which looked good but I did not use. I also didn’t use the restaurant so I cannot comment on it.
The only two downsides I had were parking which is an absolutely astronomical $28 per day and I struggle to see how that is justified. There are longer term parking offers allegedly but when I attempted to contact the hotel on a couple of occasions regarding it, they did not respond so I don’t know if they actually do exist. The other negative was the hotel shuttle, the drivers were all lovely but the service is advertised as every 30 minutes but we made use of it several times for catching the train downtown and were often waiting well in excess of this, with the longest wait being 55 minutes, it is rather depressing to see other hotel shuttles frequently running.
But other than those two negatives, the stay was great and it’s a well kept hotel that I would consider again…if the shuttle service could be improved!

This was an overnight stay due to an unplanned flight delay.
The shuttle runs every half hour (on the hour and half hour) amd was easy and direct.
Check in was easy. Unfortunately, the room I was given was right next to the elevators onan upper floor and any noise made in that area was quite loud in my room. I also found leftover food in the fridge and the bathroom wasn't quite clean so I went and requested a room change (I removed 1 star for this). The front desk gave a new room very quickly and it was up to standards. I stil recommend Ear plugs as you can hear other people fairly clearly (I think I was in a less populated area for my second room).
The breakfast buffet was plentiful and staff were friendly and helpful. I had vouchers, but you can expect to pay about $25 (but you can easily eat that much in value or more!) There is also a menu starting around $15.
Check out was simple and the shuttle was right on time.
I would have given 4.5 stars if it was an option.

The room was incredibly clean with no issues whatsoever. The concierge was contacted to bring up some towels and Kleenex the were there in less than five minutes. The room temperature was just about perfect for the weather outside and the room smelt like mints.

We checked in today and already quite disappointed that we chose this hotel.
For starters, parking is chargeable even for hotel customers at $28/ night. They also don’t offer a discounted rate for their own guests which contradicts the information I was given over the phone prior to my husband booking.
No slippers, no robes, requested from housekeeping but was informed they don’t have them. The USB slots inside the room don’t fit the new c charges (iPhone 15 pro max etc), hotel said they don’t provide socket adapter converters either so be sure to bring your own (I guess I had assumed a modern hotel will have either or at least)
Safe doesn’t work, so before leaving for the evening we informed reception who said they will get Maintenence to repair. On our return around midnight, went to the room to realise it’s still not done, called the front desk and staff who was apologetic and advised I speak with the manager regarding compensation which is great but I do need a safe, so he advised someone will pop in , in the morning.

The standard king room can be compared to UK’s equivalent to a motorway Travel Lodge, clues in the name! Bathroom is quite boxy and compact with no basic items provided yet again such as a toothbrush.

The standard king room can be compared to UK’s equivalent to a motorway Travel Lodge, clues in the name! Bathroom is quite boxy and compact with no basic items provided yet again such as a toothbrush.
My husband booked this based on our Crown Plaza hotel experiences around the world, and whilst I appreciate this is a “airport hotel”, there is still a level of standard I’d expect associated to the name but most certainly wouldn’t have expected this.

First time here because I needed longer term parking than most other airport hotels offer and Crowne Plaza has it. While the park and stay packages are certainly not cheap they are competitive and its one stop, no park and fly shuttle hassles. Check in was easy, rooms were clean and comfortable. The amenities in the bathroom are always a nice touch and an airport hotel so you don't need to unpack too much. Just be aware there is some traffic noise as it backs on the the 427 HWY. Maybe ask for a room at the front of the hotel. There are also a couple of restaurants adjacent to the hotel (with patios) if the hotel restaurant is not your thing. Would definitely stay here again
