I love this hotel!! From the second I stepped through the main entrance, I was greeted with a warm welcome! My room was immaculate. The food was fantastic and the amenities are 10/10. The location is central to everything!! I met Krissy - the front office manager - who was so incredibly kind. Every time I bumped into her she asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything? I also met Rob on the security team, who was professional, conversational and carrying. He and the entire crew made me feel safe /n secure and truly at home. Lastly, I slept like a rockstar. The pillows, the sheets and the mattress were 11/10. I will only stay at Bisha when I'm in Toronto for business and pleasure. To the entire team at Bisha Hotel - keep up the fantastic work!! We had an incredible stay at Bisha for my husband's 60th birthday. They upgraded us to a junior suite that we never wanted to leave. The service from the concierge who made reservations at Akira Back and Kost for us, to the housecleaning who we contacted via text to say we broke a glass, to the restaurants themselves were top notch. If I could rate it 20 stars I would. No better service anywhere. The food at the restaurants was delicious and plentiful and great value for the price. Only tiny, miniscule criticism was the one-ply toilet paper. It was so terrible that we ended up purchasing toilet paper at the Shoppers Drug Mart around the corner for the better part of our stay. We can't wait to go back!

I booked a staycation after a very stressful year, let alone week. I booked through the amex portal, so I got extra discounts, which included $60 breakfast daily ordered to the room, one room upgrade, and $100 USD that could be charged to the room for anything. I'm gluten free so the options for gluten free dining was not nearly as many as regular meals but I still found that I ate well (I liked the salmon salad the most). The in-suite dining was good but if I had to ding them on anything it's in a really well known area and there are a lot more food options to choose from if you want to explore or have a bigger taste palate. I ate on the rooftop with a friend and enjoyed the food as well. AMEX and Bisha thoroughly impressed me - I love them both for providing me the luxury experience I was looking for. The service was amazing, and champagne was offered from check-in. I got exactly everything I wanted out of the experience, and if I'm looking for another staycation, I would be back. …

Another incredible stay at the Bisha Hotel celebrating a special occasion! We are never disappointed with our stay at the Bisha. We continue to celebrate many special occasions here (birthdays and anniversaries). Karan and Doris go above and beyond each and every stay. They are both incredibly friendly, accommodating, welcoming and attentive to detail. The rooms are beautiful, luxurious, comfortable and spacious. This is by far our favourite place to stay when in Toronto. We are patiently awaiting our next return!

I’ll start with the good. Excellent front desk staff, particularly impressive when I came with my hands full of packages they not only opened the door but got the elevator and pushed my floor. In general, they were very friendly whenever I entered. I also liked their choice of restaurants, three very different options and I enjoyed all of them. What I really didn’t like was that the Internet only covered three devices, which meant once I logged on with my phone, iPad and personal computer I could not use my work computer. That doesn’t happen in the 2020s. I also really would have liked a desk in the room (can’t remember the last hotel where I didn’t have one).

Bisha Hotel is my go to when I am in town. The attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff is above any hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are gorgeous and they have one of the best roof tops in Toronto to hang out. The FrontDesk staff are all amazing. Especially, Jenna. She went above and beyond ! Highly Recommended if you want to stay at a place close to downtown while having 5 Star Service & Food.

This was excellent service from all of the staff, the attention to details is exceptional. We celebrated our 12 year anniversary at the hotel, it was great that we were able to have dinner at the hotel and then go for drinks and not having to leave the hotel.
