Lobby small however works well, dinning area large enough with a glassed sun area, room were modern with balcony, every nice décor. Very quiet area, easy access to the hotel from the street. In walking distance to attractions, restaurants and bars.

We were going to be on a cruise for our 45wedding anniversary, but due to COVID-19 we had to stay within the province. We live in Vancouver but 45 years ago we got married in Victoria. So we decided to revisit all the places. We decided on Best Western Harbour in Victoria, the location was perfect for us. The staff there was amazing, helpful and informative. The room was great overlooking the harbour, specious, clean and comfortable. A welcome relief as we were a little nervous due to COVID-19. Everyone made us feel at ease and comfortable. I will stay there again.

A balcony overlooking the harbor was the best part of our stay. The view was more than partial and the outdoor chairs were comfy. The rest of the deal was just fine too. This was not a large room but it was well appointed and the beds were fine. We slept well. Covid precautions were everywhere and probably accounted for the very basic breakfast available. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.
