Very cute hotel in downtown Vancouver! It was only a few blocks from Gastown (gas clock, souvenir shops, restaurants and bars). There is no elevator – to our surprise, but it was not that bad as there are only three floors. There is also no...More
What a great spot in the middle of Vancouver....easy to walk to many attractions, restaurants, waterfront. It feels like you are in Europe (no elevator, some shared bathrooms, creaky-in-a -good-way hallway floors) , but with bigger rooms for much smaller prices. This is the best...More

I can't thank you enough for such a sweet review and kind words about the staff. Please hurry back.

You certainly are a "Sunny Traveler" many thanks for your cheery review and we look forward to your next visit.
A visit to Gastown is like turning back the clock and stepping into a bygone era. With the distinction of being Vancouver's oldest neighborhood, the many plaques that stud the cobbled streets of Gastown tell the story of its colorful past, giving Vancouver's history a more lively presence here than anywhere else. Having been originally founded around a popular worker's saloon, it's no wonder that today some of
Vancouver's best micro-breweries, creative cocktail joints, and corner bars can be found in this area. Classical charm suffuses its many vintage boutiques and the brick-built structures that an army of creative professionals call home.
