We had 2 rooms for a party of 6. Checked out Toronto for a few days after visiting the spectacular Niagara Falls. Good location, solid dining, well appointed rooms, efficient valet and good service throughout, including concierge and “security”. Never thought I would say that in a hotel review. A family member dropped and broke a glass cup by the bathroom sink and suffered a pretty serious cut on her finger. The bleeding wouldn’t stop and so we were debating going to a hospital for stitches. However, “security” came up quickly and helped stop the bleeding and cleaned the wound and bandaged it up. They also followed it up for the next couple of days to make sure the finger was holding up well. Thank you

Had a fantastic stay as usual. I had stayed there for my 50th birthday with two friends in December and had a great time in spite of the fact that the city was in lockdown mode. Fast forward to July where I could finally have a party downtown and celebrate with friends and family. It was fitting that I spend the weekend at one of my favourite places on Toronto aside from my condo. I missed seeing Francis at the porte cochere, he always gives me a warm welcome. I did get to see him when I was back three weeks later, thank you Francis! Front desk wished me a happy belated birthday which was a nice touch. My Deluxe one bedroom suite was amazing of course, spacious and super comfortable. I would recommend it for families as there are two bathrooms and a sofa bed and did I say lots of space? Well I was traveling alone and had the whole thing to myself ha! I was unable to get a spa treatment as they were fully booked. A word of advice to book the spa early to avoid disappointment as they are EXTREMELY popular! I did go and enjoy the pool and had drink while I was at it. Brunch at Cafe Boulud was absolutely in order. Lizelle who is always lovely gave me a warm welcome and got me seated and Kulpreet who was new took really good care of me. I only knew he was new because I had never seen him before, his service and knowledge was impeccable, nicely done! Had a great time at Dbar as well lunch at DAzur, always great food, no complaints whatsoever. I went to visit Sonia in the gift shop who is always lovely. They were out of the bath scent I like and only had the smaller packets. She didn’t give up and called up to the spa to check if they had the larger size and they did, so I took my usual bubble bath with a book and a nice glass of red. We would have given 5 stars but not happy about the toiletries. As someone that is sensitive to scents the “magnolia” fragrance is overpowering and if used, interferes with your personal cologne/perfume. My husband and I have travelled to many Four Seasons and have always looked forward to using the provided toiletries…something more natural and neutral would be highly recommended.

Exceptional experience end-to-end as always! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our waiter at Cafe Boulud graciously offered to walk our 3-month-old daughter around the restaurant while my partner and I enjoyed our breakfast <3. The spa experience is a must! We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

My family enjoyed our stay…we look forward to coming back. Our rooms were clean. The breakfast was wonderful. My kids enjoyed the pool and my 7 year old got the best manicure pedicure at the spa. I highly recommend.

we were lucky enough to spend 3 nights at Four seasons Hotel in Toronto this month. If only we could have stayed longer. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had every amenity you could imagine. we arrived after midnight and check in and luggage transfer were all seemless. Concierge were great, their restaurant recommendations were spot on and we dream of returning to Nervosa for their hand made pasta. the restaurant staff were friendly, they possibly hover a little too much but the food was excellent and menu had plenty of options (we were a group of 4 with allergies, special requirements and nothing was a problem) thank you to the team at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto for a fabulous stay, we can't wait to return.

I can honestly say that this was the best service I have ever received at a hotel in my entire life. I never really had a hotel that I would search out when travelling but after our experience at the Four Seasons in Toronto, I would never go anywhere else again. It was our 5 year anniversary, and I am pretty sure every single person that worked there knew it. The room had champagne and chocolate waiting for us, the room itself was amazing, hotel workers were constantly wishing us a happy anniversary no matter which part of the hotel we were in, the food was amazing, the drinks were out of this world, and it really just blew our minds how incredible and knowledgeable the staff was. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who made it a perfect weekend and I can't wait to go back again soon. We were so beyond impressed and it made for such a memorable stay. Honestly, we had the most incredible experience with our recent stay for a staycation for my son's birthday. We were there to celebrate our 7yo son's birthday and from the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional. The valet began joking with our kids, giving us water bottles and taking care of our bags seamlessly. Check in was easy and they rolled out gifts and a candy machine, which was a huge hit with our littles. In our room, there was a full dessert spread with birthday messages and gifts for both of our children. The pool is warm and beautiful and the kids didn't want to leave. We came back the next day with a cake, which we were going to leave in our car, but no, the valet noticed right away and offered to put it in the room service fridge, complete with a tag to have it brought out on our check out. Last stop was brunch at Cafe Bouloud, which was exceptional. We had the most wonderful 48 hour stay and will not hesitate to stay at the Four Seasons again and again for staycations in Toronto!…

This is an update to my previous review. I revisited the Four Seasons in October 2023 for a three-night stay. The overall experience was ok; however, there was an incident where someone entered my room to leave a cookie despite the "do not disturb" sign. I'm giving it a 3-star rating as I assume it was a personal mistake. However, if the hotel was aware of this, it would warrant a 1-star rating.
