We stay in this property not first time and we like it a lot. Location just perfect for any trip to North of Ontario . Room very comfortable and clean and you feel safety Soft beds help for relax and good sleep before trip. And hot breakfast very helpful for long day ahead. We will back !

We stayed at this hotel in December and were happy enough to return a second time. The hotel itself is nice and the breakfast is good. However, our room was probably the dirtiest hotel room we have ever stayed in (and we are frequent travellers). When we checked in we had just a few minutes to drop our bags, change, and get out to an event. Had we seen what we saw when we arrived back late evening we would have asked for a room change but by then it was late and we knew we were leaving before 8 in the morning so we just went to bed. It had clearly been a long while since our room had had a good clean. There was dust everywhere, and in some places it was greasy dirt. There was food crumbs on the shelf above the fridge. There was grease streaks on the night table that I washed off with soap and water. There were toothpaste or soap splashes all over the bathroom mirror. There was something that had been splashed all over the outside of the bathroom door and not washed off. It was truly disgusting, and even the beds weren't tightly made as hotel room beds always are. I was left wondering whether the sheets had even been changed on one of the beds. Would we stay again? Absolutely not. This was completely unacceptable.…

Great hotel stay here often due to Rep hockey and the staff is always very friendly and the hotel rooms very clean. The breakfast is always good. As a person who spends a lot of nights in a hotel because of hockey, I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Sudbury.

Would never stay here again. Awful air quality, room temp, bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. So expensive for such a horrible experience. The only thing they got right was putting extra pillows in the room, not that that did any good.

Love this hotel and the whole chain. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the bed linens feel crisp and clean. My favourite hotel chain. My only issue is that this chain does not accommodate small dogs so we cannot, usually, stay here as we travel with our dog when visiting to see the family.

Great staff. Clean hotel. Very accommodating to a group and bus parking. Lots around to eat. Close enough to everything there in Sudbury. Able to accommodate a large group and meet all of our needs. Great value.

The maintenance staff is horrible. When we initially arrived the room was freezing cold we called to have it fixed and they came the next morning. The fridge in the room overfreezed food and is not reliable. The toilet then was broken and again we had to use the toilet downstairs in the common area throughout the night. I would not recommend this place.
