room was fairly standard, nothing special but it was clean. the restaurants were closed so that was an inconvenience for me. I was in town for work so it was I would have been nice to be able to eat at the hotel.

Bad customer service from the front desk. Over priced for they offer to families with kids. If you got kids and want to stay in a good place and get good service go to Hampton inn.. the back fast is amazing

Recently, we stayed at this Well-Branded-Hotel however the quality of services and hotel were not there. Terrible service, Yes, it's not hashed. there was no toilet paper , no room service, and misleading front desk staff, broken faucet, noisy AC , poor cleanliness. MATTRESSES WERE THE WORST OF ALL.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows, nice salt water pool. And it was quiet, even with people above you. Close to the Whitemud highway but far enough away to not hear the traffic. We will stay there again.
