I had a great stay. Hotel was clean! The receptionist at the front des, is absolutely wonderful. Her service is excellent. She is very kind and helpful with a great smile always! She's a keeper!! Her name is Raquel
Quiet airport hotel. Not much in the vicinity. Hotel has a shuttle Van. Everything was great. I don’t understand why this hotel has to charge my credit card for a $300 deposit when rental car companies simply put a hold on the card. Also the paperless world means I don’t get to see the charges before they are charged to my card. I dislike having a reading light only on one side of the bed. We both need it. Why not have a wall lamp cantered over the headboard?sheets and towels were excellent. If you have transportation, this is very convenient to the airport.
Welcoming and hospitable staff and ever comfortable bed made our stay worthwhile. Checking in using the app is easy and we were valued as Hilton members with early check in and late check out. Complimentary breakfast is a big plus. Shuttle from and to the airport is much appreciated. Parking is complimentary. It’s our first time staying in this hotel and would definitely be back.
limited channels .. food in warmer breakfast cold .. found a bug in my drawer dead. Supplies minimum complementary things in bathroom, have to go to front desk to acquire more, and half the time there were none available. ie, tooth paste.. staff over all were very good..
The staff was warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and quiet. I enjoyed the water spout in the shower it was nice having something washing my feet while I shower. The mattress was a little uncomfortable, too soft for my liking and the breakfast was a little lack luster but over all the stay was wonderful. I loved the idea of tracking the parked cars to tow non guests. The last time I stayed here pre covid I had a major issue with parking because there wasnt enough spaces.
We stayed for a couple of night for stopover, couldn’t fault anything. The free shuttle to/from airport were so convenient, the room was comfortable if nothing fancy, the laundry facilities were handy, and the small pool was perfect for the kids to blow the jet lag away.
I got to the hotel super early after 9am because I missed my flight to head back home. I already know the 3pm policy so I went to the front desk. I was already super tired and hungry and was met by Satvik. I explained my dilemma and asked if I could rest my luggage down because I know I’m not able to check it now. He was so sympathetic to my situation smiled and said he had a room available now that I could check in. I was in shocked and super happy. He also thanked me for being a diamond member and gave me a snack package that I hadn’t had to ask for. I’ve stayed at 3 other hiltons in Toronto and not one of them offered me my snack package or acknowledged my status. Also I’ve met the lady at housekeeping on the floor and she was very friendly. I didn’t get her name, I wish I did. My room was very clean, fresh linen and towels. Also the other staff at front desk assisted me on where I can walk for food. Seeing that I already turned my car in. Also I received a wake up call for my shuttle bus to leave that next morning. Even though it was only one night, I’ve never felt so much appreciated. Please keep up the good work and to Satvik thank you so much!! When I return back to Toronto I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!!…
This Hampton has been under rated. it is very clean with very good amenities, and very helpful and nice staff. The location near the airport is good, but it is a bit distant from restaurants. Nearby Centenial Park is great for getting out and walking.
I forgot 3 dresses worth over $700 at this hotel.I remembered two hours after we started driving home. I called immediately.. The receptionist described the gowns to me and told me that he was going to write my name on them and keep them locked in a closet behind the counter. He gave me an email address to send the Purolator information. I mentioned I would be back in Toronto for a wedding nearby soon and would pick them up in person.I go to pick up my dresses in person.At the hotel, the receptionist has herpes on her lip, tells me to sit down and wait. 45 minutes later, I was still polite and patient. She tells me rudely to go sit down. I wait another 45 minutes and she says that she can’t find the key to the closet. Go sit down. I wait longer. Then she says that she called a manager to find the key. I have to pick up my children so I told her that I will have to call tomorrow. She is relieved, doesn't try to reassure me.I call the hotel the next day and I’m told my dresses were probably thrown in the garbage. I asked if they usually throw evening gowns in the garbage with people’s names on it without calling first?She says no and that she thinks they never found them but it is impossible because the person had described them to me. I called the manager Tarek Mahfouz and left a message and he never returned my call. Three beautiful evening gowns stolen by the employees. I loved those dresses. I don’t like their dishonesty or thieves.…
It's beautiful hotel the service was good ,good breakfast, pool nice ,location, only they never clean my room all my stay (3 night) when I ask they told my room not in the list to clean, beside this everything was good
