Not sure what some people are complaining about this hotel being dated. We were very satisfied. Room was clean, very quiet, good $$$ and standard free breakfast. Close to WEM and additional shopping, close to food. Will definitely be back! Has a pool, hot tub and small workout room.

We have stayed here a few times for medical appointments or pleasure. Close to everything and is a great price. It also has pool and hot tub. Great service and good food. This is where we stay when we come to the city.

Was great for a 10 day stay. Had a trailer, lots of room. rented a suite for the family, 2 rooms 2 tv's. Stairs to the third floor were helpful. Room service was good, but had to be requested at the front desk daily.

Just ok nothing special . Hotel needs some repairs . Staff is friendly . Skip the restaurant. Near west Edmonton mall. Easy access to amenities you will need them . The hotel has potential but falls short of basic expectations

hotel rooms are old and smelly, bath shower is too tight and shower curtain on the tub floor when you shower! Almost make me slip and fall! Plus staff are very unfriendly! We didnt felt welcome during our stay! Room service was made without refilling shampoo and other toiletries! breakfast is the same kind every single day and only till 10am on weekends and 9:30am on weekdays!
